Standing Dumbbell Curl:
15's - 2 sets/10 reps
Standing Dumbbell Curl: 15's - 14 reps (to failure)

Simultaneous Rotational Curl: 15's - 2 sets/10 reps
Simultaneous Rotational Curl: 15's - 11 reps (to failure)

Concentration Curls: 15# - 2 sets/10 reps
Concentration Curls: 15# - 15 reps (to failure)

BURN SET:
Hammer Curl Crazy 8's:
12's

TRICEPS
Tricep Pushups:
3 sets on toes (4x sequence, 2x sequence, 2x sequence) LOVE THESE!!!

Lying Triceps Extension: 12's - 2 sets/10 reps
Lying Triceps Extension: 12's - 12 reps (to failure)

One Arm Kickbacks: 8's - 2 sets/10 reps
One Arm Kickbacks: 8's - 15 reps (to failure)

BURN SET:
Overhead Dumbbell Extension:
20# - 15 reps (was supposed to be with the band but I don't like those)

Then I did a mile on my treadmill.

Today I did Tabatacise and a 40-minute Flat Abs Walk with JS on YouTube.

Everyone did great today! I'm going to squeeze in a workout before the big feast tomorrow so I'll be back later.
 
I did get a workout in today, figured I'd better so I won't feel so guilty eating a lot. I did the Back portion of Xtrain Burn Sets and also did the Medicine Ball Ab workout from STS. Had a great workout.

BACK
One Arm Row:
30# 2 sets/10 reps
One Arm Row: 30# 15 reps (to failure)

Double Arm Row: 20's - 2 sets/10 reps
Double Arm Row: 20's - 12 reps (to failure)

Seated Rear Delt Flyes: 12's - 2 sets/10 reps
Seated Rear Delt Flyes: 12's - 14 reps (to failure)

20 reps (this was supposed to be supermans. I hate supermans.

I also walked on a 7% incline on my TM for 2.65 miles. Really worked up a sweat. I think I'm good to go!!!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

Hi all!

JS had posted a Turkey Trot Walk-A-Thon on YouTube for Thanksgiving. Today I did 6 out of the 7 miles and the 5 minute stretch. According to my Fitbit, I got over 8,000 steps and burned over 500 calories. Not too shabby!

Nora, great job today! Hope everyone else is having a great weekend!

Yesterday I took the State Boards for Pharmacy Technician and passed so now I am certified came home and did StudioSweat Strength and Stamina Carve It Up Quick then this morning I did 15 minutes on the TM and KCM Body Design Yoga Flow which was a good workout.

Sorry for not checking in. I had an awesome time in DC, lots of shopping. I am almost done with my xmas shopping.
This is what I did this week.

Wednesday: JM Body Revolution Phase 1 D2 plus 30 min walk.
Thursday: JM Body Revolution Phase 1 D3 plus 30 min walk
Friday: was all day xmas shopping
Saturday : JM Body Revolution Phase 1 D4 plus 40 min walk
Sunday : JM Body Revolution Phase 1 D5 Cardio 1 plus 30 min walk.

I am done with JM Body Revolution Phase 1, I really like it. She packs a lot into 30 min. These are great travel workouts, you don't need a lot of space or equipments ( one set of DB's and bands).

Great job, everyone. I will try to catch up on personals tomorrow.

Hello everyone!! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, I did. I didn't over eat and felt really good about that. We had two Thanksgivings, one with my mom and brother and the other with my step daughter and her family, that one was on Saturday. Both were really nice

Today I did Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulders. I like this workout series. I checked out Super Cuts since I don't think I've ever done it before and may do that one on Friday. It looks fun.

Alternating DB OH Press - 12 reps - 12's
