I am still here! Sorry, for not checking in, I had to much unpacking to do! The good news I am almost done with my house! Everything is starting to look really nice! I haven't worked out since last week!:mad: I didn't had the engery to do anything! This week I will put my game face on!:p

I will be back for personals after my UB workout! See you later!
 
:)Good Morning!:)

I am waiting to get off of work and just thought I would check in before I go home and jump into the bed:) Can't wait! I think I am going to put my fleece p.js on, can't get away with that kind of stuff when you sleep with a man but when you sleep by yourself its perfectly o.k;)

My plan for today is a leg workout. I was thinking either GS legs or B&G's, the only thing is, I haven't replaced my bands yet and I don't like not doing all the moves. I may get to walmart before my workout but I usually put off going there...to crowded! So I may have to do a workout with no band work, like PLB.

Belinda** Did you get the new house after? It sounds as if you moved. I usually check in everyday but maybe I missed something when I didn't check in last weekend. Packing,unpacking,squating and carrying are all good workouts:)

Surprisingly I wasn't hungry last night after that long run...a little disappointed:p Thought I was going to get away with eating stuff and not feeling bad about it! Oh well!

morning girls

I went to bed with my back hurting hoping it would stop but its still hurts this morning:mad:....im was planning on a good workout too today:mad::mad:. so that means that i have to stay at the lower end of my calorie range:mad::mad:no workout for me today:( IF my back feels better later I may do a long powerwalk on the treadmill...im hoping I can! I must of hurt it yesterday during powerhour? this is the third back injury this year...im only 29,WTH?

Belinda-I don't think you ever moved,if i have it right....you just got your stuff from the states,right? How is your workout room coming along?

Lori-Oh man,I love my pj's....Sometimes I wish i could just go to the store in them:p:D

Well, I am in moody land since yesterday :confused:, which normally never happens, so I don 't know what's wrong with me. Maybe it's because being of the BC. Anyway I will do a crueling workout today and I should be getting back to normal :eek:.

Belinda - Good to see you, I sure hope that you get a workout out in today.

Lori - PLB is always a great workout. I think B&G is my favorite, but it needs bands for the firewalkers.

Amelia - So sorry to hear that you hurt your back. Take it easy, maybe to some stretching. It happens to me once in a while as well and I am only 31. Uh, if you have a heating pad, that helps really well as well.

Amelia** my workout room is set up! All I have to do is hang up curtains. Sorry about your back! I will post pictures when my DH Alesia comes in 2 weeks, I don’t know how to post a picture on the new forum. It doesn’t work, don’t get it?

Kristine** hope you feel better soon! Have a great workout today!

Kim** the house is almost done! I would say I am almost 95% done. I have to get done the next few days,my sisters from Nuernberg are coming Thursday for a 4 day weekend! I would love to hang a heavy bag in my workout room!

Good Morning Ladies!!

Rest day for me today!! But I have to run my laundry across the country to do it, so there's some huffing and puffing involved in that....

Yesterday did BM2 Double Upper.....no serious doms today though....hmmm... I have come to the conclusion I'm not thrilled about using the stability ball.... but if I use it in a leg workout (not that I like it), I works me major.....doms everytime...:eek:

Hi, gals! Amelia, how did your Power Hour go for you yesterday? I loved mine.

Today I meant to do Step Fit but somehow Step Works popped up on the screen so I just went with it and did it. Fun! Sweating on the step kind of fun.

Lori, I would vote for either B&G or GS Legs.... B&G gives you abs, too, so maybe that wins it out... but I'll be interested to see what you do.

kristine, eveyone is entitled to a mood now and then!!! Maybe just go easy on yourself for today.

Belinda, Glad you're unpacked!!! Heyl you don't have to apologize to me about being MIA when you're busy - LOL! (blush)

Hi girls,

here are the details why we decited not to move! Here it goes:D

We decided not to move after once again weighing all of our options. First
moving is a pain, new house or not. Then their were the other unknowns, we
did not know who our neighbors would be, my DH being the most senior
enlisted Soldier in Bavaria made us vulnerable to many bothersome visitors.
All facilities on and off post would not be within walking distance and the
drive is at least 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, being as we would only be in
the home for one to two years we did not want to put up with the possible
damages our pets might make, the military covers painting and floors after 3
years.

Our current home is older, but much larger. Our neighbors are good people
(occasional foot steps) who we are able to work thru any issues with. My
husbands position on the installation is much more protected, and our
personal time is easier to ensure. We have immediate access to all
facilities, everything is within a 10 minute walk and less of a drive;
including, groceries, shopping, gas, the doctor and dentist, the library,
car repair etc. The post is very mature and we have beautiful fully grown
trees all around us. I love your house on post! I am very happy on post!:D

Belinda, glad you made such a reasoned decision. Moving is a lot of work and stress, as you know, and sounds like you really thought this out. How is your sister who lives in the States doing?

Lori, did you get new bands? I did PUB yesterday and forgot it had no bands. Since I had it out anyway I did some of the ones that fry the rotator cuffs. Have you recovered from the flu?

Amelia, I pulled my lower back by going too low on deadlifts; could this have also happened to you? I was going almost to my toes! I love those heat pads. How come the people who come up with those wonderful gadgets don't get the Nobel prize? With a backache, I sure am not promoting world peace.

Kristine, hope the exercise kicked those gray clouds away. Agreeing with you on B&G! I also like L&G 'cause Cathe seems like she's enjoying the filming. PLB just doesn't have that fun factor for me. What about you?

Cheryl, isn't it funny how sometimes we get surprised by things showing up on the screen? Are you still following your nutrition/exercise plan from before?

Iris, you sound like me yesterday. I was swearing when I fell off the ball during the plank thing where you alternate lifting and holding legs. My balance faltered and then so did every other part of me. Got in a workout just doing laundry, huh?

Trish, have you finished the rotation yet? What are you going to do now? Yesterday I did PUB and tomorrow I think will be Step Blast. Wednesday is about a 20-hour day for me this week, so I think I'll try to squeeze in a leg workout tomorrow evening, if I have time. Otherwise, Wednesday will be a rest day with Thursday being lower body.

My hub is away on a business trip, and I am so looking forward to a good night's sleep. Isn't it strange how when we were younger, couldn't wait to be able to share a bed, and now I can't wait to have it all to myself...
