I did CoreMax Session #2 for the first time last night. I have done session #1 quite a bit.  I thought my workout was a bust because I couldn't stay on that stupid ball for those knee rolls (I didn't even attempt the pikes!!).  Well today my abs and obliques are soooooo sore.  I was getting a lot of it just by trying to stabilize on that ball.  Cathe's workouts are so effective even if you haven't mastered them.
