Elaine- I am sorry about the Plantar Fasciitis creeping in. If it is minor perhaps aggressive stretching can nip it... The Finn 40" premix is thorough enough for me.

Jes- I wanted to add a comment to the Freestyle explanation- In addition to being done 4-5 days per week, and light weights, high repetitions are the third characteristic of FT training. There were quite a few threads about this topic here a while back. You may be interested to do a search in the open discussion forum. I tried it for a few months before I started running regularly.
Karen – Is there going to be clean eating check in ? Our ETL check in did not last, although I do try to get close to it. I am just not as radical as Dr. Furehmann.
Susan- Are you enjoying the elliptical?
Sunny- even 30" or 40" of yoga can be helpful. Just ~do what you can~

Well today will be a cozy day, the kids have another school cancellation due to the negative wind chills. But I will not let them ski again.
And for a workout I will do the elliptical and some Cathe UB (but I haven't chosen yet) and abs. I may go look at the new DVD's for UB premixes.
