Yesterday was LBB with the leg conditioning drills, so today I "thawed out" with 30/30 and the Abs segment from Travel Fit. Felt like I was working the whole time!
Yesterday I did High Reps. My legs and glutes were still a little sore from doing STS Total Body on Monday. Today I the warm-up and cardio premix from the original Bootcamp followed with Cardio Core Circuit.
