Completing STS using pyramid technique

Completing STS/pyramid down style - from meso 3 to 1

I am planning to do a STS Pyramid down round in future.

Would appreciate if anyone who has been on this rotation could share his/her thoughts.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your reply.

I am intending to do the first standard STS rotation consisting of Meso cyle 1 , 2 and 3. After completing the first round I would like to do the Pyramid down round from meso 3 to 1...Depending on the result I will get from the program. I need to build a happy relationship with my scale!:p

The pyramid down round I want to do consist of starting by mesocycle 3 all the way to meso 1. It would Strength training for first step, hypertrophy meso 2 and finish with Endurance meso 1. There has been some post which I can not seem to find.

I may start october mid the latest. I might join you. May be we can team up and encourage each other.

The pyramid technique consist of gradually increase/decrease the weight/time spent throughout a workout up/down to a certain level.
