My workout for today will be lower body!

I will be back for personals after my workout!

Im sooo sleepy! LOL This is the worst part of working day shifts. I don't get to bed early enough and then I set my alarm for my workout. I guess I got 6 hours of sleep. Sometimes I wonder how these legs are ever going to move on the TM in the morning:confused: But I only have two day shifts, then I am off until Mon night. Its my long weekend and i will have plenty of time to catch up on missed sleep:rolleyes:

Yesterdays workout was PUB and part of CF. I stopped to fold laundry and didn't start back up:eek: I didn't want my clothes to get wrinkly and I was getting lazy, I hate it when I feel like that! And I was contray to b/c of what I posted yesterday about my "friend".

Todays workout is just going to be a run, Im not sure if Im doing hills or speed. I should probably do those runs more then once a week considering the race is only 3 weeks away...(19 days to be exact!)


Belinda** Have a good workout! Do you have all of your boxes unpacked?

Kristine** Glad to hear you had a good day yesterday and thanks for the advice. I probably shouldn't worry about it. We don't seem to be that close anymore and the only thing really holding us together is the business. Like the other day I asked about exchanging christmas gifts and she went on and on to my SIL about how she doesn't exchange with anyone else but would love to exchange with her close friends...I feel like saying "hellooooo, what planet are you on? We aren't that close anymore" That was when she was over look for a dress, the first time she as called me since my b-day back in Aug.

Anyway...I need to get my butt in gear. I was going to aim for 6 miles but I may just do 5 and a abs workout.

Hey girls! Sorry I was MIA yesterday, DH and I went over to my Aunts house and she paid us to do some yard work for her....man it kicked our but too! I forgot how yardwork can make you sweat:confused: im sore today in my arms and legs too! We then went out for supper at a local steak house and it was so good, she paid for it too....Shes such a sweet lady! We had a good time! Then DH and I put the kids in the bed and had some drinks last night:p That was fun too!

Today is back on track day...Were going to visit my parents today,my sister will also be there visiting so im excited to see my little niece that i haven't seen in almost a month:D And i know my mom will be buying supper,like she always does,so ive got to stay strong and stay on my diet!

And my back is sore agian today,it went away yesterday! I can't find my heating pad:mad: I will get in a powerwalk and a run interval on the TM today! I REALLY want to do some weight work,haven't done any in over a week:(:(:( I miss it!

Today will be LIS Lower Body Circuit Premix....we'll see how that goes, I've never done any premixes from LIS...:)

Hi Girls:)

Got my workout done today. Did 5 miles in 45 mins. I did 1 mile w/u, 2 miles of speed and 2 miles of hills. Then I finished was ME abs. I was straving after that workout! Running in the morning kicks my butt everytime. I feel like I am pushing myself harder but I think my body just doesn't want to move that early in the morning.

Ameila** Sounds like you had a lovely day yesterday. Im sure you worked harder enough for your meal, sometimes you just have to enjoy life and not worry about everything else. Sometimes I wonder, if I were dying what would I be thinking? Would I be thinking how foolish I was b/c I wouldn't go our for a high cal meal with my friends? Or that I skipped dessert yesterday?:eek: I'd probably be to busy crying to worry about how I lived my life! LOL

Iris** Have a good workout!

I will bbl. DH's uncle isn't doing real well. We are thinking he isn't going to last much longer. They tried ratation again, just to prolong his life but he feels worse now then ever and they also upped his oxygen. We will know more today.

Ok, so today I will be doing a workout, no matter what, so I will be doing PS Legs and Abs and really work it!!!!!

Probably going to take Ms. Heidi to the mall this morning so she can play there at the playground and I need a couple of groceries.

Amelia - Oh no about your back. Probably too much yard work, take it easy and make sure you fine that heating pad, it works so well.

Lori - Good job on your run. I know how you feel about working out early in the mornings, yes our bodies are still lazy and tired. Before I had Heidi I used to get up at 4 am every morning to workout.

Belinda - Good morning, how are you?

I just finished my BFL leg workout! Went up in weight a little bit! LOL! Lately I am having a hard time working out; I need a kick in my butt!

I hope you girls are working out!:p:p:p

Off to the shower and eat dinner ( it’s after 6 p.m.) I am hungry!

Lori, nice TM workout, and I'm impressed.

Amelia, I say yardwork counts as a workout, plenty of a workout, so there! And glad you got paid.

I did PUB yesterday and a run with partner this morning. Life's good. I got all our invoices out late last night and am unbelievably even caught up. Woo hoo!!

Belinda, how is your sister in Colorado doing? I've been thinking of her and wondering. You went up in weights? More than the 85 of last week! Wow!!!

Amelia, that was real nice of you and your husband. Yard work is a killer, so I'm sure your body appreciated the meal. I read somewhere recently how to lose weight one needs to vary the amount of calories eaten. So, see you're doing good. Thought of you today with GSLegs! Did it with the 10-lb vest and wow. I was thinking I would be in major pain during the day, but I'm okay. Must be a real tough ol' broad.

Lori, sorry about your friend. Unfortunately, I've also been in similar situations and each time, it really bothers me. Did the run help? 5 miles in 45 mins is fast!

Iris, I don't remember doing any of those premixes either. I did DM Total Body last week, and it may have been the first time ever. Really didn't remember it. Or, I'm completely losing it. Did you ever check out that running group I mentioned?

Kristine, so glad you're back with us on a regular basis. Were you tired after the zoo trip? How did your daughter like it? I love going to zoos and aquariums. I get up by 4 every morning to squeeze in my workout; otherwise, I would never get it in. Now, even on the weekends, it's hard to sleep later. I often wish I could since getting by on less than six hours every night is really wearing.

Cheryl, congrats on getting the paperwork caught up. I swear I can clean off countertops and desks each night, and then in the morning I find they have been having a grand ol' time reproducing on me. I'll think of you in a few minutes when I hop on the treadmill. The doc told me to try hills to help eval my how my piriformis is doing. It was a real frustrating day at work, so it will be great to sweat it out. Are you still following that nutrition plan? How did it work out?
