Hey Robin, thanks for getting us started!!

Muscle Max was today's workout -- I was yawning the whole way thru!

Today I am going for dress alterations and then hopefully a loooooong nap! Not sure about tonight or tomorrow -- hopefully some relaxing!!

As for my rotation -- I will be continuing with endurance workouts for two more weeks, then moving back to Gym Styles then Slow and Heavy.

WOW :D Strength Bar/Pull Up Tower sounds great to me and it's only around 100 bucks. Chaaaaarge IT!
I'm with you Colleen, it's perfect because I have little room but I can fold it away.

Robin, LOL on chaaaaarge IT! I don't need it but I want it!!!

Rotation? I'm just hoping to WO at least 5 days a week.

My day is so, so busy.
DH wants to go out to breakfast so we'll be headed out for that soon! Yum! Pancakes!
Come home and wrap presents/frost cupcakes for nephew's 3rd bday party. Lunch will be grilled foods there.
Shopping w/ sis. Shes a senior and going on spring break to Florida next week. Wants me to come shopping w/ her.
Dinner out for brother's 30th bday.
Come home and crash. Hopefully I'll feel energetic for another WO - we'll see. Maybe I can sneak a walk in somewhere during the day.

Good Morning!

My rotation is a fat loss, muscle building rotation; I'm loving it! I have about 3 weeks left of this particular one and then I have another fat loss, muscle building rotation planned for 4 weeks.

Robin, Our taxes have been done since February. I like to get them out of the way. I want that rack as well. Funny thing is DH and I were designing something very similar for our children to do inverted rows on. I can't use a bar to bench press with due to my shoulder. The bar is too restricting. My DH has to spot me with my DB's, I'm back up to 35's. :D

Katie, I hope the alterations go well today. Are you still tired?

Kate, How many siblings do you have and where do you fall in the line up? Congrats on doing a workout!

Colleen, I can't wait to hear what you think about In the Ring!

Jenn, Did you get In the Ring too?

Steph, What's on the agenda this weekend?

Do you get to keep Hi/lo Knockout? I think it looks really good. I believe the CD is a free gift for preordering. That's what she usually does. Thanks for the no chocolate vibes - it helped. I did great the rest of the day and evening! :)

I'm going to return the Hi/Low because I already have one. They emailed me and said that they are sending out the replacement In the Ring. I hope so.

Shirl you go girl 35#DB! What do you do with that DB? The heaviest that I can use is 25# DB for back work but on the other hand maybe I can do a little more.

My w/o was Amys ASC II premix 1. I plan to work on the premixes all month.

Hi ladies,

I'm at work.

Shirl I did order both. I did hi/lo knockout premix 1 yesterday. It was the first half of the workout. My thoughts were:
1. I loved the music
2. The moves were easy to learn and Amy's cueing was good.
3. The ab work in this workout is my favorite Amy ab work. Not complicated moves, like with slo-mo.

What I did not like was the modifier was not a great modifier and did not show many modifications. But overall it is fun workout.

I'm planning on trying In the Ring tomorrow.

I'm hoping to follow Cathe's April Rotation. I just really want the numbers on the scale to change.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the late posting today but I woke up later than usual then I had to workout and run off to meet my friends for lunch. I did In the Ring and I loved it. The med ball intervals were really good. I can't wait to master the routines next time so I get an even better workout. Even though I previewed it once, there were a couple of areas that were a little tricky for me. I think I mastered everything by the last time through.

So I met my friends for lunch and the waitress was terrible. We went to PF changs and I ordered the almond and cashew chicken lunchbox. After we ordered she came back and asked if I ordered Lo Mein. I told her no. Then she didn't bring my soup because she didn't know I wanted the lunchbox. I asked my friends if I was going crazy and they said no. It was her. Luckily I did get the right meal finally and I enjoyed my lunch.

Robin, good luck with all the premixes. I hope you can master everything.
Shirl, I can't use 35# on my upper body yet but lower body I can always go heavier.
Katie, it's always fun to put on your wedding dress before the big day.
Kate, sounds like you have a fun day plan. You should burn some calories shopping with your sister.

You are making the workouts sound sooooo good! I'll have to check over at the Ya Ya's to see if they're on the sell/swap list.

Colleen, I wish I could throw the candy away but my DH and children would object. I am excited to be able to lift 35# DB's for chest presses and flies. I'm almost ready for 40's again! Woo Hoo! I bet you're able to lift more than you think.

Hello again ladies!! I took a good long nap -- 3 hours! It felt sooo good, I really needed it!

Dress Alterations -- it was very fun to put the dress on, it only needs to be hemmed, fits perfectly every where else. She also pinned it for the bustle. But guess what -- TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS!!!! Can that be right? It's a big poofy dress with lots of layers, but DAMN! I must have looked like an idiot when she told me that -- I was expecting maybe a hundred, but NOT that!! Is that normal??

Jeez, what an off week. I've been locked up in a swanky hotel for 2 days at a conference, no internet!! I miss you.
Tonight DH and i are going out for dinner, Italian, good lord, Kate, here come the carbs for sure.

Today, is my treat day,so you guessed it.

LOL Steph, crap max is better. However, my stomach is still uneasy and hurts most of the time.

I am always tired, always have a headache, stomach is uneasy, and I have been having dizzy/lightheaded spells. Is this all stress? Or is something more major wrong with me? I am getting kinda concerned...

Katie, Glad the dress went well. That amt. sounds normal to me. Still hurts though, I'm sure. If its any consolation - the place where I'm giving birth costs $3800 and my insurance likely won't cover it. Big yuck. As far as how you're feeling - go get a physical. Have complete bloodwork done and see whats missing.

Steph, I'm so jealous of the good, long WO's you get to do!! Hope you and DH have a nice date night.

Shirl, Sounds like a nice day for you. Any word from DH about STS for your bday? Your rotation and WOs sound great!

Colleen, Thats the meal DDs always get at PFs. We haven't been there in a loooong time! Dove dk. choc. is my favorite!!! Esp. in an egg shape!

I am officially carbo-loaded. Oh my word. It would take too long to list it all out. To top it all off my mom made my favorite banana cake. I ate way too much - of everything today. Tomorrow is a new day. No WO. Mike and I are both in a food coma and headed to bed early. If I had to jump on my step I would throw up. Good thing I wore a maternity shirt today!!!
