Belinda: Question for you. How have you been using 30DS? How often per week and did you combine with weights or with cardio or both. Off to do SM and 30DS level 1. ;)

Helene, you do each level for 10 Days than go on to the next level! You do that for 30 day straight, 7 day's a week for 30 day's. I am on 30DS L3 Day 4 today. I am doing the 6 month STS rotation and do cardio whatever floats my boat that day:eek: last few weeks I am using 30DS for my cardio:confused:

If you do the 30DS rotation for 30 days, just add 3 extra cardio workouts week. And they don't have to be 60 min long either. I cut down on cardio! I do walk almost every day instead;) I hurt my knee a few weeks ago and it still bordering me. Also the 30DS is tough on the knees;) And I am still losing weight every week. Alesia is doing it too and she lost a dress size:D she doesn't do anything else! After I am done with STS I will do a full rotaiton from JM only;) Hope this helps!

Helene, on more thing! I also upped my cal intake to 1400 - 1500 cal a day, just a tought;) I wasn't losing any weight eating only 1200 cal and working out hard. I think a few girls on MFP are not eating enough cal from what I am seeing, JMO!
 
Belinda: Thank you SO much for the answer! It is supper helpful because none of that came with the free videos I got from amazon. So this will be my day one of 30DS. Let's see what it gives me. I am doing CLX for strength. I have two weeks to finish that so I will continue. I also do the cardio that floats my boat. My calorie goal is 1400 (up to 1500) so I should be good with that. I also allow myself up to two days off per week (which now will have 30DS). Awesome that it is working for Alesia as well!

Sorry about the MIA! The girls have been keeping me busy and then had a girl's getaway over the weekend in PA. It was nice to get away and unwind. Nothing terribly exciting going on otherwise. I'm back on Tosca's Recharged meal plan. Hoping it will bring the same results as it did before. My wo today was GS B,B&S (yesterday was GS C&T). Might as well do GS Legs tomorrow:)

Belinda - How are your sinuses these days? I hope a lot better. Keep up the good work with your wos and weight loss;) Both you and Alesia are doing AWESOME!! Say hello for me! Yeah, 1200 cals doesn't work for everybody, especially if the food consumed doesn't have a high satiety level. The higher cals are definitely working for you though, so eat up!:p

Helene - Nice wo today! Love to get your review on JM30DS. It's just sitting collecting dust on my shelf! Maybe I should dust it off...Let me know if you say good bye to your a$$!!

Cookie - So glad you have your internet back! No vanishing going on here;)

Kristin - How long does it take you to grade papers? We're in the same boat with friends. We mostly go out with my BFF and her family.

Melissa - How's school going? And DA, of course?

Deb - Have you started setting up Christmas decorations yet?

Good afternoon

Muscle Endurance UB split premix + CLX Burn it off done this morning and I gotta tell ya, i was groaning during that last workout. really tired:confused: and just gasping for air:eek:

I got back on the bandwagon too yesterday. Right now im doing 1500 calories a day + 4 workouts a week. Im shooting for 28days straight of this:) And no weighing...the hell with the scale for now;) I'm hoping for some loose pants a couple of weeks:D

Belinda-Congrats to you and your DD for the weight loss!

Helene-JM 30 day shred is intense, she's kinda scary:eek: I remember that workout all too well, LOL:eek: ( I also remember thinking that JM's is crazier than Cathe:p) Great workout and good luck on your program!

Trish- I say HR...I may join ya friday:D

Oh and I wanted to share a pic of a cake I made Saturday, it was my first time making a Disney Signature cake ( the more expensive cakes that we offer). Not bad for an amateur:cool::p I really do enjoy doing it.:)

Cardio Core Circuit and JM30DS L3 D4 is done. I still have to get my weight workout in;) will do it tonight!

Helene - sounds like you are on the right track! You will see a difference soon.
 
Trish - good job, on your UB workout. Sinus are stilll messed up, my ear infection is doing much better. 1200 cal a day isn't enough for most people, unless you sit on your a$$ all day long and don't do anything else:p!! And the 1400/1500 cal works because you have to eat when you work out hard, lol! At least I am not putting my body into starvation mode, And yes, I will eat up my cal, at least I am losing weight every week.:p:eek::p BTW, if you check out MFP you find all kinds off good info on eating your excerise cal or not;) Just a thought;) I also ask Debbie (Fitnessfreak) the same question, she told me to up my cal to 1500 cal, that 1200 cal was to low the way I work out. She knows her stuff;)

Evening ladies. Just finished Intensity, step, lo hiit and boot camp premix. Dripping sweat from every pore of my body, lol.

Trish- a girl's weekend sounds divine, lol. I wish another Cathe NJ RT was coming, lol. It normally will take me a week to grade essays from all five classes. This time around I collected the essays Wednesday and gave them back today. I just had to work on them over the weekend because there was just no way I would get them back within a week otherwise, and then what is the point? It becomes meaningless to the students and then they don't put in the effort I expect from them. Quizzes and tests I usually give back within one to three days depending on how much writing is included. BTW I am taking a SOul Cycle class with Jessica this weekend :)

Belinda and Helene- you are making think about getting this JM workout, lol.

Trish, a weekend away! I'm so envious, and you must have had great weather also. Good for you.
Kristin, I'm sitting here with a huge pile of paperwork to do, and I'm ignoring it. Went to a 45 meeting re a grant on Friday, left 4 hours later with 5. I dislike paperwork but really do not care for writing grants at all. Do you use a rubric for grading? Aren't you exhausted this month?

Iris, how's the job?
Yesterday did 10-10-10. Was super tired last night but then woke up after a couple hours and couldn't go back to sleep. Took today as a rest day.
