!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lederr

Cathlete
well, for some reason my eyes popped open around 0230 and i have yet to make it back to sleep. i guess i will fall back asleep if i am tired enough. if not, i guess my day is starting way early!

some personals...

carole-i am impressed that you swam in college! like i said, i get out there and do it, but i am certainly no "swimmer." i ended up doing eoin with nbf and then nrolw. he had done nrol the day before, so he skipped that part.

judy-great time on your hilly run! isn't it nice to get reaffirmation when you have been away from an activity for a while?

dallas-i hope you are feeling better. i don't think i would be able to work out with a bad sinus infection. at least not a 5 mile run and weights! glad the kids are enjoying soccer camp, but sorry your soccer break didn't last very long!

jackie-yes, i managed eoin and nrolw. that's nice that dbf is interested in your work outs. maybe you can make a workout partner out of him!

wendy-your workout sounds INSANE (in a good way). what is the site you are getting these from? doesn't hurt to look, don't know that i would actually be able to DO any of them!!!

shelly-glad you found your way round without much trouble. i am not great with directions and would probably have difficulty. glad you made it through orientation...it can be so tedious!!!

gloria-i think trying out the pool would be a great idea. go get yourself a bathing suit, girl!!!

wt-didn't get to speak with my advisor yesterday but i am going to try him today. i would like to get this whole thing sorted out one way or another.

kath-i agree...we can't change the situations we are faced with buit we can choose our attitude! sorry about the mix-up re: teaching. i try to remember everything when writing personals, and sometimes, i think i am writing to one person and i am on another person's line (i tend to go back and forth a lot). i guess my brain was working faster than my fingers!!!

wendi-interesting about the hrm! before i hurt my shoulder and had to take time off, i was burning a certain amount of calories and keeping my heart rate in a certain range. once i went back after about a month off, i noticed my hr was consistently higher and i was burning more. go figure! as for eoin, nbf did him with me so i don't think he was that worried. maybe i should be worried about all the cute girls in his dvds! ;)

christine-so glad to hear you made it safely! lobster...yum! i haven't bought cc8 yet, but with all the great posts, i am definitely thinking it's something i need!!!

no idea what today's workout will be. i know it will be something cardio, just not sure what. if i can make it to the pool before 0700, i can swim before the kids stat swim practice. if i manage to fall back asleep, then it'll be a run, the ext, or some step. we'll see...

okay, this is funny...

i am lying in bed on my laptop and dbf is sleeping. all of a sudden, he says to me, "you sure are writing a lot to the cheetahs!" i thought it was funny that he knew exactly who i was writing to!

Morning!

Lorie: I was up at 2:00 since I went to bed so early last night. Did make it back to bed though. Enjoy the swim!

Cathy: We posted at the same time last night. Have a great day!

Christine: Glad you made it safely!

Talk to everyone later!

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Good morning, all! :)

WT...sorry you can't sleep. *lol* about DBF's comments.

Kath...glad to hear BF's biopsy was negative...Superfeet are insoles. Graduation is tonight, and our last day is Thursday.

Shelly...:) about the driving...D&B is a bar/restaurant/entertainment center on Delaware Ave. It must be in your vicnity, I would think.

Gloria...helicopter parenting is a term referring to parents that hover over their kids and micro-manage their lives. Glad to hear the first day of summer school went well. I have been taking quite a few naps myself lately. That time of year, I guess.

Wendi...a day of doing nothing is a beautiful thing sometimes. :) Lunch sounded yumm-o...The LLD was identified when I had my new skis customized, and they did some balance and wedge tests. My chiro thinks that is probably the reason I have problems with my left leg and foot and that the heel lift may alleviate that the way the cant strip helped me on my skis...enjoy your run. Nice not to have to rush off in the morning.

OK, lovelies, I'm caught up again.

We have grad practice at the HS field this morning and a half day b/c graduation is tonight. So I'll be doing my workout in between. It'll be TT Workout A again. I still need to check out Craig's site as I'd like a little more variety.

Have a great Tuesday!

ETA: Oops! Forgot Christine...glad you made it safely and enjoyed your first day in town.

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Good Tuesday morning girls :)

Cathy: So you are down to the final days-- that's good :)

Wendi: Sounds like a great day you had :) Have a great run

Gloria: Glad to hear your first day went well.

Christine: Glad you made it there safely.

Lorie: Too funny on your DBF's comment. It's ok on the mix up. I still get very confused :)

Wendy: I saw your post on open discussion regarding your friend. I don't understand why people do what they do. DH and I are going through the very same thing with friends of ours (the ones who went on vacation with another couple) The wife of the friend entered a half mary on Sunday. Only reason I knew she was running it was because of friend of theirs asked me why I hadn't entered. He knows I run and have been doing 12miles during the winter months. When I asked DH's friend he claimed it was a last minute decision. Now I know you can't just say I'm doing a mary unless you have done some type of training--just really odd. BUt DH said enough is enough--it's time for us to move on from them.

I was going to do a HIIT today. But it's not raining and the rest of the week is threatening rain-- so I may do a short run this morning. Need to do biceps as well. I'm feeling lots of DOMS lately-- maybe I'm hitting spots I wasn't before --but isn't it funny when we feel them -------------we like it :)

BRB need a refill
:9

EDITED TO ask you smart cheetahs :)

DH is having an issue with his ankle. He says he gets shooting pain from ankle to back of his calf while running. He golfs allot and has even added some heel lifts to his golf shoes--thinking it may be the cause of his pain/injury. Any of you smart cheetahs have any ideas or thoughts on what he can do? BTW he is terrible at stretching. He will get after DD not doing this but he himself fails to stretch his body out prior ot and after a run. The pain is enough to make him stop running and have to walk home.

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Good Morning Girls.

Since I never did get back to do personals y'day I am going to do them NOW! It seems the longer I wait to do them, the less likely it is that they will get done...Yeah, kinda the same way folks are with their work outs. ;)

Cathy: I know you are craving some variety in your weight work out with TT, but beyond that, are you enjoying it? Have a good day with all of the graduation hoopla. How exciting for the kids. Do you get weepy over it? ;(

Wendi: Sounds like you had a good rest day/day off y'day. Good for you. Bowling last night was hurrendous, just as it was the week prior. I am awful and DH is having issues as well. We went from placing in the middle of the pack the first week, to 11 out 12 and this week I am pretty sure we secured ourselves last place. We got swept AGAIN!x( x( x(

Kath: I hope your BF is okay. Sorry about your friendship issues. I have decided to take her friendship for what it is and move on. So why not combine the run and the HIIT today? You can do an HIIT run and have the best of both worlds!}(

Christine: Glad you arrived in Boston safely. Sounds like you had a fun first day there. How long will you be staying on?

Shelly: That's our girl being in the fitness room at 5:15 in the morning! ;) Glad your testing and orientation day went well. I hope you enjoy this job and your stay in Phila. :)

Judy: Okay, perhaps I'm brain dead but I've read your post TWICE and still can't think of what the heck AF is!? LOL Great run y'day btw! Awesome job! And you were worried you might not do well!!??

Lorie: Sorry you couldn't sleep last night. Will you be able to catch a nap today if you should need one?

Carole: So you are in a recovery week from the X? Obviously enjoying it too. :) DH hasn't had the opportunity to get to back to the X but he wants to. Maybe tonight he can start again.

Dallas: LOL'd at the doc's reaction to your yucky throat. Glad it's not strep.

Jackie: Thanks re the race. Joey had fun with Thomas but the visit did not end well. He ended up having a mini-meltdown. I was going to buy him something from the store with some of his B'day money but when he flipped out and refused to listen to me when I told him to calm down, that was the end of that!:p Glad DBF was intrigued by Kenpo. Perhaps you'll have a partner in crime when it comes to the X from now on. }(

Gloria: Glad you are enjoying your morning walks and your summer school gig. I would love to have someone to walk in the mornings with. Mornings are a great time. Quiet and cool. Just lovely. I used to walk my dog in the morning before work. I enjoyed it. Ofcourse, it would have been better if I didn't have to go to work afterwards. :p

YAY! I'm caught up! :7

Okay, I'm sore. I don't have kettlebell legs but my upper body is aching. Especially my lats. I guess y'day's work out did the trick...and I didn't even finish it!

Today is cardio. I have to work this morning but I'm thinking of hitting the gym later on this afternoon. Maybe I'll do some HIIT at nap time and then hit the TM for a run after that....Who knows. I'll see where the day takes me.

I didn't do measurements today cause I was too lazy (LOL) but I DID weigh and take my BF%. As of this morning (after one month of A/B) there was no weight loss but my BF is down by 1.1%. I'll take it!:+

BBL!:)

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Good Morning Loverlies!

Drive by for me today - and probably through Friday. Sorry! Had a fun night last night, and today is my rest day, so I "slept" in a bit so I am well rested for the event today. I said "slept" because in reality I got up at 3:30 PDT, but man the sun is up early in Boston! 5AM and the sun was merrily shining away! It is gorgeous here. This will definitely become one of my favorite cities. Have fun, and think of me as I sit through 8 hours of yacking and schmoozing! :p If I get too restless, I'll get in a workout this evening. We'll see. But I'd like to save some energy for my run by the Charles River.

Edited to change run "ON" to run "BY" as I realized that as much as I would like to believe otherwise, I cannot walk or run on water... :+

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Morning Cheetahs

I have to say that I don't feel up for personals, but wanted to pop in and let you know I'll probably be MIA for a while. We got some pretty terrible news y-day. ;( I'll say a little more on the yahoo group. Please keep my dh and his family in your prayers. My plan today is GS-Standing, short cardio and the abs that didn't happen y-day.

Thanks ladies.

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

((((((Dallas)))))), Take all the time you need!

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Morning cheetahs! I got in HLD this morning and am ready to face another day on the computer:-( Well, after that I'm done and can start my REAL work:) :)

Gloria- Sounds like you have a nice situation going there with summer school. My goodness, you didn't give yourself much time off there! It does feel great to be back to work, even tho it's only classroom type orientation for now. But I only have one more day of that.

Kath- Awesome run yesterday... as usual!! Sounds like your DH has Achilles tendonitis... best therapy for that is the classic RICE.

Wendi- Sounds like you had a great restorative rest day and I hope you getting in a nice long run today. One more day of sitting at a computer.... I could NEVER do this full time~~ I'd go insane if I can't move around (LOL)

Christine- I'm amazed you had the energy to do any workout yest. Travelling always makes me feel so beat! How long will your run on the Charles river be?

Lorie- Before you praise my navigation skills too much I have to confess that I rely alot on my GPS!! Still it isn't easy in a busy city like Philly with all the narrow one way streets and fast moving highway traffic. So,..... BF already is familiar with the cheetahs?? Hooboy, this is serious! (LOL)

Cathy- Hope the graduation ceremony goes smoothly and you have a good TT workout. I'll have to check out that restaurant!

Wendy- Congrats on the BF loss buff girl!!!! Hope your TM run goes okay.... get some good diversion so you're not focusing on that treadmill!

When I get home it'll be LL!

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Good Morning Friends-

Lorie~ The DBF comment is funny; He knows you pretty well then?!

kathy~ I do have a big family I am one of eight and have four children myself....Perhaps DH 's pain might be a very a very tight/ strained Achilles tendon? And maybe he chould spend extra time stretching and icing after runs. Also it might be a good idea to stretch periodically during the day. ( I have had multiple flare ups with Plantar Fasciitis and dedicated stretching really helps to nip it before it gets out of control. In fact I am starting a mild flare up now) Stretching the entire back of leg: Achilles, calf, hamstring and lower back can be helpful as they are all connected.

Christine~ Yum Lobster! Where are you eating tonight? How do you like CC #8? Does your hotel have a view? DD and I were having a discussion, she clearly wants to attend college in Boston. I was cheering for Rocco too!

Cathy~ I missed the leg length discrepancy. I hope the lift is successful for you :) Wooo Hoo last day for you!!!!

Gloria~ How is the summer session going?

Wendi~ It is amazing how our bodies get efficient at certain activities, such as you horse routines. That just gives us more proof that variety is a necessary ingredient in exercise programs.

Shelly Do you have more classroom testing today or will you be with patients? It is nice that your exercise room was empty ( of people) for ya!

Today is supposed to be golf, but rain is forecast. Right now it is sunny, but it can change quickly around here. As I mentioned to Kath, I am having some PF symptoms. Right now I am rolling it on the foam roller, and have added in extra calf stretches. The run yesterday probably contributed to it. My observation has been that it flares up every golf season. I have yet to find golf shoes that work well for walking. I do have the SuperFeet in my golf shoes though.

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

H-E-L-L-O C-H-E-E-T-A-H-S...................I've missed all of you so much. Would you mind if I joined up again with all of you??? (pretty please!) Life got so busy that I never even had time to get on the computer, now that summer is here I actually have more time right now to devote to me and what I like to do. Therefore, I signed up for a 10K in August and would love to reconnect with all of you. You are all such wonderful inspiration for me and GREAT friends.

I'm off to hit the showers and get to work, but I'll check in again from there. ;-)

Have a SUPER day!

Marcia

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Thanks Girls --that sounds like what he has. He is very bad at not stretching allot. I'm sure wearing his golf shoes does not help the problem. With his work schedule as well he doesn't run/stretch as much as he wishes. When he can run he just jumps out and expects his *old* body to be good to go }( I think I'll get him some superfeet.

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Good morning ladies!

This will have to be a fly-by for me for right now but I will have time to check back in later and catchup on personals. The boss is on vacay for the week so I can get in, get my work done, and get the heck out of there :D.

So, I will admit that my run this morning was a bit of a toughie. For some reason my legs felt like lead (shouldn't have with the rest day yesterday?) and I was oh so brilliant and put a bunch of whopper long hills in the beginning. At least the laast 2 miles were either flat or slightly downhill or I wouldn't have made it :p. Because of a slight wrong turn in the beginning I ended up doing 8.2 miles in 1:10:40 so I'm happy overall with my pacing.

Gotta get this show on the road. I'll see you tonight. Have a great day everyone!

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Good morning cheetahs

Lorie...funny as I never ended up with swimming in High School so when I went to College I figured I better learn a few strokes! That is so cool nbf works out a bit with you. LOL about your nbf's cheetah comment. It seems not many quite get these kind of friendships!!

Cathy...lol about the non vegetarian foods...I know a lot of people that really do not know what vegetarians eat! Exactly my feeling about golf...but I only watched the last 2 holes on Sun, and the last 2 holes yesterday, then the sudden death. Watching the whole thing would be way time consuming and kinda like watching pro baseball...boring...:D...Finally, graduation day!! Enjoy your workout in between practice and the real thing.

Kath...good job on your 4 miles yesterday. family issues are still sad to me, but seems like every family has something. Yes, too bad for your bio-siblings that they are missing out on a relationship with you..Rocco seems like such a gracious player. I really was not pulling for either of them.

Wendy...Yes, I was going to do P90X for 8 weeks until I got P90X+ and decided to start a P90X+ rotation on Jun 23rd. So I am enjoying recovery...:)..Congrats on your BF% being down! Enjoy your workout.

Wendi...lol about telling your Mom you watched golf all day!! I just watched a bit, I don't think I could ever watch it all day...:)..thanks re my nagging injuries. It is so nice they seem to finally be subsiding! Sorry your run was tough, it just goes that way sometimes as I have found. Good time on the 8.2 miles.

Christine...So glad you got to Boston safely. Enjoy your run along the Charles River!

Dallas...I will keep your DH's family in my thoughts and prayers.

Judy..I completely agree with your mental comparison of Rocco to David Archuleta. I was not really pulling for either, just enjoying golf for the 1st time in my life!! But Rocco seems like one great guy...PF as in Plantar fascitis? Rolling the bottom of the foot HARD with a golf ball is very helpful too.

Shelly...good job navigating around Philly! I started doing Pilates a few years ago. I enjoy it for a lighter workout (and as a yoga sub) as it hits muscle in quite a different way. The primo squat rack sounds cool...:)..Nice you got in HLD before all the PC work...

Gloria..my DH eats meat too, mostly what he hunts like duck. If he eats much of any other kind beef for example, he often has some stomach issues. My Vegetarian journey started with "The Food Revolution" and "The China Study" I think one of my biggest issues is the fact that there is so much growth hormone and antibiotics injected in cattle these days that when we consume cattle we consume whatever they have been injected with. I honestly feel this could be the cause of increased cancer, heart disease and diabetes....ok, stepping off my soapbox!! Glad you didn't have to give the "look". Glad to hear your former principal is enjoying her new job..

I am doing pyramid style legwork and then Core Syn...I hope I survive!!

Have a great day...:)

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

yay...i fell back asleep around 0500 and woke up at 0815. i feel much better! unfortunately, for the next two weeks (until 30 june) the swim team for our neighborhood uses the pool from 00830-1200 for swim practice. it's open for lap swim from 0530-0830 then again at night after 2000 (8 pm), so i won't be making it to swim today. that's okay, i'd rather have the extra sleep!

gloria-i think that was my problem last night as well. i fell asleep way early for some reason. oh well, i guess that's okay when i am off for the summer!

wt-i actually wondered if you were up since you and i seem to share insomnia troubles (natch!). hope graduation goes well!

kath-unfortunately i don't really have any advice/suggestions about dh's issues. i am sure others will hav some ideas. i actually "hooked up" with the cheetahs because i had a pain in my foot when i ran and wanted some advice. where else would a catheite come for advice about running pain? so, i asked these ladies and have been hooked ever since! and let me tell you (not that you already don't know), what an AMAZING group they are!!! my life has definitely been enriched by knowing these ladies!

wendy-yay, i was able to fall back asleep so i *hope* i don't need a nap later. if i do, i could probably take one. i am going to work out and do some work writing the psychological report for the kid i tested last week, so it's a pretty easy day.

christine-enjoy your rest day!!! i really think, as difficult as they may be to take sometimes, that rest days really do refresh us and give our bodies time to heal.

dallas-{{{{{HUGS}}}}}. i sent you an email on the cheetah group.

shelly-if i drove anywhere besides here, i would definitely need a gps! as of now, i pretty much know the areas i need to go. dbf has one and it's great! yeah, it is funny that in his half-asleep state, he knew EXACTLY who i was writing to!!!

wendi-ummmm, 8.2 miles with heavy legs?!?! you are amazing! your time with all thos hills is awesome!

judy-i found the foam roller helped with my pf but what seemed to help even more was rolling on a baseball. i did that a lot along with calf stretches and massaging the area. what a pain! hope golf doesn't get rained out for you. our weather can be like that. sunny and beautiful one moment, then, boom, thunderstorms!

marcia-H-E-L-L-O!!! glad to see you back and glad to hear you are taking some "me time." good going signing up for the race!

carole-not sure if he "gets it" or not, but he certainly understand that it's important to me. i have stopped trying to explain it to most people as so many really do not get it at all. oh well... have fun with your leg work!

well, i am going to procratinate a bit more as i feel it is one of those days. i WILL eventually get a workout in.

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Good morning Cheetahs!

Wendy - That card game workout sounds challenging. Great job! Ouch on the bowling! You will improve. Sorry to hear the day with Joey didn't end well. Ahhh, motherhood! Congrats on the BF loss!

Carole - Bet that Open was exciting! I'm sure everyone was wondering how Tiger was going to do after knee surgery. Hear he had some great competition. I'm not a golf watcher though. Arms sore from pulling weeds? I take for granted that P90X+ has won you over. Will you do the entire 90 day rotation? I'm only doing it for 4 weeks.

Judy - Glad you're ok with the mileage you're getting. I don't miss being sore all the time either. Hope that PF feels better.

Shelly - Yay for getting around Philly with skill. Good to be earning $$$ again. You must try all of those gadgets in the fitness room! Could find something you like.

Gloria - I'm glad you're able to get up and get your walk in so early. I need to see if I can drag myself out of bed Saturday before the sun starts blazing. It's already too hot at 7. Glad you're enjoying time with your principal and summer school.

Kath - Great job on the 4 miles yesterday! Glad to hear BF biopsy came back negative. Hope DH ankle feels better.

Wendi - Glad you had a good day yesterday. That lunch sounds delicious. Great job on the run this morning. It was nice and cool here. Would have been a great morning for a good long run.

Christine - Glad you had a safe trip. Glad you're enjoying the wonderful city of Boston.

Lorie - Sorry you couldn't sleep. Those problems seem to go around. I'll walk with DBF sometimes on the weekend. He moves too slowly for me. I want to light a fire under him sometimes. Why bother to go out if it's going to be a leisurely stroll? x( How cute about DBF. Glad you were able to get some more zzz's.

Cathy - Have fun at graduation practice. Glad you're enjoying TT. Friday will be it, right?

Dallas - Will definitely be saying prayers for you and DH and his family.

Marcia - Hello and welcome back! We all know how life gets in the way of things.

Another one here that didn't sleep well last night. I had to really push myself to get my workout in but I feel fine now. Today's workout was IX+, CC #1 through all of the sprints and 10 minutes of Abs Core Plus. I really like the definition I'm getting in my arms with this rotation.

Need to get back to work. Enjoy your day ladies!

Jackie

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

hello everyone,

i decided to put AB on the back for right now and work out with dh. thanks for the replies however doing two different plans at the same time is not the same as us working out together. i am sure i will continue to get excellent results from this rotation plus you know what they say about couples that sweat together...well i can attest to it's truth...wink, wink.

yesterday we did chest and triceps and my chest and tri's are completely in pain . i could barely show people how to stretch after class....
i really liked our workout yesterday we did 6 different exercises for chest, and 4 different tricep exerices all supersets. we kept the reps range in the 8-10's. dh put together an awesome rotation hopefully it won't kill me...lol. he also took into consideration my exercise ADD and switched it up every week for the next 4 weeks. tonight is legs and abs and i am skerrred....hehehe

i checked my bf% yesterday before starting the new rotation and i am down another 1.5%, wooohooo!! so that is 3.5% bf loss in 2 months from AB. verrrrrrrrrrry happy with that.

Dallas- so sorry to hear bad news with your dh and family. i pray all is well. take all the time you need. you know we are here for you.

so sorry no time for more personals right now.

ttyl... :)

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Hola, ladies--

I was held up at school longer than expected and just got in. Scarfed some lunch and will probably hop on the EXT for 20. Don't have time for more. Have to get showered and beat the grad traffic.

Kath...That sounds like it could be achille-ish to me. Having dealt with that before, I hope it is not the case! NOT fun! Stretching is key. ETA: Massage, too. Look out for trigger points higher up in the calf.

Wendy...Yep, I've been raving about TT. Very happy with the format and the DOMS. :) Last year, I was choked up; this year probably not so much. BTW, check your PMs. Sent ya a long one last night.

Christine...*lol* about the "on" water...Enjoy your time there!

Dallas...Saw your message on yahoos...Big (((HUGS))) and prayers comin' your way.

Shelly...D&B is more of an arcade/game room for big kids. :7
Ooooh, LL--my "favorite" leg torture. Glad it's your last day at the desk.

Judy...almost! We finish Thursday. Hope the foam rolling does the trick for ya.

Marcia...welcome back!

Wendi...way to soldier through a tough, hilly run. Hope you had a good day at work with the boss away. :)

Carole...I am bored by most sports (except soccer) unless I'm watching them live...I think you are right about the cattle & hormones...IA about others not necessarily getting the online group. I tried to explain it to someone I was talking to Chicago about. I guess it's a foreign concept to some.

WT...glad you could snooze some more...I have been sleeping well lately--knock wood.

Jackie...IA about it being too hot at 7 already...Thursday will be it. Yippee! :7 Sorry you weren't well-rested, either. Great job pushing through your workout. It is hard to do on little zzz's!

Hi Sunny!

RE: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEETAHS...too cool for tuesday!...

Lorie...well that is good if dbf knows that the cheetahs are important to you, not sure my DH has ever gotten this whole concept in any way!!

Jackie...not a golf watcher myself but I did enjoy the little bits of the Open I did see. Nah, the weeds came out pretty easy...:)...I might just do the 90 Day P90X+ rotation. I wanted something to keep me busy til STS comes out..:D..Great cardio workout/with abs/core for you. Nice to hear you are liking the arm definition with P90X+.

Sunny...way to go with the BF% loss!!

Cathy...most sports bore me too except for of course Pro Football!! Re the online group, I remember telling one of the hairdressers I work with (she is not techy in any way) about how I was going to NJ to see these girls I had met online (for the RT). She was so shocked and said "OMG, you better be careful"...I about fell out of my chair! I have a Dexter question. Why did Rudy kill Dexter's Bio Dad? Maybe I missed something...:)

Got in my legwork and added some cardio so I will do Core Syn this afternoon.
