Good Evening Cheetahs.
I read through the posts quickly but I am just too pooped to do personals right now except to say LOL @ Barb's aunt and her thoughts on why toddlers are cute! I have to agree! :+ }(
Anywhooo, I bagged B&B tonight. I am freakin' exhausted again. Joey took everything out of me today. He was a real handful. I also still have a cough and DOMS in my LB so that's not helping me feel any better either. ICK! x( I love DOMS but when I don't feel well or I'm tired it's not so much fun anymore! LOL
Soooo...here's my plan so as not to mess up my rotation:
Today: Run
Thurs: Back & Biceps, Yoga
Fri: Step Class
Sat: Legs and Back
Sun: Rest
It'll be slightly out of order but I will get all of my work outs in for the week. Actually, if I am still hurtin' tmrw when I plan to do yoga I may can it. I could do Xstretch instead and then do yoga on Sunday. I'll have to see how I feel...
Well, I'm off to be lazy and eventually sleep...
