Thanks you guys- for your support on the realage thing . It's no big deal, I just was SURPRISED !!:p
When I walk on the TM , it's usually at 4-4.5 for steady state and 5 for "blasts".
I don't run often anymore but when I do it's at 5.5-7.0.
I love doing CC's and iCYCLES on the TM and bike and really push it .....!!

I just can' t believe it questioned my INTENSITY levels....!

Now my DIET would be a COMPLETELY different story !!!! :D:eek::p;)

angie, gina recently told me "your belly doesnt look like cathe's" thaaaaanks, hun! my belly looks like it belongs on a really fat person, while the rest really aint too shabby.. sigh....at least all of me doesnt look like a fat person!:p

day is going great. Isabel loves going to school and Gina is getting there!

Eats are 100% on target. Lunch was a yummy chicken/wwpasta/tomato/jalapeno/garlic concoction I threw together.

Our grocery store has Honeycrisps!!! I bought a nice big bag! That oughtta last me til Friday or so!:D

Got a roast in the oven, yeast rolls are rising, prepping some strawberry jam for Mike..... we feastin' tonight!:D Well, the fam is. I'll be eating my veggies!:p I've never made jam before - hopeit turns out good for him!

Sorry, Kate, I don't use the built-in mail on the Mac, I use something hideous called Lotus Notes. I'm sure you can change it, though, have you tried customer service at Apple? I'm sure you can do live chat with them.

Becky, don't you love iTRAIN? I do. And your intensity is just fine! Don't worry about it, those quizzes are not completely accurate, right?

Colleen, I'm with you on the Christmas thing--I get cranky if I see Christmas stuff before my birthday (Oct. 5).

Robin, I've always heard that, too. That white cheese is lower in fat than yellow cheese. But I love it all, so I eat it all. I just try to use moderation. Which sometimes happens, sometimes not.

Angie, you have had a busy day! Is Ryan feeling better?

Nina, how was your meeting with the vet?

Klaudia, what did you and the little monster do at the library? You know I don't think she's a monster! :p Just kidding!

Katie, you're going to sleep well tonight, aren't you? I hope you can get everything done.

Lisa, hi! How are things in HI?

So, I heard from one of my old rowing buddies. There are 3 of them and they're all on facebook. It turns out they're getting together in Chicago on 9/26 and invited me along! I just may have to go. We'll see. I don't know how much unpacking I'll still need to be doing then. But in any event, 2 of them live in Portland now and I may be able to see them on my trip west. That would be so awesome because I've missed them a lot.

Gotta get some work done, bbiab!

Katie - Meeting after work? Hope it doesn't last too long and yay for supportive DHs!

Kate - P gets stuffed up at night and runny during the day. She has a hard time sleeping. No cough though. She had a low grade fever last night, but gone by morning. I'm hoping she gets better soon. Sleep hasn't been good for her which also equates not good for me. Hope J starts feeling better. Yay for sleeping through the night!

Klaudia - I know that spoon in the ice cream carton trick too, lol! I am such a scale addict, but lately I've been staying off.

Robin - Too funny about the nurse.

Okay, Pomai is up and her nose needs some cleaning. I will be back to finish personals. Not sure what's on tap today. I was supposed to go for a run, but couldn't get up since I hardly slept last night. Probably do some step after DH gets up. We'll see.

Yes, love iTrain. I didn't mention, but I do iTreads too ! Great workouts !

I didn't know it was the white cheeses that were lower fat.......just thought it was the harder cheeses ......but maybe they are all white ?? I love pretty much all cheese !!

What time is dinner Kate ? I could leave now.......... :)

i am grumpy and frustrated. the meeting went well, but she won't hire untilnovember if then. she is a solo practitioner having a baby on oct 2nd by csec. she is taking 2 weeks off. i am guessing by nov she will be thinking she'd like help????? anyways, i am still grumpy. eats got a bit crazy this am, but cxlean food thankfully, and then lunch was light, no afternoon snack, so i am okay. did my leg work too. i am just really emotional and feel frustrated.

kate, you wow me with your cooking for sure!

becky, they obviously do not know what intense is!

angie, glad your day went so well.

colleen, you sound so busy. how is work these days?

anne, that is so nice to connect with old fiends.

katie, good luck with your appt. i'd love to hear how it works. is this something in anticipation of pregancy? sorry if i am nosy.

robin, hope jaz feels better:(

klaudia, what wo are you doing?

hi lisa - hope work is going well today.

sorry to be such a grump. i felt so good earlier, but my heart isn't in this job stuff. i miss my babies and am very conflicted and apathetic. but, i will put it aside for now. off to swim with kiddos

Colleen - DH totally wants to order insanity so he's getting it off ebay this time since Beachbody always over charges our credit card. I'm kind of excited.

Anne - Things are good here. Been pretty muggy some days, but can't complain. How's the unpacking coming along?

Becky - Costco has this really good Irish aged white cheddar cheese.

Nina - So sorry for all the conflict and frustration. Only 2 weeks off after a c-sec?? This woman is crazy! Seriously? This must be her first child and she has no idea what she is in for! Unless she is pawning the baby off to a nanny?

Kitchen is almost done being cleaned. At least I got the pantry organized again. It got kind of crazy after our house guests were here. I wish I could just organize my bedroom, but one at a time, one at a time. I should be logging into work. Got tons to do, but so unmotivated. Planning on working out after my lunch settles. Turkey sandwich. Boring but clean so can't complain. Not sure what's on tap for dinner.

Lisa I love a clean kitchen

Nina if i was her i would get you on board now b/c she really won't know how much time she will need off.

Becky I'm confused about the cheese thing too b/c they sell low fat dark cheese and white cheese

Anne go for it and enjoy yourselve.

btw i have some wicked gas..must have been the china buffet..ops sorry

Waiting on dinner-lemon dijon chicken, steamed broccoli and brow rice:) Got KPC Cardio Conditioning done and a shower too-even shaved! The library was cute-it takes Nevena a few weeks to warm up. Then we went to Meijer. And then home to switch out clothes-fun! I'm bummed-Darrin had to go back up to work. So much for a family dinner:(

Robin, sorry about dd-not fun. I'm with Colleen and Anne-I like Christmas to start AFTER Thanksgiving. Hooray for the tower!

Nina, sorry the meeting wasn't that great-something will turn up. Have faith-easier said than done, I know. Great job on the eats!

Angie, I didn't get on today! Do you have 4DS? I love it except for the step workouts-too complex for me! I'm in the squishy belly club too. I'm fine when I stand up-very flat but as soon as I sit down-sharpei!

Becky, that test has to be off! You can't do all that crazy exercise and have that kind of result!

Colleen, hope you can find some time to relax. I'm anti-Christmas too-we put up our tree in December!

Kate, I bought honeycrisps too-the organic ones were almost a dollar cheaper than the regular ones! Weird. I'm going to attempt a roast in the crockpot tomorrow!

Anne, go to Chicago!! You can always unpack later! Storytime is fun-1/2 hour of books, songs, finger plays and coloring. The we went to the children's section and did puzzles:)

Lisa, I think all ethnicities do big parties-must be a cultural thing:) It was Moose Tracks and I was literally peeling the chocolate off the bottom-so good! Organizing the kitchen is on my list of stuff to do now that Nevena's in school. Along with a bunch of other fun stuff.

Anne, I vote go to Chicago too!:D

Lisa, I did a massive kitchen cleanup tonight too.... Never ends...seems like I do that every night!:p

Robin, ROFL! Sorry for your tummy troubles!

Klaudia, Hope your roast turns out good! Your dinner tonight sure sounds good! Sorry D had to work thru it - bummer.
You got to shower AND shave?!?! I'm jealous! I actually went to put a tank top on today and realized how badly I need to shave (hey, I'm part Lebanese!) and decided a t-shirt would be a better choice!:p:p:p
