Morning,
Where does the time go? I'm up, finished breakfast but have to start MM soon to get it done before work. Still got some foffee though.
Belinda: How are DH an Bowler doing? Are you choosing your cardio as you go along for the STS rotation or mostly following the one Cathe posted. Ugh on more snow. It's coming back to us for tonight and tomorrow. I say we all send it to Lori
Glad the stomach bug isn't slowing you down.
Deb: Glad to hear about FIL. No joke some people are fighters and recover better. Wow, you are thinking of doing the 4days STS rotation. Remember your wheaties
Melissa: LOL at your first Chem class. Way to get oneself endeared to the students. My favorite subject thought don't you know. Man this rotation is insane. I love IT! Oh and I think you will loose even more if that is what you want because you will be walking so much compared to your job before.
Iris: How are you. I was my purple coffee mug back. LOL. Maybe drag you to Zumba at the same time.
We can do yoga after.
Trish: You are too funny about the ten seasons vs. ten episodes. How are your knees today?
Amelia: How are you doing today. How is the new little dog doing by the way. It's been a couple of months now right?
Heidi: Howdy!
Hope you are enjoying your sunny neck of the woods. Coz here ..... not so sunny .... or warm.
Cookie: How did the report turn out? Are you still getting the rotation in? Too funny that the girls can't keep up with you. Awesome that they even want to workout with you! LOL at "Rodney's too much of a pretzel". Ugh on the late day. Me too, but I am doing my meeting from home tonight. And it's going to be mostly me talking
At least today's wo is short for you. Me I have MM and a run to fit in.
Lori: So did you get the new Lulu yet?
Kristin: Yep, you would love Imax3. I think what I like is that the blast has a minimum of choreography to it and it keeps your mind occupied through the pain to follow it.
I vaguely remember having the same elbow pain now that you mention it. I think M1 moves so fast that maybe we don't stabilize as much as we should? It went away for me in the later mesos but I was very careful with it especially for tricep exercises and tried to stabilize as much as possible.
Ooops, 5:31.... better hit it!
Have a great day everyone!
