shelly- Iuse to just weigh in about every three weeks but now that my wt is up I weigh in about 2x week,not daily. Iwould truly be depressed then.

christine- doesnt people like that man inspire you!! I was watching a triathalon one day with a 87 year old man and everyone stayed until he finished and they helped him across the finish line because he was so exhausted. I thought" that is what it is all about" I was in tears.

susan- thanks, your right, I know eating out can make you weigh more for a couple of days sometimes.
 
Christine- I am amused with bike polo!
Cathy- way to go on 5 less pounds

Yes I did get the yoga in.

And, I finally bought a polar HR monitor. I hope to wear it for my morning run. Using the HRM with the EXT has been fun so I caved and bought one. I know most of our Cheetahs are HRM masters...
