Compliment on 4DS series

I LOVE the step routines, the blasts, the scenic background and the music of this series.
To me, it seems they all blend well together. My workout tonight was DoubleCardio and tomorrow will be Cardio Hour. With the step, going from low to high intensity in the premix is a great transition.
 
JT, you are so right. The premix with LIS and HIS is amazing!

The High Intensity portion blasts are super fun - the first one with the jog...over...fast feet shuffle...freeze is my absolute favourite blast to do out of all of them.
 
JT & molasses, after reading your reviews here, I decided to get 4DS! I had been eyeballing it for awhile and your statements helped me make the plunge - and I am so glad I did! It is freaking awesome - I love both step routines, love the boot camp, and being able to get in both aerobics and weights in 60 minutes - fantastic! I have a feeling I will have a ball with the premixes too - they are always so great in Cathe workouts. So, thanks for helping me make the plunge!
 
Don't forget the kickboxing workout. I did the premix with kickbox and all upper body today. It was wonderful! She uses HEAVY weight in the UB part. It's a great one if you have the time to do the whole thing. Great package.
 
4DS is definitely one of my favorite series...along with Intensity and STS...oh forget it...I guess I like them all!
 
Yes JT! Love me some 4DS!! ALL of them!!! Wouldn't it be nice if there was about 20 days in a week to fit in all our fav Cathe workouts? (Meaning... they are ALL my FAVS! :D)

My premixes are the kickbox/bootcamp together and high intensity/low intensity step together. They are both listed as the last premix on both DVDs. All cardio for almost one hour.
Plus, you can premix the weight training as well.

DebbieH-Yes, 20 days in one week would be helpful. 4DS is great!!
