Good morning girls,

How is everyone:eek: Yesterday I never got my 2 workout in! :mad: DH and I had a nice relaxed Sunday, we did take the dogs for a walk last night.

My plan for today is to do cardio and UB WO!:eek: Wish my luck! LOL!

Good Morning Ladies:)

Soooo glad my night shifts are over!:D And they were all easy! When I got home I went straight to bed and told DH that as long as I got one hour of sleep (cause you know I slept at work) that I would be o.k for the day. I woke at 9:55 and there wasn't a sound in the house, I looked towards DS's room thinking that something was wrong but he was just waking up! Can you imagine? From 8:00- 10:00! I guess he won't be having a nap again today.
DS always does that to DH. He puts him to bed early, thinking that he will be up early and out the door on time and DS always sleeps in and DH ends up being late for work! LOL

I didn't get a workout in yesterday. We decorated outside for Halloween (spent more money then I wanted) and that took up most of the afternoon. I am planning a long run today but that may change now that DS won't be having a nap and its a little chilly out.

Belinda** Seems like you had a nice day, just the same. Im glad I did what I did. We needed to get some decorated done. Hopefully we will put the same effort in for Christmas...and money cause I don't have much for Christmas (outside).

Good Morning Ladies!

I'm am completely wiped..............I did Imax 1 (for the first time, and made it!) and then 200 walking lunges (ouchhh) before the stretch.

Belinda- It's only day 2 of this rotation....what doesn't kill me will only make me stronger, right?? lol I hope you have a great workout!!

Lori- Hi!! I hope you get your run in! :)
 
Hi, everyone! I behaved all weekend - 2 hour workout Sat, one hour yesterday - Today I officially begin anothe rotation of Warp Speed Fat Loss. I'm realizing on the 10 minute circuits I can only do the combos with good form for 6 sets, 7 or so minutes... so I decided to go with that and then each weight day I will add on 15-20 minutes of Cathe sculpting. The last round I noticed I lost a little sculpting... so I'll modify this way.

Also, I won't go so extreme with the low carb. That seems to backfire on me. I can only make it 3 or so weeks and then I seem to rebel and go overboard in the other direction.

Belinda, Lori, I hope you have good workouts today! sounds like you had good weekends.

Pinny, love that iMax1! Maybe I'll pull out one of the IMAX's tomorrow....

Amelia, join me on a more moderate eating plan? That seems to be the ticket for me. No more strange diets! I give my solemn vow!

Howdy Ladies,

I hope you're all doing well! This morning's wo was GS Chest and Tri's. Had to skip the kickbacks at the end because I was running late. I have really been dragging this past week. My cold won't fully kick in or go away so my energy level is not great and my eating is starting to falter. :confused::mad:!!!

Iris - I'm so impressed that you are doing the bootcamp rotation....I am hoping that you will inspire me;) I've looked at it a few times, but I'm too chicken. How did you handle the lunges? Did you have to take breaks while doing them? How are you handling the space for that many lunges? I think the most I can do in my space are about 5 or 6 and then i'd have to turn around. Who knows...maybe I'll do this one next :D

Hey Belinda! Don't feel bad...I took the day off yesterday, too :) I overslept and couldn't fit it in later in the day. Good luck with getting your UB and cardio in today. Btw, I really like the Winsor Pilates Buns & Thighs DVD, but the AB one is just okay. The V-Ups are really tough toward the end though.

Lori - Hope you get your run in today! I'm still jealous about Rylan sleeping in so late:p

Cheryl - Great wos this weekend! What is the diet like on WSFL? I saw the program mentioned on another post, but haven't taken the time to research it.

Trish** guess what? I never did my cardio today! LOL! I think I will give up on that one! Great job on your GS Chest and Tri's this morning, I almost pulled that one out today! I need to tell my DD to check in Marshalls for the Winsor Pilates Buns & Thighs DVD, they do sell them.

Trisha!- Hi girl! Nice workout today!! GS Chest/Tri's leaves me shaking everytime!

Well here is what I did for those lunges....... I don't have a lot of room either...I can do about 3 and have to turn around...so I did the exact format of the walking lunges in B&G, where you pulse down for 4 and then stepped...so I counted each pulse as 1..and I did rest after the first 100...and then another quick one when I was about 30 out from being done...talk about burning!!!!

Belinda - ^5s on the PS Chest/Shoulder & Tris;)...I think I bought this DVD about a month ago, but it hasn't turned up on my rotation so I haven't tried it yet. Can't wait to check I out! I think your daughter will like the Buns & Thighs. It gets a good burn going! I remember the first time I did it when my endurance wasn't that good...I thought it would be a breeze. It was really tough...just walking was really painful!!

Iris - OK, I'm going for it!! You've just inspired me...I have about 10 days left with my current rotation, but then it is ON:eek:!! My knees will hate me, but my waistline will love me;)

Oh, also just ordered Slow & Heavy. I have been wanting to purchase this DVD for more than a year, so it's about time I DID!!

Belinda, can you come over and help me? My house could use a cleaning. I've been going thru things and "weeding" out. Now the boxes and bags in my entry are making me feel claustrophobic. Well, that's overstating it. But I did get somethings ready to find a new home. A relaxing Sunday sounds good.

Lori, good job on the run. What kind of decorations did you put up?

Iris, what rotation are you doing? I was following Cathe's until the end of last week, when life got crazy.

Cheryl, glad you're not going to be going on a crazy diet. As you know, cookies are my weakness. Actually, only a few types.

Lori, glad the night hours are over. That must have been so hard on your sleep cycle. Lately I'm waking up around 2:30 and it's taking a toll on me. No amount of undereye concealer really works when I'm so tired.

Amelia, hope your computer gets fixed real soon. I miss you.

Trish, have you gotten more into strength training recently? I was reading on bodybuilding.com's site and those women generally don't do much cardio. Maybe you'll be posting your transformation up there soon.

Did HSTA yesterday for the first time in a few months. OMG, you would think I had never done it, and just roll off the coach and move 2 large donut boxes out of the way on my way to the tv, by the way I was being slayed. Then we went out to dinner with my son and future DIL. It was good to see them.

Today was a rest day. I hope I sleep.

Hi Cookie - The last two rotations I did were for Fat Loss. The one I'm doing now is for strength and staying lean - it's by FitnessFreak. I wanted to get S&H because it seems to pop up in all of the rotations I do. I did pre-order STS so I will definitely be getting my share of strength training before too long.

Trish- I'm so happy you will try this on your next rotation! You can suffer with me!! But don't get too "inspired" yet.....I've barely made it through the first two days!! :eek:

Cookie- That is one workout I don't have...HSTA...I think I need it in this rotation too!? And I'm doing Cathe's bootcamp rotation...I think it's the one from Aug. '06 if I"m not mistaken!

Trish, the WSWL nutrition plan is quite strict and quite lo carb - for the 125 pound person he recommends 1100-1200 calories a day and only 2 starchy carb servings in a WEEK, and then only in the a.m. immediately following a hard workout.

Maybe some people could manage that, but it was too low carb for me and it backfired. I can keep the calorie allotment and can manage to live with just one starchy carb a day (and only on a day with a very hard workout) but going stricter than that leads me to crash and go overboard after about 14-20 days. I've learned!

Cookie, back away from the cookies and no one will get hurt! Danger! Do you like any of the nutritional or protein cookies as a healthy substitute? I'm guessing probably not, LOL!
