Hello all!
How's Monday going for everyone? Well, I feel a little better today, hardly any coughing this morning which is GREAT, especially after last night when I was up with a terrible coughing fit! I have had the cough so long that my sides are killing me, probably strained some muscles. I have 4 more days left on my anitibiotic, so I'm thinking at this point the smartest thing for me to do is to rest and fully kick this cough before I workout again. I'm VERY hopeful that I can start back up again this Sunday. That is my goal. I've been off track now for several weeks, so I'll definitely ease back into it.
I was very productive this morning and have been doing Clean Max while my DS is napping. My kitchen is sparkly clean, even the floors, trash is out, and I'm working on laundry. Feels good to get my house back to normal at least.
Belinda, great job on the CoreMax workout and that is FANTASTIC about all the compliments you are getting
That is such a good feeling to work so hard and lose weight and have people acknowledge that.
Amelia, don't stress on the slip up yesterday, just keep moving forward! You are doing SUPER!!!! That is really frusterating how men can lose weight so fast! My DH is the same way, he's been working out for the past month consistently and has lost nearly 10 pounds I think. I'm happy for him though, and we actually are really supporting each other on the excercise. Good to have a buddy
Great job on your test score today too
Lori, LOL I love your wacky dream!!! I have some pretty odd ones too, so you gave me a nice laugh this morning
That's good that you said no to the overtime shift, I think that's the best way for your boss to realize he needs someone else there. I swear, bosses will work their employees into the ground if they can get away with it! How is your little Rylan doing? Ryan is walking everywhere now, and is sooooo cute!! He is so entertaining.
Shannon, I had been meaning to respond to your post from a few day ago about starting a family and forgot. I think that is fantastic that you want to have a baby! Sounds like you've put a lot of thought into it and you and your DH are both excited about it. While it will undoubtly change your life, I can tell you that it is the most rewarding thing you will ever do. IMO that is
Motherhood has really changed me in the best possible ways. And, you WILL be able to lose the baby weight and regain your fitness. The ladies on these forums are a testament to that.
Okay, hello to Lainie, Carrie, Cheryl, and Kristine! Hope you are all well today.
Better go get some water and need to go pick up my DD from preschool.
