Sunny-thanks for the good wishes for my friend. She is just the nicest person and has really struggled with work/self esteem issues for a year or two. This is just a happy day for her and her family.

It was recommended to me when I had PT for my ITB injury/strain a few years back. I think it has helped me strengthen the area around my ITB/hip...

Did you do standing legs & abs timesaver on GSL or L&G?

Hey cheetahs!

I had a great workout on the elliptical today and then did my legs and glutes lying leg work with the ankle weights. I am going to run a mile or 2 tomorrow on the treadmill to see how the ham/back situation is. I have been feeling so good about my back.


I had a great time today with breakfast and my lunch get together. I was so good at the japanese buffet. I ate a lot of fruit and very little rice. I feel good about myself for that because it is so hard for me.

Jess, That is great about your run! My daughters are obsessed with the little pet shop stuff. We have the big house and tons of the pets. It is so cute. I think it overrules polly pockets now:)

I have no time for any more chit chat, but just wanted to check in.

Hey gang - just finished Shoulders and Arms and ARX, whew........love it!!!

The weather is crazy here tonight; we have lightening, thunder, snow, lots of wind and sleet - YUCK - what a mix that is. I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere and I already finished my workout. It's time to relax! :)

jess - I put a bid for the gym styles on ebay,hopefully I can get it cheaper there. I won a bid on power hour,hopefully I will like that workout too. I am thinking of getting the terminator also. but I think sarah aka fitnessfreak does the powerhour and like that workout along with ME and I forget which other total body workout she told me she does.

havent managed to do upperbody today yet ,might have to wait until tomorrow but I did at least get the barre method in today with a few ex's for arms, abs and lower body.
