I took another rest day yesterday:mad: Today I will do a cardio and leg workout:( Yesterday I did take the dogs for 60 min. walk.

I will be back for persoals.

Iris** enjoy your rest week! I made a sweet potato and vegetable leek soup (Oxygen Magazine) the day before yesterday, it was so good! Even my DH liked it! Is it Cathe’s Bootcamp rotation you are starting Monday? Sounds like fun!

Lori** how was your breakfast with DH yesterday? Your workouts always look awesome, girl! Glad you enjoyed it!

Trish** Great job on your Winsor Pilates yesterday. I almost picked one up at Marshalls last time I was in El Paso! So it wasn’t that great, hah? Have fun with DM today>

Amelia** have fun at work today. I do have a HRM, thanks for reminding me to get it out! I bought mine in Target, it was on SALE!

How is everyone? Im working night shifts all weekend, one down, two to go. If they are all as easy as last night, I will be A O.K!:)

I was thinking about going outside for another run b/c it is a beautiful day but I would kind of like to do a circuit workout. We will see what happens.

Belinda** sounds like you had a good workout today! Breakfast was good, after we got on the go. I asked for no butter on my toast but still got it. Ate it anyway...I won't lie.... it was yummy;) Prehaps thats why I didn't send it back!:eek:

Hello to everyone else. Oh yesterdays workout was another run, probably 65 mins or so. It was really windy and seemed to take forever to get home!!!

Hi, everyone! 2 workouts for me today - I ran 7 miles in the morning and then did a one hour evening workout of Step Fit plus the 10 min ab section at the end of that CD. woo hoo! I need to get back with the program. I have been way too lax lately.

Lori, what workout did you end up choosing?

Belinda, sounds like you've had a good day. I hope so.

Here's to a good few weeks - I've let work/kids stress eat at me for a season and now i'm ready to re-commit.
