I forgot how much cardio is in GS Legs. Between that and the B&G work, my hiney is toast. I added on CC2 which I haven't done in forever. My whole wo was a little over 2 hours and 1152 calories. I needed that. Since it was Helene's bday yesterday, I figured I should celebrate and went over on my cals last night. Talk about looking for a reason
Anyway, I need to make this day a productive one so back to the taxes I go. Oh, and I've been doing pilates 2 x a week on cardio days for the past 4 weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility, particularly with my plie squats and stretches. Think I'll keep them in my rotations
Belinda - Uuuggghhh, I hear you on the snow. We're in the same boat today. I think we got about 6-8 inches this morning. When will it end?? Thankfully, next week will be March. Spring can't be too far away
How do you like Suzanne Deason's wo? I checked it out on collage video. I'm thinking about putting it into my netflix queue.
Iris - Ok, I hope this isn't obvious, but what is functional? LOL @ not finishing rotations. I keep eyeing Cathe's Rock Bottoms rotation for February. It looks insane (400 walking lunges!!), but I'm thinking about giving it a go...one of these days.
Lori - LOL @ you sleeping on the laundry. Nothing is more inviting than warm laundry! Glad you had a great time with the girls. I have a girl's weekend coming up in May and I'm already counting down

Kristin - I totally relate to the child care issues. Our morning sitter 'forgot' that she promised her afternoon family that she would care for their kids during winter break so now I'm taking the girls to their grandmother's at 6AM for the week and then driving to NYC or finding another train station to park at. It's all a PITA. I hope you get it worked out. I also am on snow shoveling duty
