Morning, cheetahs--
Quick post. I need to get to TT. I bagged it last night in favor of watching my new TV obsession :7...Had to go three episodes back-to-back because it's getting absolutely INSANE! That's what I get for killing time (ha!) to let the temps cool off a bit.
Kath :: (((Hugs))) to you & your family.
Dallas :: Have you tried a tennis ball to get in there on the calf? Or you could try crossing the leg over your opposite knee or even using the heel of your other foot...I'll be a participant on the committee--it's for LA curriculum.
Posh :: hope things slow down for you soon...I once insisted on running a race after a late, late-night BBQ. Hadn't been imbibing, but it musta been 1 am-ish or so when I left, and in the morning, I woke up with wicked stomach cramps. Something I ate. But for some idiotic reason, I still wanted to run it, anyway. (I think 'cuz I was in Germany, and I didn't want to miss my one opportunity to experience a race there.) But man, was that ugly. *lol* :7 At least you got a nice bag of goodies and time with your mom...It *could* be a mileage thing b/c I haven't been keeping up with it in May, but since I took more frequent walk breaks on this last long run, I really didn't think I'd pushed it. My previous longest long run had been 9.25, so 10 didn't seem like too major of a jump...I didn't actually cancel WW. I started tracking again yesterday.
OK, off to go sweat it out. Today's one of two class trips. We're off to cruise the NY Harbor for the 8th grade dance.
Have a great day!
