STS M1 W4 D10 is done. I got up early this morning. M1 is almost done. I will not miss all those push ups.

Debbie - it probably got hotter yesterday, it was blistering hot when I took Sadie outside. Great job on Muscle Max. Enjoy your strawberries.

Cookie - were are you? Please let us know you doing okey.

Today was zoom yoga. It was so hot today. We took the baby to the park early and it was still so hot, didn't last long.

Belinda - Great you completed M1 and the push-ups;) We didn't even bring Penne to the park much to hot for her.

Cookie - I hope all is well, I agree with Belinda, we are worried about you.

Today did live zoom dancing plus Pilates.

Debbie - great job on your zoom yoga. It was so hot yesterday, I stayed inside most of the day. I don‘t let Sadie walk too long outside, she will burn her little paws. Let her in the grass in the shade, that‘s it.

Hi,

Today was a leg workout at the gym. We had a graduation dinner to go to for my SIL's bf's son. It was nice but so hot in the restaurant.

Belinda - Great job with zoom dancing plus Pilates. After tomorrow the weather will get cooler here. I'm actually happy, it's been tough to go outside.

Today was an upper body at the gym. We also met my SILs & BILs for dinner while one of them is visiting from TN.

Belinda - Great job with STS M1 W4 D11 back/triceps + Pilates. Today was another hot day but at least cooling off tomorrow:)

Good morning,

I just finished my last workout M1 Week 4 Disc 12 legs. Yeah! Definitely getting stronger, I am lifting heavier again. I am still careful especially with my shoulder and knees. Looking forward to a recovery week next week.

Debbie - great job on your walk outside. It was raining all day yesterday. It‘s actually a little too cold for me the last few day‘s. The temperature dropped like crazy.

I still have a live zoom dance class later.

Today was STS 2.0 upper body 1 and a walk outside. It wasn't as cool as they said it was, didn't even need a jacket.

Belinda - Great job finishing M1, that is great! I hoped you enjoyed your zoom dance class. It will be rainy here the next couple of days.

No workout today. I went car shopping with DD and her fiancé. Her car broke down on her last week, can’t fix it anymore. She bought a new car today, we all love it.

Debbie - great job on STS 2.0 Upper body and walk. It hasn’t stopped raining here and it’s cold. I wore my winter jacket today.

Today was STS 2.0 lower body. We went to lunch at my SILs house because my other SIL is leaving going back home tomorrow. It wasn't the nicest day (rainy) but it was fun to get together with family.

Belinda - You deserve a rest day:) If you don't mind my asking which car did your dd get? Within the next couple of years I will need a new one.

I did Pilates LIVE RECORDING: Aligned and Strong. I still will do Pilates every day, it’s helping my hip.

Debbie - great job on STS 2 legs yesterday. It was raining here all day long, we went car shopping, lol. No fun. DD bought a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. It drives by itself, lol. It comes with so much, it has great features. 10 year warranty, can’t beat that.

Today was a rest day. I spent most of this rainy day, cooking a sauce for the month. Happy to have it done.

Belinda - Great job with Pilates Aligned & Strong. It's great that Pilates is helping your hip. The Santa Fe is a nice looking car. A 10 year warranty is great!

Sorry for not checkin in yesterday. Forgot to hit the enter again :( We are getting the RV ready for Redbay, Al. Probably taking off tomorrow if all goes well.

I did live zoom dancing, no Pilates. Too busy getting things done.

Debbie - nice job on your walks and weight workouts. It’s very humid here. Good for you for walking.

Hi,

I did a dance OnDemand plus Pilates for the abs.

We will be traveling tomorrow. We have to drop off our RV at Redbay AL for some repairs before our warranty runs out.We will leave at Redbay, pick the RV once it’s done. The RV is almost done, need to put a few more things in.

Today was a short walk & core work. We babysat in the morning.

Belinda - Great job with zoom dancing & Pilates abs. It should be nice weather to travel to AL with the RV. I'm sure it's a lot of work to get the RV ready. It's good you will get repairs done before the warranty is up. Will you stay in AL or go back for the RV?
