Deb: I forgot to answer the other day. Yes, I am doing STS. 2 more discs and I'm done with M1. I haven't been regular at all, but I have managed to get all 3 discs done every week. Barely. Hope DS feel better soon. Does your younger DS still live with you?

That is so me. OMG, I am so weird. Yeah, keep posting about DB because nothing happen in our lives. Oh no, he's a whole 4 years younger?!?!?!?!?! (sarcasm here). Don't you be getting any ideas, he sounds great and unless he proves otherwise (which he won't) you are giving him a chance. ^5 on DC being gone. Didn't he just come back? LOL.
Kristin: A lot of people have reported being tired with STS. I think it's a good shock to the body. That's why she made shock cardio with some shorter workouts and some easier ones in there. The rest week between 2 and 3 will do you good. Make sure to keep it light. If it helps, I am not as tired this time around doing it as I was last time. Some people got great results doing STS and only 2 days of cardio if I recall too. Oh, and the other day I was dropping all my weights down. Don't know why, but I know it happens once in a while. I guess some days we are just more tired than others. Imax3=love. For some reason, I still find it easier than 2 so I pull it out more.

OK, so I didn't get up this morning. But I am going to keep doing it like Belinda and post my workout. Tonight I am doing disc 11 with an optional 30 minutes of cardio. In the meantime.........off to work..........and a big TGIF from me!
