'Evening circuit 5 today. Ran into a thrift shop before grocery shopping and found a kitchen playset with a lot of toys for a great price. It was so large and heavy, I had to call my dh to help me carry it to the car. The little ones will love it.

Sorry I missed yesterday. I had my physical and got the Shingles shot, boy is it painful! I'm still in pain have been taking aspirin but I will take Alleve tonight.

Yesterday was a total body gym workout & walk. Today I did deck yoga (my fav instructor is visiting her parents from Hawaii). Even though it was hot it was in the evening so not too bad.

Belinda - Happy to hear you caught up on your sleep after the infusion. Does Sadie like the teeth cleaning? Years ago we had it done for our dog and she didn't like it. Great job with dancing, yoga & JS TB:)

Cookie - Great job with yoga, pilates & Circuit 5. Your thrift shop kitchen set sounds like a great find. DIL was sick so we didn't babysit Monday, but today we ran over there to help her out for a couple of hours.

Debbie - I was wondering about you yesterday. I am so sorry about the Shingles shot. How are you feeling today? Feel better. Was that your 2nd dose? I heard those are painful. I got the first one in 99. I am afraid to get the 2nd one. I have enough problems. Your yoga on the deck sounds lovely. It’s very humid here. Sadie never had a teeth cleaning.

Cookie - nicely done on Circuit 5 and yoga/Pilates. Great find at the thrift shop. I am sure the kids will love it. Those kitchens are hard to find.

Today was a walk outside & Cathe Butts & Guts. We are going to dinner tonight.

Belinda - Great job with 2 dance workouts! It was my 1st Shingles shot, near the injection slight is red and swollen. I think I'll be afraid to get a 2nds shot, it is painful.

Deb, sorry the shingles shot is bothering you. I was hesitant to go back for the second one, but the fear of getting shingles won out. Your dil is so lucky to have you close by.

Belinda, 2 live dance classes! I might have needed a nap after that. We had to have teeth removed from our smaller dogs as they aged. Hopefully, that won't be the case with Sadie.

Today I did JS Circuit 1 Week 3.


Debbie - how are you feeling any better today? I heard the 2nd is supposed to be worse than the first one. I only had a little swollen arm. Nothing to crazy. Sorry you in so much pain. Great job on your walk and B&G.

Cookie - nice job on your walk and yoga. It’s over 90’s here, no way I walk outside, lol. Glad you both getting your walks in. I am trying to prevent having Sadie’s teeth removed. I hope the vet doesn’t have to do that either.

'Evening! Circuit 6 today and an indoor walk.

Deb, hope your dinner last evening was scrumptious. I haven't done butts & guts in a long time - loved that one.

Belinda, it was way too humid to walk outside, so I've been trying to do shorter ones indoors. The dog dental bills were quite expensive, but we didn't want them to be in pain. So we were in financial pain!
 
Hi,

Today was a walk outside & full body at the gym. We have a family get together/reunion tomorrow in Long Island. Hopefully the traffic won't be too bad, the Yankees are playing so hopefully GPS can reroute us.

Belinda - Great job with JS Circuit 1. My arm was swollen by the injection site, but it also swollen by my armpit so when I used my arm it hurt. Today it is so much better. Thanks for asking.

Cookie - Great job with yoga, walk & Circuit 6. We had a day of low humidity but I think it is back. Thanks for asking about my arm.
