Today's wo was shoulders (3x6 inverted shoulder press, 3x20 barbell upright row, 3x20 side lateral raise, 3x25 bent over lateral raise). It was short and sweet, but what a burn

Cookie - Nope, I didn't buy spin shoes, but they require you to wear them. So, luckily, they include their rental in the fee (couple other studios I checked out charge an additional fee to rent them). I talked my girlfriend into joining me so it should be fun. Your friends are so smart...the kids are home for such a short time and even when they are living there, by the time they are teenagers, they probably spend more time out of the house than it. I'll have to keep that in mind next time I think I want a bigger house
Deb - My DH is the same way...and he has no problem telling me when he doesn't like something I cooked (nerve, right??)! Mind you, he can barely boil hotdogs!! Will definitely let you know on the spin class

My hamstrings (especially) and quads are both sore. If I could get my eating straightened out, I could really see how this rotation is doing. But, I had a dove ice cream bar after dinner + some other junk so it will be hard to tell if this keeps up.
