This was a perfect Saturday morning light to moderate intensity workout, loved it!:)

Really nice stretch, needed it!

Total calories burned= 804 ;)

Today I did Kelly's - Muscle Up/Lift to 2B Fit Workout 1, and had a great workout. I added extra sets to some of the segments.

Then I walked on my treadmill for .75 miles.

Today's workout was 54 minutes total, burned 215 calories and went 2540 steps. Avg. HR was 96, Max was 135.

Hey everyone,

Today I did STS M2 D22, SBF LB barre and JS (I started week 5). I am almost done with M2. Yeah!

I am getting ready to go to DC, helping my kids move. Both moving on the 22nd.

Good job, everyone. Sorry for being so short on personals. I will catch up.

Today I just walked on my treadmill for 3 miles. My head is really hurting today, not sure why? I wanted to do CC5 but decided not to. Still have a bad headache.

Walk was 57 minutes, went 3 miles, burned 325 calories which isn't bad. Avg. HR was 99 and Max was 158.

Debbie- Sorry you had a terrible headache today, that's a bummer. I hope your headache goes away ASAP. Good call today because of the headache not doing CC5 today, but instead walking on Treadmill for 3 miles. Nicely done, now go have a blessed day and kick that headache to the curb. Try some aleve or excedrine see if they help. Take care ;)

Today I did Kelly's workout - Muscle Up/Lift to 2B Fit Workout 2, and had a great workout. I really like this workout, it's tough. I am still sore from doing Chest, Back & Shoulders from Workout 1 on Monday.

Sumo Squats

Workout was 30 min., Avg HR 77 and Max was 130, burned 72 calories.

Then I did the Mountain Hike workout on my treadmill. Love this one, it is tough as well. Workout was 26 minutes, went 1.84 miles, burned 211 calories (TM said 246 and App said 419!), went 3762 steps. Avg. HR was 137, Max was 170.

We are having our cat put down tomorrow evening. :( The vet is coming to our house. I can't even stand the thought of it, I will miss my little buddy. Not fair at all, he's too young. He has cancer and is SO think, skin and bones. He hardly eats anymore. It is for the best but it's still very hard.

Debbie- So sorry to hear about your kitty, my thoughts and prayers are with you:( Regarding your workout today was awesome with KCM's Muscle Up 2B Fit workout #2, and Mountain Hike workout on the treadmill workout was 26 minutes, went 1.84 miles. Bravo on your workout that was awesome girlfriend. Isn't amazing how the different devices calculate calories burned etc.. and yet they don't agree on the totals. This is why when my fitness watch died and after replacing batteries died again, i figured I'd just use the workout manager of Cathe's rather than buy a new one since I could not afford to do so. Roxie- High fives on your workout today with KCM Build and Burn Upper Body Supersets. Its ok that you went to failure on some of the reps. Kelly does alot of compound moves and they really work the muscles good and can fatigue them much faster than non compound weight work. Have a blessed day and keep feeling better!:)

Came home late last night, I was to tired to post. I did JS Boogie I.T.

Today I did STS D23, JS Metabolic Conditioning and SBF Strong Back. I may do a stretch later today.

Today I did Cardio Coach 5 and had a good workout. The sprints killed me today, not sure why? Maybe because I haven't done a CC workout in a while? I did, however, run a slow jog up a 3% incline for the 3 - 4 minute hill climb segments. Usually I just do those with a 10% incline and walk them at a fast pace but today I wanted to get some miles in. I'm wondering if that is what killed me with the sprints? Not sure but I still had a really good workout.

Workout was 54 minutes, ran 3.8 miles, burned 429 calories (TM said 504) and went 7694 steps. Avg HR was 133 and Max was 173.

Thanks everyone. We will be putting our Bear down tonight. :( Not going to be a good day. I appreciate the kind words from all of you.

I thought I posted yesterday but I Build and Burn Kettlebell Kickbox Fusion this morning then got called into work and tonight we are babysitting the grandsons. I am on day 7 of antibiotics but still battling the cough and hoarse voice.
 
Last night was as hard as I thought it would be. Very hard to let go of our little furry friends. He's at peace, now, though. :( Today I did Cardio Pump and had an excellent workout. This is a really tough workout! I really felt it with all the exercises. I love the leg exercises she does. I need to get more Kelly workouts!!
