Good Morning!!!!

How is everyone? Im just getting ready to head home but thought I would check in first. I hope there are lots of post to read when I wake up from my nap;)

Todays workout is suppose to be a long run but we will see how long it really is. I have to be in the mood for those long runs! Im going to have to make myself in the mood cause they have to get done. Just wish I still had my radio:( I never thought about it but one of my co-workers went into the city this weekend and I should have given her my in store credit card and she could have picked me up another one:confused: I still would have had money left over cause they now have them reduced to $299.

Ameila** Glad to hear you enjoyed work yesterday!! I knew you would! Hope you get some extra shifts in there. You never know, one of these days you may work there full time! Atleast you have your foot in the door!

Cheryl** Long time no see;):eek: You have been keeping yourself busy but your workouts are still going strong. Check in with us whenever you can, we miss you!

Trish** I like Imax 3 as well, its my fav. I hate the orignal Imax though...warmup is way to long! Hope you get a good workout in today!

Im just waiting for my releif to come in. She called in sick yesterday so I want to make sure she shows up before I leave!:mad: You never know with this girl!

Good Morning Ladies!

Picture me...checking in bright and early in the morning for a change:D I just finished IMAX 3 and 4DSKB abs...Lots of sweat and lots of fun. Knees are paying for it, but love how IM3 gets my heart rate up. The girls are still sleeping (for a change!) so, I'm going to sip on my protein shake and enjoy the SILENCE:eek:

Hey Lori..I hope your relief doesn't call out sick on you:confused:. While you are waiting for her you can start psyching yourself up for that long run ;)

Allrighty, will bbl to check on y'all! I'm going to take some Alleve:eek:

Today is Power Hour and a run interval & a thirty min PW, then im taking the dog for a walk this evening...poor thing,she's been neglected this week:eek: so thats an total of two hours today:eek::eek: I have to make up for my little 'cheat' last night:rolleyes: I was angry and the next thing i know i was head first in my refridgerator:eek:...LOL. Last night was the first time in over a month and A half that ive cheated on a non-cheat day. It will be ok,my workout today will get rid of those cals.

Good Morning all! I have been resting the ankle (except when previewing new kickboxing workouts on Fri and Sat- I had to get up and do some- :D tee, hee). It feels better- I think the rest is just what was needed. I need to do a workout today b/c Mon & Tues I have a training I have to be at for work at 7:30am!!!! Interfers w/my workout time. :( I am not as consistent when I put off wo until after work.

Amelia- Glad you enjoyed work!! Have a good workout.

Lori- have a good run today.

Trish- I just need to get the materials and do it. I do not knw what my problem is!!!

Cookie- Where are ya? Have a good workout!

Hey Girls:)

Im up again. 2 hours of sleep and I feel pretty good. Im starving though!! And the scale was up again today. I managed to get it down to 125, and now its back up to 126.1. Whats up with that??? Soooo want to see 120 again but prehaps I should settle on 125? Why is it always about #'s?:p;)

Ameila** Sounds like you have a good workout planned for today. Making it that long and not cheating is quit the accomplishment! You should be proud. You know that I would never be able to make it that far.:confused:

Trish** I didn't know you had problems with your knees. Do you take anything for it? Im taking a multi vitamin right now and glucosamine (sp?), it seems to be helping. Good job on getting your workout done before the girlies wake:)

Iris** Have fun with your workout! I love working UB in general.

Kim** Hope your ankle is feeling better! Nothing worse then a injury keeping you from a good workout! Hope you get a good one in today!

I have some serious DOMS going on in my UB today. I forgot to mention it earlier. Every body part hurts...in a good way:) I will bbl to report my workout!

Hi, everyone! I think I'm going to join Amelia in Power Hour. That sounds fun. Amelia, don't worry about the cheat - it happens. You've been doing so well.

Trish, hats off on IMAX3 - I seem to only be able to do that one in the Hardcore extreme edits that alternate IMAX3 intervals with Low Max... I am able to do IMAX and IMAX2, tho. Good job!

Lori, enjoy those DOMS! Well earned, I'm certain. I know I'm well above 125 so I'm not even checking right now. Business has been awesome and we're getting a new building of our own, so that's been my big project. Stress galore! But I'll get back on the train again here.

HI Girls:)

Woo Hoo...did my run!:) I did another 20k and it wasn't easy. This is the best I have felt in about a week so I was good to go but I did run out of steam near the end and I walked for a few mins. I would really like to run that route without a stroller to see how well I do but Im not sure if I will ever get the chance!:eek:

Cheryl** Its hard to keep everything in check when super busy. When do you think things will settle in for you?

Im at work now, just ate my dinner and now I think I will eat something sweet! I deserved it!!!!
