Iris: No problem. I figured you were busy. But were you out that early

Cookie: I managed to use the snowblower but even that was a serious workout. I was all sweaty when done. That snow was so heavy. I guess we ended up with 10-12 inches. Sounds like you got a lot more. As usual. The driving was not good in the morning. That's for sure. How are you doing with the Feb rotation?
Kristin: Your DH came back just in time before the bad weather. I love M2 as well. I did the 6 1/2 rotation the first time through. I have a confession to make, on disc 7 instead of the drop sets of push ups I did dumbbell bench presses. It made that disc a lot more enjoyable. I might see what I can sub on the last week as well. My ideal STS would probably be 3 weeks of M1, 2 months of M2, double the first two weeks of M3 and single the last two. I love the UB workouts of the first two weeks of M3 and the plyo legs are awesome.
Trish: Now that's what you get for kissing your DH. LOL. I hope it goes away soon. Enjoy your day without a nap

Melissa: So, have you heard anything about the Hole? I was thinking you might have heard stories. I've got DOMS this week from trying to add 30mns of cardio on STS days. ^5 on the smaller jean fitting better. That's awesome.
Deb: Hope your week hasn't been too crazy catching up. What workouts are you doing at the moment?

I'm thinking of doing some drill stuff today. I'm thinking of combining drill max cardio with 4ds bootcamp cardio. Should be interesting. Then there's swimming and rollerblading, so it will be another full day, just not Lori style quite.
