Today's back and biceps for me. Will have to really kick butt since my knee is still not liking cardio.

Im not sure if I reported yesterdays workout but I did as I planned. GS&PUB back, a 3 mile run and 4DSBC. DS is waking near the end of my workout now. I guess he is cutting his naps shorter which means my workouts won't be 2 hours long anymore:+ Todays workout will be shoulders and cardio...not sure what cardio yet.I will also work abs as well:)

Eating as been going good. I have cut back on sugar a fair bit.

Im going to read what I missed yesterday and I will be back!

So the thread was pretty quiet yesterday? Im finding it a little harder to checkin when I am home b/c DS is getting more demanding all the time.

Belinda** Im assuming the dogs are o.k? What kind of dogs are they? We have 2 as well. One is part German Shepperd,part Dobermen (135 lbs:eek: ) and the other one is suppose to be a black lab but he didn't grow very big...which is fine with us. We knew he couldn't have been full breed b/c we only paid $30 for him but the roof of his mouth is black and his paws are webbed....Enjoy your workout today!

Sara** Sorry to hear our injury is still clinging on! I would crack up, pretty sure about that:-( KIeep doing what your are doing. I think when I was pregnant,giving myself a nice long break was a good idea. Prior to that my knees hurt when I ran long distances so when I got pregnant I gave everything up for about a yr. I really haven't had any pain since, sometimes my right knee will act up but not very often.

Ameila** I hear ya on the peace and quiet. My checking in in the morning also consist of playing with a toddler, so it takes me forever to write my post!! Im planning on doing as much cardio as I did before. As long as I get 45 mins in a day, Im happy.

I still haven't worked out! After I came back form the vet I took a 2 hour nap! I usually don't nap! I think I am coming down with something! I am getting ready to hit the gym after my lunch settled! It is only 1 pm here! I still have time to get a good workout in!

Belinda** Maybe you are catching my cyber bug?:+ Hope you don't get what I had. Even though I kept moving, it wasn't easy. I think its been a yr since Ive had the cold like this. I remember when DS was just a small baby and i was sooo sick! So sick that I couldn't even sleep~!

Just do'in some laundry (surprise) feeding my baby (surprise) and hang'in out!:)

Todays workout is PLB and abbs first! I may hop on the TM and do a HIIT for 20mins...just because ive been stressed lately!

I am back from a hiatus! I have been taking a break from the 'puter. I didn't realize how much time I was spending on it. I felt like an addict! I need to go back some posts and see what everyone is up to.

Belinda-I hope you aren't getting sick!

Savvy-how are you liking your p90x rotation? Sorry to hear about your injury. At least with p90x, there isn's alot of cardio, expcept Plyo, which is very high impact. Have you done YogaX yet? What do you think?

Lori-ahh, my DS is down to only 1 nap/day. I am dying! It's usually after lunch too, so I end up having to do my workout when he is awake. When it FINALLY gets nice here (oh, I don't know, maybe in freakin' July) we can go out and run in the stroller. Today the temp is 25 degrees. Hello that is below freezing. Too cold.

Amelia-why are you stressed? I hope it gets better? Is it the job search?

Today is Legs/Chest/Back and Abs.

Hi, everyone, all is well! Yesterday I ran with running partner for the first time in months. It was good.

Today I may take a rest day. It was our one year business anniversary yesterday and besides being very busy we were all celebrating. Big company offsite part planned for Friday, all day!!

Lori, great workout yesterday. Good luck on the reduced sugar. It's so hard! I was being tempted by a wonderful sour cream lemon pie we had over the weekend. Ugh! Now it's gone so it won't tempt me. Of course we had b-day cake at the office yesterday :eek:

Now I'll have to be extra good for the coming 2 weeks until I finish out my diet program again.

Belinda, good luck at the gym! Love those PH abs.

Sara, good luck on your UB workout!

Amelia, hang in there - and yes, what is your biggest stress right now? We may not be able to help but we can send you good karma.

Ive just been kinda stressed about adjusting to my new DH hours at work! For so long he would go in-in the early morning and be home(to help with the kids)around 3:30. Now its the other way around and I feel like im doing EVERTHYINGx(. Its been kinda hard on me lately to adjust to him not being here at night! Thats our alone,connecting time. Time we spend together and now its in the morning...which is usually a busy time for me! With working out and cooking,cleaning,getting DD ready for school, picking her up for school,taking care of ds(whos 2,in diapers)journaling my food,workouts! Watching the clock like a mad women to make sure im eating every two hours(bfl;-)) making sure i drink my water,making trips to the grocery store...i mean its all kinda getting to me now!I just have to sit back sometimes and take a breath,LOL

And WORK,OMG...How and When would I fit that in? I think I would die right now if I had to work part-time! But then agian,it could be a break from 'home-life'?

I did talk to my mom last night who is completely agianst my DH right now...she thinks its his fault that im stressedout. but the way I see it is he works full-time and he does help with the kids/house if i ask him too? I just feel like its my job to take care of the kids and the house so i don't really ask him that much.

Hi girls,

I am done with my BFL LB workout! I am dragging today big times! Maybe I have Italy on my mind already? Not sure if I get my extra cardio in today, I am just to tired! I went up in weight again! Maybe that is whats wrong with me, I am burning myself out on heavy weights? LOL!

Amelia** I am so sorry your going through a tough time! You get through this! I have been there with my DH beeing in the military for almost 26 years! I raised my kids all by myself and to top things off I didn't had family around! My DH went to wars for years! I am talking years! You can do this! Your DH comes home every night! I am sending you positve vibes! ((((HUGS))))

After I am done cooking dinner, I will be back for personals!

Belinda-Thanks Belinda! Im a pretty strong person,i can do this..it just takes getting use to! How did you manage by yourself with your kids?
 
Hi Girls!

Back to report! Did my planned weight workout and also CF. Wasn't overflowing with energy but made it through. Whenever I start cardio I get into a fit of coughing. Whatever is on my chest is loosening up and I have to stop to clear it! Ick!

Carrie** What on earth are we gonna do when they don't take either nap? Im thinking I will have to work out before he gets up in the morning or after dinner. I have adjusted to every other stage so I will have to adjust to that one as well.

Cheryl** SO are you on a break from your diet right now? Sounds like it...cause I don't think you were allowed to have cake before}( :9 I bet it was gooood!

Belinda** Good job with the workout! I don't blame ya for having Italy on your mind!

Ameila** I know it can be hard sometimes. When I am on days off, I fell like I am doing everything.And then the days when I work nights, I try to have everything cleaned up from dinner before I go so that I make it easier on DH and he doesn't whine so much! There are days DH gets home from work @ 6 and then plays hockey @ 8 so he is out of here by 7:30! All along I am thinking to myself, I can't imagine not seeing DS all day and then comming home and then leaving again! I felt kind of bad this weekend b/c I wasn't feeling well and after work all I wanted to do was lie down. When you get back into the work force, DH will have to pull his weight a little more and you will manage your time. Plus the kids are getting older and that does make it a little easier. Its not easy doing it alone though. DH is a good help but there are days he can be tied up with work and I don't see him until dinner time and then he as to go back again.

I have to get a shower before DS wakes! Holy, its almost 4! I think he is taking a longer nap today!

Hey girls

I just got a great workout in:) I did BM2 step combos/abbs(one i haven't done in 4-ever)then i did the Squats,Pleas,lunges,deadlifts in gym style.My poor little ds kept asking' Are you done mommie?' :-(

I went back and read my post from earlier and I didnt mean to be so whinny? I hope you guys don't think im one of 'those' kinds of people;-). LOL

Its so nice to know that im not alone. And to be able to talk(type)to you guys means so much to me.:) I have a couple of friends that I talk to from time to time,but since getting married and having kids...i find it difficult to just stay intouch with them.
So these boards mean a great deal to me!:)

Lori-Another great workout! You go girl.Glad to hear you ds took a long nap for ya,so you could get it in! You made me feel better, Thank you:)
