Anyone start this yet and I misses it? I hope not
I know that the day is far from over but I wasn't sure if we were posting at the end of the day OR are we posting what we plan on eating?
Well, I just got off of night shifts so I am just getting up and it is lunch time here.
This is what I am GOING to have today
Breakfast- Cereal w skim milk and flax seed
Snack- a piece of fruit, yogurt or protein shake
Dinner- WW spagetti and a big salad.
I am also going to make the spagetti with alot of meat b/c DH won't eat it other wise.I make it about once a year b/c I am not a spagetti fan and now I am craving it.
My workout is going to be back or shoulders and Imax2 or a run.Im leaning towards Imax 2 and I may go for a 30 min run tonight like I use to do a few years a go and I weighed 10 lbs lighter!
