I did StudioSweat Spin Ride and Renew w/Brooke this morning my third workout to complete my four week challenge.

Debbie-I forgot to answer your vertigo question I am still fighting it not as bad some days others not great.

Today I did Timesaver premix #7 from S&S Bootcamp (no upper body) and 3 segments from 10 Minute Solutions Knockout Body with JS.

Today I did Cardio Coach 6 with Candace and had a great workout. Actually, I had a puke status workout. This one was tough today, I did it a bit differently and it really ramped up the intensity.

Workout was 54 minutes, I burned 380 calories (TM said 507!!!), ran 3.47 miles and went 7245 steps.

Nora - Nice workout yesterday! You got one heck of a calorie burn!! Nice job!

Belinda - Not sure what you did yesterday, but nice job!! :)

Roxie - Glad your vertigo isn't as bad. I did read that the other day but haven't had time to comment. Mine's been pretty good lately as well.

Jodi - You had a great workout as well! Kickin' it as usual!!
 
One of my kitties has been in the hospital since Saturday. He has been blocked and can't pee right. They unblocked him Saturday and I was supposed to be able to take him home today but they told me he was blocked back up this morning. :(


Please say a prayer for him. I can't stand thinking about him being in such distress. He's my baby.
