Thanks you guys- for your support on the realage thing . It's no big deal, I just was SURPRISED !!
When I walk on the TM , it's usually at 4-4.5 for steady state and 5 for "blasts".
I don't run often anymore but when I do it's at 5.5-7.0.
I love doing CC's and iCYCLES on the TM and bike and really push it .....!!
I just can' t believe it questioned my INTENSITY levels....!
Now my DIET would be a COMPLETELY different story !!!!
