Yesterday was LBB with the leg conditioning drills, so today I "thawed out" with 30/30 and the Abs segment from Travel Fit. Felt like I was working the whole time!
 
High Reps and I'm really getting in the groove this is one awesome workout for carido endurance I LOVE the leg workout! :)
 
no workout for me today:( yucky tummy from meds ugh!!
but did sts total body yesterday still love it!!!!!!! my legs are feeling it thats for sure.

Yesterday I did High Reps. My legs and glutes were still a little sore from doing STS Total Body on Monday. Today I the warm-up and cardio premix from the original Bootcamp followed with Cardio Core Circuit.
