I'm smiling BIG time and drenched in sweat (courtesy of Hard Strikes) as I walk out of my workout room tonight when my 9-year-old asks me..."You really love Cathe, don't you mom?"
"Yes, honey, I do...it's hard to explain, but I truly do." I reply.
"You should write on her website and tell her" he says.
And thus, I'm taking a brief moment to express my love and adoration for Cathe, the crew and this new series. I knew the moment I opened the package that I was in for a special treat. I've only done three of the workouts, but I'm completely hooked. No detail was overlooked and the fun factor is sky high. Not to mention the legs...oh those unbelievably perfect legs! Inspiration beeeeeeeyond belief.
Unstoppable. Remarkable. Xtrain is yet another amazing achievement. Can't wait to dig in and tap into my potential. There are no limits and I'm riding the train all the way. I'll be sure to check back in after 90 days!
