Good morning girls,

Sorry I been MIA:D Yah, I got all my living room, dinning room and all my kitchen again! It finally feels like home! I still have a lot to do, but I do see the end! My DH set up my squat rack, I am so happy! I also have my own workout room! No more weights in the living room!

I haven't worked out since Saturday! I will do a leg workout today! BBL!

Good Morning!:)

I think I could have slept forever today! I was sooo sleepy! DS let me sleep until 8:30 so I can't complain. I fell asleep last night watching the biggest loser so I have no clue who got the boot!

Belinda** We noticed that you were missing! Glad to here the house is in order for you. Nothing worse then having everything, everywhere....which my house is still like. The workers have to come back and finish the steps yet but they kind of just disappeared:confused:

Kim** Sorry to hear you didn't have good weigh in. Do you have to pay when you are up? I think at the ww's here they have to pay $5 or something when they are up. Im guessing my weight is water weight but it is hanging on!

Krisitne** I can't even imagine trying to potty train him! He is sooo all over the place and still does whatever he wants. Sometimes I wonder if he understands what I am saying or if he just doesn't care! Girls are so much different then boys. DD was saying alot more when she was his age.

Cookie** My goal is to sweat the flu out of me:) Thats why I keep on motoring! Hope you enjoyed your workout last night!
I was planning on going for a long run today but I forgot that there is tumble time. I am going to take DS to that and I will get my run in after lunch...weather premitting of course!

Good morning ladies,

Argh, Heidi was not sleeping well last night and crying so I took her to bed with us (which I never had done before, but I wanted to sleep). Well, she finally went to sleep as soon as we layed down, but oh my god, she took up all my space, so I was laying there awake for 2 hours. So I decided to put her back in her crib and of course she woke up and wouldn't go back to sleep. So 2 hours later I decided to give her some milk, put her in bed and let her be and so she finally (after a little bit of crying) went back to sleep. So I got 3 hours of sleep maybe and I am exhausted. :confused:

Today's workout was supposed to be 30 min walk and 30 min run, but DH was too tired to fix my TM. I finally got the part for it yesterday, so he will do it tonight, oh, I can't wait!!! :rolleyes: So I will do one of the GS upper body workouts unless I am too tired and have no strength.

Belinda - I sure wish I had a workout room. All my stuff is in the living room behind the couch. :(

Kim - You already got your workout in? What time do you workout in the morning?

Lori - Just wait, soon he will be talking up a storm and you won't be able to shut him up, hehe :).

Hey girls! Im here, well kinda:confused: im still getting use to collage and boy oh boy I wonder what i got myself into..LOL! Im slowly getting a schedule together! Its only been like three days but i miss talking to you guys!

Today is a dogwalk(to clear my mind) and because my dH is home today im gonna do a circuit...cardio and weights! I didn't get to do it yesterday so I will do it today! Yesterday I did a dogwalk and a run interval! and i had my cheat meal...Krystals yummy!

ok,hugs to everybody and I will bbl!

I will try and pop in tonight and do some personals! Just to let you guys know;):p:D

Today will be the first day of FF's Endurance and Muscle Defining rotation...tweaked a bit at the end because of a wedding I'm in on the 18th and I want my rest week to start then! So MM Upper Body today, but I think I'm going to throw some Low Max Intervals in there as well!

Hi Girls:)

Just a quick check in before I head out for my run. I waited and waited for the weather to clear up but I ended up putting DS in his crib and now that he is asleep...the sun is starting to shine:mad: DD will be home from school soon so she can watch him while I go outside for a run, I really don't want to run on the TM! Im also trying some energy "stuff" that my BIL sent me. If I like it, I will take it on the day of my race:)

Kristine** I forgot to answer your question. We aren't really "trying" to have a baby, just doing whatever. He was soooo good a few weeks ago but now he is major tantrum mode and its driving me nuts. He cries over everything and even freaks out when I put him in his highchair for his lunch! So right now...I don't want anymore:eek: So I guess I better be careful!:confused:

Ameila** Ha...you will get the swing of things! Once you get a routine down everything will fall into place!

Pinny** Sounds like you are doing a good rotation! Nothing wrong with a little bit of muscle definition! LOL

I will bbl to report my workout. Im aiming for a long run but I may not have the time.

I did BFL legs. I squaded 85# today! Hope I can walk tomorrow! Oh, I love my new squat rack! The leg curls are a different story, it was cutting my legs:(:( I still got a good workout.

Lori** it will take me a few more day’s for my house to be in order! I am still doing lots of dishes! Glad you had a good night sleep.

Kristine** sorry, you didn’t get enough sleep last night! You should take a nap today! Before I had a workout room, my workout stuff was also in the living room. Maybe one day will have your own workout room?

Lori - When is your big race? How long is it?

Amelia - I just wanted to tell you that I saw your pics on Success Stories and girl you should be so proud of yourself. What you accomplished is amazing!!!!!

Belinda - Wow, 85, I am sure I wouldn't be walking tomorrow :p. You go girl.

Oh, forgot to mention that I did GS Back, Shoulders and Biceps. DD is sleeping but she has a stuffy nose :confused:, so the poor baby is getting sick. At least I know now what was wrong with her last night.

Kim, I'm also an early exerciser. If I don't do it first thing during the week, it probably won't get done! Plus I put in my planner, oh now my phone, so if I didn't do it, I'm looking at it and getting guilt for having it on my agenda and not getting to it. Guilt works really well on me. Not a trait I have managed to pass onto my kids, though... Do you like Jari's workouts? I did a couple a few times.

Lori, you sound like you're feeling better, so perhaps your idea of outrunning the flu is working. Isn't it tough being a parent? Just whenever I thought I was getting pretty good at it, my kids would hit another phase and throw me completely off.

Kristine, hope you get a good night's sleep tonight. It is so hard when the little one isn't feeling well. Hope you don't catch it and that the treadmill gets fixed soon.

Amelia, working, school, and parenthood are quite a lot to juggle. After your other accomplishments, I'm sure you can do this. People often think I'm organized, but it really is because I had to become it to get things accomplished.

Belinda, 85 lbs? Are you trying to become a figure model or something? Wow, that's a lot of weight. Hope your resting or just walking tomorrow.

So, we have an Energizer Bunny and a female Arnold hanging with us! Now I really do feel like a slacker. I did manage to do all of B&G this morning. Today was a really hectic day, but it ended on a very pleasant note of dinner with a friend. Nice treat.

Belinda - so glad to hear you are getting settled. WTG on getting your own workout room!! My DH only pops into the workout room every month or so so I feel like it's all mine, too! Hope you can work tomorrow. 85#?? Very impressive. I need to up my squat weight...I've been at 30# for a few months and I know I'm way over due for an increase:confused:.

Lori - Rylan is such a sweetie letting you sleep in like that! Olivia never sleeps that late, but she does give me great 2 - 3 hour naps on the weekends. Is Rylan going through the infamous "NO!" stage? It seems like every other word out of Liv's mouth is NO! She's become very defiant over the past couple of weeks and throwing tantrums like Rylan. I can't wait to get through this stage!:mad:

Kristine - Good job on getting your GS workout in. Working out on little sleep is no fun. When I'm really tired, the only wo I can do is UB...no cardio, no LB, just UB. I guess because you sit through most of it LOL. Hope your TM is all fixed tomorrow.;)

Hey Amelia! So, do you feel like a schoolgirl again? I just started studying for the ACE PT certificate and was a little suprised at how much material is covered. But, I've always liked the whole school thing -- note taking, highlighting, researching, etc. Hope you enjoyed your dog run & CW :)

Hey Iris - How've you been? You'll have to let me know how you like the rotation. Were you doing a Cathe rotation before? Hope MM UB was fun for you.

Kim & Cookie - Make that 3 of us. I used to get up @ 4:30, but have pushed the back to about 5:15 after I started following rotations. I think I may have been over training in the past (usually for two hours or more!). How was B&G for you this morning Cookie? My B&G DOMS continue from TWO DAYS ago!!!

Allright, on my way to bed so I can rise and shine in the AM.
