Good morning again,

I also did SBF Barre 2 = 35 min + Jessica Smith Mommy + Me Low Impact Cardio = 20 min.
Needed to burn some calories today, eat a lot of food yesterday. LOL.

Good job on your workouts everyone. Keep up the good work!

Hi everyone. Took my dad to get his epidural and then we went out to breakfast. Came home and walked the dog. Afterwards I did my workouts. I did X10 Cardio Blast and Xtrain Burn Sets Bis and Tris. Feeling good ;).

Belinda- awesome job on your workouts!!!

I have work to do and a house to clean and one hour and 30 minutes before the boys are home. What to do, what to do.

Didn't sleep well this morning and had to leave early for bloodworm, so took it as an active rest day. Then got busy moving lots of things around at work, and with running around, managed to get over 10K w/o a workout or a walk.
I'm beat.

Hello, this is your no-workout member of the group, LOL. :) Still coughing but I feel like this antibiotic is working. However, I'd been coughing so hard I pulled a muscle around my ribs on my left side. So coughing, muscle strain, and a cut in my hand. Hmmm. Maybe I'll start working out in 2015? HA!! I think I'll try to start back on Sunday.

Cookie-I really think the thing that is keeping my weight down is really sticking to my eating plan during the week. Even on Thanksgiving my big treat was cornbread dressing, but every other component of the meal was primal. Because other than coughing, I've been a total sloth.

Kristin-How is your dad feeling? Did the epidural give him relief? I'm hoping it did!!

Hi,

Yesterday I took a yoga class, finished up my computer work. I'm slow at work this week because they want me to go the last 2 weeks before Christmas. Tomorrow I hope to decorate the house & organize before time gets away from me.

Belinda - Thanks for starting us up this month, just nervous when the calendar turns to December;) I will check out the dvds, thanks for the heads up!

Kristin - My Dad had an epidural for his back & it really helped him, hopefully it works for your Dad. I passed a house tonight that really did an awesome job with the lights, will have to make an effort to go that way more often. Hopefully you were able to get some downtime before the kids came home:)

Wendy - So sorry you are still not feeling better & your Thanksgiving was eventful! Hopefully the meds will work now.

Cookie - I hope you can cheat with the pizza cookbook & buy the dough already made:) I had a lot of steps today too, and I need new shoes because they are wearing out!

Good morning,

Today's plan is: X Train Cardio Leg Blast = 56 min + SBF Feel Good Cardio = 30 min and Jessica's Waistline work = 20 min. Yesterday I finally open my X Train dvd set, about time.
I am kinda following the 90 Day rotation. Not sure, how far I will get….meaning getting bored doing the same workouts over and over again? DH is doing it with me:D For some of the cardio, I will sprinkle Turbo Fire or something else ino_O

Yesterday all my dvd's from Beachbody including the new P90X set came.Monday I bought Jessica's walking dvd's, the came too yesterday :D She had a 50% off sale! Couldn't pass that up:p

Cookie - yes, the food was worth every it:D It was so yummy! The restaurant has a 5 star rating. You know it's good. Most places like this don't give you a lot of food, this one did:p I couldn't eat it all:eek: I will post the link later today. It's very beautiful place.

Debbie - you are welcome! I am glad when December is over, can't wait for summer, lol! I already hate the dark, rainy and cold weather, lol. Have fun decorating today, I will do the same.

Wendy - hope the meds will kick in soon. Feel better and take good care of yourself.

All my workouts are done! I kept X Train Cardio Leg Blast low impact, no jumping. Saw a lot of familiar moves:eek: I know, I will not do this once a week for 90 day's. I was looking at the clock at the 30 min mark:rolleyes:

Wendy - of course it does:p Xtrain Cardio legs wasn't bad, it wasn't my favorite leg workout either. I was getting a little bored with all the same piyo moves.
 
Hey everyone. Got my workout in: Cardio Leg Blast. I also walked Baxter for 30 minutes. Tomorrow I have parent/teacher conferences, so I will be getting home late. Then Friday we are getting the tree. Excited for that!

Belinda- You didn't like CLB? I feel it goes fast once we get to the step portion. I like the moves on the step. I cannot believe you are just opening Xtrain now, lol. I did the 90 day rotation when it first came out. I wasn't bored with it because some workouts are rotated so that they are every other week or month even. Tabatacise was the one I always dreaded, lol.

Cookie- my dad seems to be doing well with the epidural. I am hoping it works for him. I am looking forward to Christmas break. I feel like I've been running a marathon and I need to rest, lol.

Wendy- I agree with Belinda, we can count it as a workout ;). Hoping you are feeling better!

Deb- We are doing our lights over the weekend. Only a few houses have them up at this point. I am hoping by this weekend more people will put them up and I will have more beautiful lights to look at during my nighttime walks with Baxter.

Hi,

I did High Reps today. I started Christmas decorating but didn't get too far. I ended up going food shopping, visiting my DS & laundry will continue a little bit each day:)

Belinda - I saw in open discussion that you bought a wi-fi extender does that attach to your existing wi-fi? I may need that because 1/2 of the house doesn't have good wi-fi, it picks up my neighbors which I don't have the code for LOL.

Kristin - It does feel like this month is flying by, we're talking tree too but may wait another week. The heat in our house is dry so wait to put the tree up so it doesn't dry up.

Wendy - Kicking this cough could be a workout. Just saw on Dr. Oz that having 1 or 2 tbs. of honey before bed helps (not sure if it works).

I will do SBF Strong Back and Hard Strike Premix 16 and Jessica Smith Bikini Body Circuit.

Debbie - like I said, I had a lot of problems with streaming SBF. No, it doesn't attach to your existing wi-fi. I had a good signal in my basement were our router is, but not in our living room. I have the wi-fi extender sitting in my kitchen for now, we have to move it somewhere else. I think my husband put it there so he can see if the internet is working, lol! But so far, it's working. It drove me crazy, every time I tried to workout, the workout froze on me and that in the middle of a workout. I live in the country, our internet is the best you can get but we still had a lot of problems with the internet.

Kirstin - I thought the workout was ok, not my favorite so far. I was looking at the clock. I was a little bored with the same cardio moves. For some reason, I had a stream went black at the beginning of the step portion? Is that normal? It was almost like they edit at a later time? Hope this makes sense?
I think, for the cardio I have to do sub something else. I am trying to go through every dvd first and see how I feel.

Workouts are done! I did like HS, except the million jumping jackso_O I had to take a few out, keeping it low impact. No way, I can do this one every week, I will do Turbo Fire/Turbo Jam instead or something else.

Belinda, are you doing the 90-day Xtrain rotation? The low-impact one? I did the low-impact version and wasn't bored with it, either. Guess I'm like Kristin there. Looking forward to more info on the restaurant. I wanted to get two of Jessica's workouts as downloads but they weren't on sale, so I'm waiting a bit to acquire them. I've been noticing that I prefer the downloads more since they're right on my laptop and I don't have to find the dvd. Guess I am really getting lazy!

Kristin, we got our tree this past weekend and our lights are up! We've downsized the amount of decorating but dh wanted to get it done while the weather was pretty good. I tease him that he just wants to get his monies worth out of what he spends on the tree.
Wendy, oh I definitely agree, both of them counts as work outs. My saliva glands are working just thinking about them. Seriously though, I do hope you're doing better.
Deb, hope you make the time to get new shoes soon. Dr told me I should have taken better care of what I was wearing as footwear. You sure are busy.
Didn't sleep good the night before last and last night was better but still not great. Did a couple of JS's but am hoping to do Hardstrikes tomorrow. I love that one. Presenting at a state conference tomorrow and then going to dinner and a concert w/dh.

I took a yoga class today. I'm going to do more decorating tomorrow. Someone told me it is 3 weeks till Christmas:eek: wouldn't you know it having a hard time finding some presents!

Belinda - After the holidays I will check the wi-fi extender out because I have tried to stream in my bedroom & same things happen to me. Great job with your workouts! I liked x-train too but at the moment can't remember if I did a rotation:confused:

Cookie - You have a busy day tomorrow!! I hope you get more sleep tonight. I did buy a new pair of shoes/booties will test drive them in the house 1st:)

XTrain Biceps + Triceps Premix #2 is done! So far I am like XTrain. The ab workout at the end was overkill:D my abs are killing me!

Cookie - I am trying to follow the 90Day Xtrain rotation. I will sub in different cardio. I really wanted the downloads from Jessica. I sent her an email Cyber Monday asking her the question. She said not at the moment. I rather get the downloads too. Now I have the DVD's, not a big deal! Here is the web site of the restaurant: http://goodstone.com
The restaurant is only 35 miles from my house.

Debbie - I think you should, what a difference it made. The only decorating I did yesterday, put a x-mas table cloth on my table:D not gonna get far this way….

Kirstin - I thought CLB wasn't bad, just it had some of the same moves Cathe did in her other workouts. I get bored doing the same stuff over and over again. I am getting a little bored with power 7'. I didn't do any of the moves on the step, did all the moves without the step. My step was to high (to many risers). Next time I will try to lower my step hight to 1 riser, maybe that will help? I did enjoy Hard Strike (didn't like the millions jumping jacks, my foot was cramping up) and the weight lifting dvd's. My husband likes the weight lifting dvd's too. OMG, the ab workout today was a killer:p my abs are on fire!

I am back:

I just finished SBF LB Barre 2 with the ball = 20 min + Intem. Seat work = 22 min. I love, love barre workouts. Barre really shaped my legs, butt, abs and arms :D didn't see those results with STS:( also did Jessica's stretch = 20 min. I needed that after all that booty workout:p

The good news-I'm feeling BETTER! I'm going to try an easy workout on Sunday. So obviously no Cathe. HA!!! (That or I'll do Cathe weights and go really light.)

Belinda-At least you have an xmas cloth for your table! I have no cloth on mine. But real pumpkins are still sitting on it...

Kristin-I'm glad your dad is doing well after his epidural.

Debbie-Okay sign you have too many DVDs...when you said, "High Reps" I was like "Do I have that one? Have I even done it?" GAH!!!

Cookie-Ah, thank you for the workout support my friend. I'm kind of sorta OBSESSED with cooking shows, LOL.
