**Control The Damage Dec Month**

Hello Ladies. :)

4 miles on the TM to report. This includes w/u and c/d though, which it usually does not so the run was actually probably about 3.5. I did a mixed intensity work out of my own design that included a little bit of everything. Awesome sweat! Then I came home and did 35 plie squats with a 50# BB, showered, ate lunch and took a nap! :D

To put myself back on track and complete week 2 of the rotation, I am slated for TBTS tmrw. Either upper only and lower only or the full body premix depending on time....anyone know how much of the work outs are missing when you do the f/b premix??

Diana:: Have fun de-cluttering today! Or should I say, have fun appreciating the job you did after it's done coz doing it isn't necessarily fun! :rolleyes: Good luck with the underarm laser. Can't wait to hear about the results! I've wanted to give laser hair removal a try for a long time!

Laura:: Nice run girly! I haven't inched up to the 5 mile mark yet. Gotta work on that but have barely run at all over the past month or so! :eek: LOL- yup you sure can sell stuff on Amazon!!!! Making sauce in the crockpot since this morning. Gotta head out to the store to buy what I need for baked ziti. It's what's for dinner. DH's choice!

Hi Ladies,

I'm spending...really wasting too much time on the computer lately. I need to get a grip and give myself an alloted time to use the computer. Sheesh, you'd think I was a teenager. I'm not even doing anything productive. :mad:

I finally got off my behind and did MM, 6w6p abs, and a BR w/o today. Grocery shopping and more decluttering is on the agenda for the remainder of the day...along with the never ending laundry.

Hi Girls:)

Soon heading to bed but I thought I'd check in first. It's been a busy couple of days.

Yesterday I ran outside, did 11.5 k. Today I went to my friends house and did MM and when I came back I did 4 miles on the TM. I'm not sure what ill do tomorrow. It will be just cardio and abs.

Not much to report. My tenant as moved in. The people who looked at the house loved the location but the house needed some cosmetics so they were talking it over. Jump'ins...most houses do need cosmetics when it's lived in. If they want a brand new house then perhaps they should build one. I'm not real concerned about it to be honest. Whatever....

Wendy** I was hoping to get my CPR course done before I left but that didn't happen. Now I'll have to wait and find a course in cold lake. I laugh at how you nap after you workout. My BIL went for a run yesterday, showered and then fell a sleep sitting up :confused:

Laura** sounds like you had a busy weekend. What kind of puppy are you getting?

Diana** I only have a handful of things I can do on the computer and then I get off. I could spend more time shopping on there but I never have enough time. And now I don't really have a address! All of my things are out of the house. The tenant moved in yesterday, guess she's getting straightened away. I'm not sure when things will kick in. I've been just so consumed with everything that I haven't had time to be upset. I should be upset for leaving my new home, that my father built for me. I just keeping thinking that maybe some day I will buy it back!

Good Morning:)

Up and at 'um this morning. Couldn't get my butt out of bed though. I started to fall a sleep last night sitting on the couch, after I checked in. Would have been ok if I went straight to bed. But then I helped SIL with something she was doing and it was after 12 before I went to bed.

DH went out this morning to drop the truck off to be shipped. After that we are going to run a few errands, need to cancel all of my accounts for the house. I'm sure there's a lot of other things we have to do as well. So my plan right now is cardio after lunch!

Y'day's work out was TBTS Total Body + 40 squats with a 50#BB. Can we say OUCH!? :eek: YEAH - I'm sore today! :p

Today's plan is MORE SQUATS :eek: and either yoga or nothing. Not sure yet....

I am not sleeping well lately. Keep waking up to pee in the middle of the night and having trouble falling back to sleep. :( Happened last night again so I am tired this morning. Do you know what that means, Lori?? ;)

Lori:: Oh How I love my naps! I may be taking one today BEFORE my work out!:p Your BIL has the right idea though sleeping sitting up is something that I think men have a special gene for. You don't find many women who (can) do that. It's mostly men!

Diana:: Sorry the PC is sucking you in lately. I know what that can be like!:rolleyes: Great w/o y'day, btw! :D

Hi Ladies,

Just to change things up, I'm going to do 1-2 weeks of Insanity. I'm thinking 2 cardio days followed by a total body weight w/o. If I don't like it...I can easily go back to circuits.

Wendy-All this squatting...I'm loving it. I've been thinking of upping the weight to 60#'s but haven't made that jump yet, perhaps this morning.;) How was TBTS? I've only done UB or LB, not both. How long was it?

Lori-you are handling things quite well. So do you have a renter for now? Most houses do need some cosmetic work...geez. Your workouts are back in full swing I see.:D

Laura-hope you had a relaxing weekend!

TeddyGirl-what are you up to? How is Tank doing?

Good Morning Guys,

Tried reporting workout on Saturday, but when I go to post I had to sign in. I couldn’t remember my password to save my life tried 5 times then I was told to wait 15 minutes before trying again. I said forget it, I totally forgot; my log in and password I have it saved here at work. First thing this morning send to home computer.

Any who, Saturday I did CC Candace and legs & glutes. Sunday, rest day I ended up putting a Henna in hair and that take hours. This morning, no workout I couldn’t get up. I may or may not workout when I get home. But will get my rest for tomorrow:)

forgot to mention stepped on scale down 3lbs.

Di:: The total body premix on TBTS is 86 minutes! It goes in the order of the warm up then lower body then upper body and then stretch. Plus I did my squats immediately following the lower body portion. YIKES! :eek:

TG:: Oh I hate when I blank on passwords, etc! Congrats on the weight loss!
 
Quickie post-PCC...those level 1 drills get me every time! 60 squats with 65#BB done. 15 hip thrusters, 15 hip lifts, 15 wide, 15 plie!!!

TG-I hate when I forget my passwords, ugh. Way to go on the weightloss!!! I have a couple of stubborn pounds I'm trying to blast of with Insanity.

Wendy-wow, almost 90 minutes. I thought perhaps it was shortened a bit for TB. Your legs should be nice and sore! I'm not noticing much of difference yet, but probably around week 3....hoping anyway.:p

MON - insanity at the work asylum AGAIN

Lori you are not the only one moving right here at Christmas .. it seems EVERYONE is moving today .. CRAP - we have been slammed by people moving .. as well as the normal "bad section" collections .. UGH!! :mad::mad::mad:

DOMS: HOLY CRAPOLA - AT KILLED ME .. my legs, butt, hammies, and chest are ridiculously sore .. crap!!! I could barely move ystdy - and I am not a whole lot better today :eek: I am a WHIMP .. xtrain is gonna kick my arse!!! SIL is sick - and I am hurting . today may be forced rest day for body and mind!!!

Lori - gorgeous pictures of you and your family on FB .. MM AND a 4 miles run ??? girl .. you are one tuff chick!!! I can imagine all the little things you have swirling around in your mind that you need to do ..good luck .. re: PUP .. well if the breeders will ever stop jerking me around .. getting same kind .. French Mastiff .. IF we can ever get a solid confirmation!! ugh

DI - computer can be VERY time consuming ... one thing leads to another .. and another then all of a sudden .. WTH did the day go... LOL

Hi Ladies,

My legs/glutes are so sore this morning. We did an awesome workout last night, but tons of stairs. Could be a combination of the squat-a-thon and stairs!:p This morning is Insanity CPR and 65 Squats!

We finally got a tad of snow. They called for 3-6 inches on Sunday/Monday and we got nothing. Now we have just enough to make everything white. It's supposed to be 41 today and 50 tomorrow so it will all be gone soon.

Laura-DOM's all around.

Wendy-Well I'm so glad you ordered so many dvd's, it will help keep up with your exercise ADD!;) Combat should be arriving soon, this series looks super fun! I may have to break down and order it too. Are you back at your temp job?

Lori-what are you up to today?

TG-Although I've done the full Insanity rotation at least twice, I'm only adding them in here and there to blast off a few stubborn pounds. They are a sweatfest for sure. Those darn level 1 drills get me every time. They seem harder for me than the level 2 and 3 drills.

ystdy - took my rest day - well I went home and spent the entire night WRAPPING gifts! and I am STILL not done! Well - SIL - aunt - uncle and DM are all sick - DM sounded HORRIBLE - ugh - I dont want it - they can all stay away - heck I felt like my tonsils were swelling just talking to DM on the phone :confused::confused:

Wendy - have you tried Asylum yet? do tell!

Di - so sounds like we ALL were hurting ystdy!!! guess that is a good hurt!!

I previewed Speed and Agility and Strength from Asylum this morning while drinking my coffee. THEY.LOOK.AWESOME.!!!!! :D

Combat is on track to be on my doorstep by the end of the week, Diana!:D

Now I wonder when X-Train will ship!?!? ;) I actually hope not for a few weeks yet (sorry!:eek:)...I need a chance to play with what I have before I get more! My A.D.D. will be completely outta control if I add anything else to the mix too soon!:eek::eek::eek:

If worse comes to worse I am actually considering inter-mixing all three rotations by alternating one week from each program! :p

I am SORE! TBTS got me GOOD and now I have to do AB today AND 50 squats!?!?! :eek::eek::eek::eek: I promised myself I'd do all of the squats with 50# but in this case I may have to bend that rule a bit b/c I'm worried about over-doing it...just for today tho!!!;) I'm also going to be putting my own rest days in place and not following the rest days in the challenge. There simply aren't enough of them IMO!

Di:: Nope, no job. I thought he wanted to keep me on but nothing has been said so I guess he changed his mind. :( Have fun with CPR and your squats today!:p Ew...snow! They say we will have a bad winter here in Jersey this year. I'm not looking forward to it. :confused:

Laura:: How's the DOMS today? I am hurtin' and will be hurtin' even MORE tmrw I do believe! :eek: Asylum looks fantastic from what I've previewed so far! Very excited to try it but I promised myself I would finish what I started (for once!:p) and complete the LIS rotation before I move on to anything else so it will have to wait!:( Am I gonna want A2 now too??? :rolleyes:

Ok, I have yet ANOTHER night of crappy sleep under my belt today so I need to take a nap before I work out. To make matters worse - I've accomplished NOTHING so far this morning either. Just been goofing off! :eek:

I woke up late argh.... to late to do scheduled workout :confused: My alarm was set to wake on CD...no CD in my player to wake to, lol. I jumped out my bed at 5:10 I said no teddygirl do something; I refuses to put another X on my calendar, ain't happening. :mad:So I ended up doing 4DS back & biceps with add on work;);)

Diane: Girl, you did Insanity twice, dang girl, that awesome:cool: I brought them when first released ; only seen 3 DVD’s duh....... Good work. I haven’t mentioned this on any forum before. But I cannot STAND to look at Shaun T anymore and you know why...................

Poochy: Final note on this matter. Don't get me wrong I adore Shan T. Definately easy on the eyes and I like his workouts. But, I feel/think he shocked the world with this came from left field. I'm still unset, I'll get over it:) Heck I'm still salty at Don Lemon on CNN he came out too. What?
