Good morning girls,


I am getting us started! I will take a rest day today and maybe tomorrow! My UB and LB is so sore!

Amelia** glad you had fun with C&W! That is a fun workout! I can’t find the website you posted a while back, for calculating your calories!

Cookie** I was so tired all day yesterday; I am not a party girl! I almost started FF’s rotation! LOL! I will stick with BFL style training for 12 weeks! I think the BFL workouts are shorter than following any rotation! JMO! WTG on increasing your weights! Great workout yesterday! Do you have any DOMS today!

Lori** glad your yard sale went well! The only bad part, you always have so much stuff left! If you made good money, I would try another yard sale soon! I know it’s a pain to unpack and set everything up, or you always can donate it? I am surprised you and your DH had still energy for a run? ^^^^^^ 5 to you and DH! I don't think Cheryl would ditch us either!

Good Morning Everyone!:)

How is everyone? Im soooo sleepy! Thats the downside of going out with friends;) I got home around 2 o'clock. I reeeeally need to go to bed early tonight. And today is suppose to be my long run day, 16 kms I think.

Belinda** Enjoy your rest day. Surprisingly Im not sore from yesterdays PH but I don't normally get sore from full body workouts anyway. DH didn't go for a run with me yesterday...thats a laugh and a half:eek: He hasn't tied up those running shoes in FOREVER! We are all out of coffee so I had to run out and get some. When I was out I seen people running and they are also doing the race I am doing in Oct...I feel like such a slacker! They are doing what they are suppose to be doing, while Im just dragging my a$$ around:eek::confused::p

I will bbl...the coffee is starting to kick in now:eek:

Good Morning Ladies!!

Today is PLB....and I'm looking forward to it, because I'm thinking of upping the weights....it's been almost 2 months since I've done this w/o, and I know I'm stronger than last time! I did IMAX 2 after work yesterday, (because I couldn't get up in time in the morning).....*sigh* I hate when that happens!

Lori- You are not a slacker!! You are just mentally preparing and not overtraining today.....;)

Belinda- Enjoy your rest day! That means more time to coooook for me...haha

Good Morning, Ladies!

The sun has emerged from yesterday's rain. Can't imagine how people in the Gulf region are handling being battered by it and then the possibility of another major storm coming in next week. Today is supposed to be a rest day, but so I'll just take two of the dogs on a walk this afternoon.

Lori, you are definitely not a slacker! Your body needs to rest. It does sound counterintuitive, but it's true. Since I often miss a workout during the week, I use those missed ones as my rest day, so I don't feel guilty. You've been doing a lot, so I'm sure you need it.

Belinda, I just have a twinge from the chiro appt on Friday. It's near my left should blade and had it before the wo yesterday. Thanks again for inspiring me to increase weights. Now I think I'm going to order the weighted vest!

Iris, I did the PUB/PLB combo yesterday! And was contemplating Imax2 for today, but decided to go with the rest day idea. For me a walk is relaxing and clears my head.

Amelia, I'm going with an image of you and the wagon in my mind to ignore the coffee cake on my counter. If you can do it, so can I.

Ladies, again I'd like to mention how much you do inspire me and help keep me honest. Plus I love the friendship! Thanks again.

If it makes you feel any better ive got chocolate cup cakes on my counter that im ingoring with all my might! :D im drinking diet coke instead,LOL. Enjoy your dog walk later,i almost took my dog out but i would rather sit on my but today:confused::eek:

Belinda-myfitnesspal.com! congrats on all the sore body parts:p. Ive been taking it easy and doing circuits all last week,i think I will get down and dirty this week coming up and pull out the GS series:eek:(don't quote me on it though,lol)

Lori-ive never heard of you dragging your a$$ around;)take a rest day,wont hurt anything! Your always working out so hard....party animal;)

Iris-how was PLB? did you increase your weights? Im always surprising myself when i increase and im able to lift it all,LOL! Great job with imax2 the other day!

Taking a rest day today girls....and im staying very close to my lower end of calories! Im aiming for another lose next week so i have to be a good girl for the rest of the week! My cheat yesterday was fun but i feel better today now that im back on track! Im so tired today? I wonder because of all the junk i ate yesterday?
 
Hi, gals! I'm still here! I'm still alive!

Life and business have been crazy, but all in a good way. I'm determined to be better about checking in again.

Amelia, what is Fitnesspal? I can't wait to here more about it.
