Yesterday was a rest day.

Today I did Cathe Live 2015 Road Trip Kickboxing Class and HiiT with Kickboxing from Jessica Smith. I loved the energy in this RT class! Someday I will be in that big group instead of watching from home!!

Today I did a 1-mile walk at lunch; after work-ICE Chiseled Upper Body with Core 2 and a 10-minute walk with the resistance band as a nice finisher.

The doctor's visit was fine except my blood pressure is very high, whch is weird it is always safely in the normal range even a tad below. So trying to take things easy and be safe and not over do it.
