Evening ladies. I just finished D22 CST and there were push ups, lol. I was actually able to do all the push ups on my toes! Yay! Well, I still cannot do the tricep, close grip push up on my toes, but I am getting there
. I benched 50 # BB, and chest flys were 22 # (20 plus gloves). I have never lifted this heavy in my life. I am feeling good, even with the the arrival of TOTM.
Proud mommy moment- my youngest son went on the potty three times today1 he told me, "Mommy, me no like diapers, me want underwear." I was so proud and then sad because I know he is my last baby and he is growing up
Cookie- barely got it done because I was so tired today, but I am glad I did it.
BTW, I love when you get "signs" like that,
Helene and Lori- I have had long time outs with my oldest too. One was about an hour. He screamed and carried on in his room. I wanted to bash something, I could not take the screaming, but I stayed calm and did not give in. He did not come out until he was quiet and apologized, lol. I was lucky that he behaved last week, because he normally acts up when DH is gone. Well, we'll see how it goes next week
.
Trish- I did not watch any of it. I am hooked on Big Love, lol.
I did see a glimpse of it, and I thought Anne H. was stunning.
Melissa- my eating was pretty good today. Yours? I am craving something bad for Bethenny's premiere. Are you watching?
Belinda- as always I am thinking of you as I lift these heavy weights, lol.
Iris- things seem to be developing nicely with DB. Are you relieved you told him about the competition?
Amelia- I LOATHE that type of coworker. A little bit of authority is given to them and they go all HITLER on you. Ugh. There is always that one person in every workplace. double ugh! Definitely just keep doing what you are doing
Hi to Deb!
BB tomorrow,
Kristin
