I had very similar symptoms when I was diagnosed with Type One diabetes 5 years ago. If this is the case for you, hang in there - I felt like I wouldn't be able to deal with it at first, that life was so unfair, yada, yada . . .
5 years later, shots and finger sticks are just another chore in my day. I am actually healthier than before the diagnosis. I am doing my Cathe tapes much more often, too.
