Walked this morning.

Roxie - great job on the walk and Russian twist yesterday.
Belinda - Yes, when you change your trays they should squeeze your teeth together and that will hurt for a day or two. I hated that, each month I had to go in and they would tighten my braces. It hurt but wasn't too bad to deal with, just uncomfortable. How long will you have to wear them? I think I wore mine for 2 or 3 years. It sucked.


Debbie - sorry, I am just seeing your post :( Must be blind. The Invisalign on the the right bottom are the so tight I can't get them out. I have no problem on left bottom or the upper tray. The left/right upper tray have a lip where I can lift them up. So does the left lower, the right side doesn't have anything I can get under. The entire retainer raps around my back tooth/gums. I am on tray 1 of 28 with Invisalign and on a weekly change. It should take me around 12 -14 month if all goes well. I joined a Invisalign support group on FB. Most people need more refinements trays after wards. To move and define stubborn teeth. I hope I am lucky and don't have to do that. My treatment is in full, that means as many trays as I need.

My brother is fine, we think it was a reaction to bad clams. His heart was palpitating really bad the night before and he was sweating all night he said. He decided not to go to the doctors because when he checked his blood pressure, it was normal. He seems fine today. I'm glad, I was really worried about him. Thanks for the prayers everyone!!

This morning DH and I rode our bikes outside for over an hours. It was the first time riding my bike since I bought it. I couldn't ride my bike Brawler got sick couldn't leave him home for too long.

Today I did STS Meso 1, Disc 7, Chest, Shoulders and Biceps. I cannot believe how many pushups are in this workout, ridiculous. I did not do all of them, I skipped the drop sets towards the end. These were the warn up in the first workout, I think, they weren't bad to do when you are fresh and just getting started. Putting them at the end of the workout is just nuts. She's crazy.

1st complaint about this workout are all the pushups. 2nd is the switching around with weights, using the step, using the ball, moving everything around for each exercise. It took me over an hour to do this workout. I had to change the weight on my bar 4 times. My summer hours end tomorrow so I have no idea how I will get these workouts done unless I start them at 5:15 in the morning. Yikes. I might be going back to Kelly's workouts soon. I really do love the STS series, but it is impractical when you have to get to a job by 8 a.m. :(

Workout was 1 hr. some odd minutes, burned 423 calories (which is amazing for me) and my HR was 127/163. So good workout!

I also walked on my treadmill for 45 minutes, burned an additional 251 calories, walked 2.25 miles and did 5395 steps. HR was 93/121.

Today I did a mixed Cardio Coach workout I made up with the two different workouts I have from Candace and really had a good workout. This one is tough, I've only done it a couple times.

Workout was 62 minutes, went 4.42 miles, burned 560 calories (holy smokes!) and did 8932 steps. Avg HR 144/184.

Then I did the ab work from SJ&P. Love that one.

I don't have time for personals this morning, I'll try to be back later. Great workouts everyone!

Good Evening,

I haven’t done any organized workouts but Saturday I did a walk/run on the treadmill for 30 minutes plus 3x25 clams, then Sunday I lifted kids in an out of the boat, then Monday I did 3x25 bridges with a 25 lb Dumbbell and today was 3x25 kettlebell swings.

Today I did STS Meso 1 - Disc 8, Back & Triceps. Very early morning workout as I am back to normal work hours. It was't too bad working out at 5:30, I had great energy and enjoyed this workout. I don't have time to list the exercises, though.

Workout was 55 minutes, burned 355 calories. HR was 122//158.

Roxie - Congrats on your weight loss!! That is great!!!
