Debbie- Great workout today with your full body weight workout today, and nice 1 mile walk on treadmill. Sorry, your knee is bugging you, take it easy. If you still have that foam roller and foam roller dvd maybe try some of those. I know when I have problems that always feels good and helps. Hi girls!

My legs are a little sore from my run/walk yesterday. Mostly my hips.
Today I did RWH Back, Rear Delts and Biceps, no finishers.

I've been so fatigued this week. I think it's because of my period *blech*

Debbie, good idea not to aggravate your knees if you start to feel it.

Belinda, very cool how you are working through your workouts! I'm going to try to do more Jessica Smith. I really enjoyed her abs on youtube yesterday!

Hi everyone! Today I decided to just walk on my treadmill to give my knees time to feel better. They aren't really hurting today but last night they were. So I walked about 2.8 miles and got about 6,000 steps in. Not bad! Worked up a sweat. HR only got to 61 bpm though, and I even walked on a 2% incline. I was sweating.

Hey girls,

I also did JS Walk Strong 6 Week Transformation TB Training + Rehab Routine. Really like them both. I have gone through all the JS Walk Strong 6 Week Transformation 4 DVD's. I have to be honest, I like Jessica Smith Walk On: Walk the Weight off 30 Day Plan (Low Impact program ) a lot better. Maybe I need to do the workouts again, but her other set was a lot more fun compare to this one. Some of the the exercises seems a little odd. I did like a few of the dvd's, but have to admit I am glad I didn't pay for the set.

Double Arm Rows-20's
Barbell Press-30# one set 30#

Today I did full body again, thank God I only have one more week of this, getting burned out on it.

Warmup was GS Chest & Tri's.

3 sets/12 reps w/1:30 rest between each set.

Dumbbell Curls: 15's
Double Arm Kickbacks: 10's
Incline Barbell Press: 70#
Pullovers: 30#
Plie Squats: Skipped - my knees feel good today, didn't want to aggravate them again.
Upright Rows: 40#

Had enough time to walk 1 mile on my treadmill.

Have great workouts everyone. Sorry I never seem to have time or personals. :(

Update on Alesia :) We got the test results, the tests came back normal :) I am so glad they retested her. I really appreciate it all your good thoughts and prayers. Thank you, girls!

Happy first day of Spring!!! Today I did Intensity Timesaver Series, Workout #1. It was the step from SJP and then Chest and Triceps. I'm going to revisit that series this week!! It was fun!!
