I woke up with a sore throat YAY! I did KCM's 30 MTW #1 forgot how tough this one was I will feel it tomarrow and then I did her Step Boxing #1 workout this one always had a dread factor for me and I don't know why had a good workout the straddles and hamstring curl combo were a little confusing but I caught on. Staying in today we have and inch of snow on the ground but its cold.

Roxie - OH NO! Hope it goes away soon. Good job on KCM's 30 MTW#1 today. I have her step boxing dvd too, I think I only used it once? Need to pull it out soon.

I just finished my workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Daily HiiT- Catching Fire 30 Day Challenge- Day 17 = 2 X Thru 14 Min ea.= 28 Min
MV= 11.0
CB= 421

Not feeling up to doing an add-on workout as I planned. I tried one armed mountain climbers, tough I could only do a couple and had to go back to regular mountain climbers. Tough for someone with muscle imbalance issues like me because of MS. I gave it a try though. I still got a great workout in.

Belinda- WTG girlfriend with P90X3 MMX!!! Glad you're enjoying P90X3:) Great workout no doubt judging from what little I've seen from infomercials. Take care and keep warm and give your furry kids a hug for me.

Roxie- Bummer about waking up with a sore throat try some warm water with honey and lemon, it does help. Another thing is tea called "Throat Coat" or gargling with salt water. Nicely done today despite sore throat with one of KCM's workouts. Take care and feel better ASAP! ((Healing Hugs))

I hope that all you wonderful ladies will think positive healing thoughts/prayers for me regarding a doctor's appointment I have Monday. I hope all goes well with the visit and exam and tests, although won't get test results for a couple of days. Please pray or think positive well wishes for me to be ok and not have HPV or cancer. Thanks in advance for the prayers and well wishes all are gratefully accepted and appreciated.

Ok, now for happier topics, who do you want to win the Super Bowl, the Denver Bronco's with Peyton Manning and company, or the Seattle Sea Hawks with Russel Wilson and company? It should be good either way. Also, there is the puppy bowl, love that too! Take care and have a wonderful weekend girls.

Today I chose Cardio Coach #5. Haven't done that one in a long time and it's not one of my favorites. But I had a great workout and did very well with it.

Total time was 52 minutes, burned 438 calories (maybe more) and ran 3.25 miles. :eek:

Distance = 2.20 miles

Daily HiiT- Catching Fire 30 Day Challenge- Day 18= 36 Min
MV= 9.50
CB= 467

Total calories burned= 821:eek::D:):cool:

Belinda- Congrats on starting week 6 of week w/P90X3 and STS Meso 2 Week 3, that is awesome you go girlfriend WTG and high fives!:D;):cool: I see you added a stretch in there, very good thinking and I bet it felt fabulous. WTG!!! Hugs to you and please pray for me today and the next couple of days as I have doctor visit and exam today and test results probably in a couple of days, please pray or send positive healing well wishes. I bet you feel awesome nice calorie burn and mileage there girlfriend, WTG you rocked the workout today!:D Thank you for your prayers I truly appreciate and need them. Today is the doctor visit and re-exam and samples. The samples will go out to get tested and I should get the results in a couple of days. So, yes definitely I need all the prayers and well wishes I can get and I gratefully accept them. Thank you, and yes I will let you know when I know something. Take care and have a blessed day!;):)

Good Afternoon,

We didn't get alot of snow the other day just had ice 1" thick on my windshield but tonite and into tomarrow we are expecting 6-10" of snow with another layer of ice, I am not planning on going to work. I did TLC #1 Boxing.

Nora-hope things turned out ok today.

Today I did a total body workout on my own. Had a great workout. This is a repeat of last week but I changed it a little and went up in weight a little.

3 sets of everything. Reps ranged from 10 to 12 depending on how I felt.

Leg Press Statioin - 110#
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 55#
Barbell Curls - 27#

Squats - 20's
Incline Bench Press - 55#
Hammer Curls - 15's

Elevated Deadlifts - 55#
Incline Flyes - 15's
Upright Rows - 27#

Close Grip Barbell Press - 45#
Lateral Raise - 8's
Overhead Tricep Extensions - 20#

Lying Tricep Extensions - 10's
30 Second Planks

Ran out of time but I did this workout with no breaks except for when I changed exercises. I was sweating pretty good.

Hi girls!;)

I just wanted to say thanks for the prayers and well wishes. I had my doctors appointment and had the re-exam. It seems there is still a little cyst there from last exam six months ago, and I won't know the lab test results until Thursday. So, continued prayers would be very helpful and are needed. My doctor wants to wait til he has test results in and deciding what should be done next. He's cautious which is good. I just wanted to update you guys, so no news yet I'm having trouble sleeping and my neck is very painful like it does if I'm stressed out. Needless to say I got about three hours of sleep. Please take care and have a great day, and please continue to pray and think healing well wishes.

Workout for today is: P90X3 Triometrics :D Not sure, what else I will do:eek: Going through my dvd collection:confused: Is anybody buying the new Beachbody new dvd series 21 Day Fix? It just got leased yesterday, not sure what's and how this one will work:eek:

I did KCM's Body Shop 2 and CK25 Wk1 D1. It is really crappy outside. At 5 I got up and the sun was shining so I decided to go to work but when I got up at 7 I couldn't see outside its a whiteout.
