Sunny :: I understand ~ it’s been hard for me to cut back on cardio, too (which my rotation this month -- the one I was doing before I ditched it for P90 - called for). I’ve been wondering about the kind of results I’ll get with more weights, less cardio. You’ve got a fun goal to work for! Get this - I just ordered a *bikini* from the Victoria’s Secret catalog…I haven't worn anything but a tankini in 10 years...so I'm hopin' I’m ready for prime-time come summer!!
I enjoyed reading about how you & DH hooked up…cool that sometimes it does happen with a second-chance encounter.
Marcia :: Re: ARX…yeah, I didn’t care for it too much…I’ll give it a shot but think I might need to sub some Cathe abwork instead just to break up the monotony. I did feel it the next day, though…In terms of eating, I am zigzagging calories and just doing my best to eat as cleanly as possible. Most days of the month (with a few exceptions, of course) I’ve done fairly well…however, I noticed stepping on the scale the other day, that it has not budged in the past month. (I *am* down a bit in the measurements, though, that's all that matters to me.) I agree w/ Shelly – you’re right not to sweat the 1 lb. increase. You are on your way, baby!!!!
