Hi Ladies! Happy Friday! I hope you're all out having fun.:cool: I just did a treamill workout tonight. I got to 8,500 steps today, getting there slowly!

Woke up at 3 a.m with a tooth ache:mad: It's gonna be a long day:confused:
I will do SBF UB = 15 min + UB = 19 min and Stopwatch Planks = 15 min.
If I have time I will do PiYo UB:eek:

Hi,

Yesterday I took a hot yoga class & it was so hard, when I woke up this morning everything hurt. I decided to take a rest day. I still have about 7 more paid classes so may attempt one tomorrow.

We went to DH's good friends get together, early this morning they were married & only had family and a couple of friends stop by. It's funny DH's friends Mom lives in Daytona so I was telling his Mom & sister about the RT and the Mom wants us to come by. I guess no one could imagine how busy Cathe keeps us:eek:

Belinda - Is this the same tooth? I hope you feel better. Great job with your workouts. I haven't seen results yet with Butt Lift but I haven't given it enough time yet.

Jessica - Lately I have been craving pizza & chocolate, not good with Halloween candy all over the stores;) You have been doing great with your steps!

Belinda, so yesterday I finally got on SB's website and now I'm thinking about getting her dvds. I don't do downloads much, even tho they are good for traveling, think it is more the putting together the different combinations from the various ones. You are such an influencer!!! Hope the tooth is doing better.
Amelia, did you get a fitbit? It does motivate me to get more steps in. Some days I focus on stairs. Hope things are settling down.
Kristin, how was baseball this weekend? Don't know how you get everything done.
Jessica, great job on the steps! Last night I was at 9,897 and so you know I had to do some fast walking to get it over 10K! Do you watch tv or something while on treadmill? I get bored w/o something to focus on.
Wendy, more hockey stories! Anyway, that's my vote. If Lori were still here, she would vote for it also, since as it proud Canadian it's her favorite sport, so that's two.
Deb, others just don't understand. I know, perhaps you should invite her to come by for a class!! That will it. Does your hot yoga expire at the end of this month?
Yesterday did P57 and a walk. Haven't done P57 in a long time and feel it in the bum. Not as sore as after Cathe's 200 walking lunges but a teeny bit of doms. It's Belinda's influence on getting me to do more barre. Groceries, walk, PUB, housework and paperwork.

This evening I will do Relaxation Stretch = 20 min and PiYo UB:D Today my son's fiancé parents are visiting us. Aleisa and I will make a huge brunch and for dinner we making a nice chuck roast in Aleisa's new crock pot:D

Cookie - :eek::D I am a bad influence;) I think you like her workouts. Are you talking about the dvd's downloads? You can't download her streaming workouts. What are you plan on doing? BTW, I have all her dvd's. Just love her workouts. I am down almost 9 pounds since doing only Barre workouts:p You don't feel wiped out with Barre, but you work your entire body. In 2 weeks Suzanne has a new challenge, hope you join us. Monday we continue with the WOD (workout of the day) until the new challenge.

Debbie - yes, it's the same tooth:eek: I can't bite on it and I feel hot/cold:eek: When do your passes expire? That's funny about your family thinking you have time at the RT:eek: They should join you;) You will see results with Butt Lift, just stick with it;) It takes about 6 weeks before you see results.

Hi all! We had a crazy weekend. DS had a baseball tournament. He played three games. They lost all three. His team is mostly 9 year olds, but they are playing 10u, and many of the teams they have played against have been 11u. I hear it is because it is fall ball. DS is getting tired of losing, but he is improving too. He made an amazing catch in centerfield.

Friday was an unexpected rest day. I could not sleep Thursday night. I finally fell asleep around 4 :30, and had to wake up at 5 to workout, so that wasn't happening. Didn't get to catch up on my sleep with this tournament. Anyway. . . I have a three day work week this week. I am hoping to make it through quickly and then I can recover some.

Tonight's workout ended up being ME. Hopefully I will get up early to do RK in the morning.

I will catch up with personals later. I have one more set of essays to grade before I can go to bed.

Hi,

This morning I took a hot yoga class. My classes expire the week I go to Cathe's RT so I should be able to get them all in. I also have another set starting after because they had an amazing deal but I get a year to complete that set TG!

I cooked my monthly sauce & my legs are hurting from being on my feet all day:rolleyes:

Belinda - I love brunch, you must have been cooking a lot too;) Is this the 1st time your are meeting the new "in-laws"?

Kristin - It's good experience for the younger one's to play the older ones. I'm guessing you don't get up early on weekends to workout so you can sleep in.

Cookie - I think it's great that you push yourself to get the extra steps in. I see you still do lots of steps at work, must be so hard when you are carrying things.

Morning

week one of logging my food went great! I weighed this morning and I was down 1.4 lbs from last Mondays weigh in, very happy to see that. I logged all my food and even had an indulgence meal.

I'm looking forward to next weeks weigh in. =)

Friday wasn't a good day though, nor was Saturday:( My asthma symptoms were crazy Friday night - my chest was so tight! And since I haven't experienced any asthma symptoms in so long I didn't have any medication. I had to use my kids breathing treatments to open up my airways - I almost went the the ER but the thought of another ER bill stopped me.

I plan on seeing a pulmonologist ( or however you spell it :confused:) this week to see whats going on. We painted Friday so im about 100% sure that was the culprit...but I still need to get medication for situations like this.

I will check back in tonight after my walk.:)

Today I will do 1 Body part a week and SBF Barre = 55 min.

We finally got to meet my son's fiancé parents It also was their 35th Anniversary We had a blast with them yesterday. Aleisa cooked us brunch and dinner. It was yummy. She cooked so I didn't stood in the kitchen all day and had a change to get to meet DS's future mother in law.

Cookie - I got all SB workout dvd's minus the prenatal one. They are fantastic! I am glad my internet is running good enough to stream. We do have a lot of problems too.

Amelia - aww…..hope you feel better soon.

Debbie - sorry to hear about your feet. Hope they feel better today. Yes, it's the first time we met;) We had so much fun yesterday. They didn't leave until 10:20 P.M:eek: You alway's can try her streaming first since it's FREE:D

Kirstin - I know how it feels not getting enough sleep. Hope you get some soon. Good job getting your workouts in.

Just a quick check in. Saturday was a rest day and yesterday was a quick treadmil workout again. I had my braces tightened on Saturday and I still have pain as of right now. :confused: I'm hoping I'll feel alot better by tonight, so I can do chest, shoulders and back.

Hey everyone. I didn't wake up early today. Well, I did, but I have a head cold, so I stayed in bed. I worked out after dinner with MMA Boxing.

I had my first "pop in" observation with my worst behaved class. When he walked in I thought I would die, because all the discipline issues for the building are in this one class, lol. I have to say they behaved extremely well. My AP even noted how many dean "frequent flyers" were in the class and how they were behaved and participating in class in a positive way. What a relief. He also liked my class anchor chart on habits we are tackling to be more successful. I told him about the article I gave out on the second day about the habits of successful students and I had them write about the one they would tackle, and then took the top six for the anchor chart. He loved it.

Anyway, today was great, especially for a Monday!

Belinda- good luck going to the dentist. God, I hate going to the dentist. Is this the same tooth that bothered you the last time? Hope it is nothing major.

Jessica- hope you are feeling better!

Amelia- congrats on the weight loss! Glad you are getting back into it!

Deb- no, I sleep in on the weekends. Although, DS's game on Sunday was at 7 am, so no sleeping in then, lol. You must be so excited to for the DAytona trip!

Cookie- I got so much done this weekend, I impressed myself. Of course, now I am exhausted, but I only have two more days to go, so I will manage.

Hi,

Tonight I did Great Glutes compound exercises only. I had my hair colored today & was talking to the girl & she was telling me how much she loves barre classes. She said at the gym the class is packed, every spot is taken.

Belinda - That is so sweet of Alesia to do the cooking so you could "Meet the Parents". Good luck with your tooth. By the way, great job with your weight loss:)

Kristin - It is awesome to start the year with a great review! So all eyes at our house are on the next couple of Yankee games here since it will be Jeter's last. I have mixed feelings about seeing the last game:(

Amelia - Take care of yourself, do allergies trigger it too? Great job logging in your food, you are so successful at it:)

Jessica - How long are your braces on for? It must be tough being in pain all weekend.

I will do SBF Stopwatch Planks = 15 min + Abs 4 = 15 min.

I went to the dentist yesterday, he put me on penicillin. He thinks he hit a nerve and I have a slide infection under my crown:roll eyes: That explains all the pain:roll eyes: He also put some sticky meds around that tooth. If the pain doesn't get any better by Thursday he has to remove the crown and see what's going on. I hope the meds will do the trick.

Cookie - how are you doing?

Kirstin - it's the same tooth:confused: I am glad everything went well yesterday and you having a good start with good reviews.

Debbie - Aleisa is amazing:D I am so thankful for what she did. Barre workouts are fun, I also love them.

Hey girls,

Yesterday was a walk and today will probably be a walk as well. Last week I walked all during the week and took the weekend off and it worked out nicely.

I'm feeling much better now, asthma symptoms almost gone. I have an appointment to see a specialist tomorrow afternoon, can't wait to see what he says.

Kristin-Yay on the good reviews from your pop-in observation. Great job on MMA

Belinda- Ugh, i hate going to the dentist. Sorry to hear about your pain, i hope its doing better today and the antibiotics work for you.

Jessica- hope your doing better too. I've heard that braces can be so painful:(

Debbie-Great job on your Glute workout. Are you going to try a Barre class? They sound pretty fun! About my asthma, this time paint fumes triggered it but I've noticed when the season's change I can get tightness too. Its been years since I've had an attack though..I honestly thought it was gone.:confused:

Cookie-How are you doing? How's your son doing lately?

Wendy-Hope your doing good.

Hi Everyone-

Thank you for the well wishes. I'm feeling better today. I woke up super early and bursting with energy. I really must have needed those few days off. I'm still in a little pain but not too bad. This moring (4:30am) I did Chest, shoulders and back. It felt so good to be back in the game! :cool:

Belinda- Oh my gosh, you must be in pain! OUCH! I hope you are feeling better. You are so dedicated sticking with your workouts!

Kristin- What grade do you teach? I hope your cold is gone!

Debbie- Well my dentist originally told me 2.5 years and last month was the three year mark. So, not sure how much longer.:mad: I'm really hoping they are off before my 30th bday next year. Great job working the glutes!

Amelia- Great workouts! I'm glad to hear you're doing better.
