Hello ladies!

Well, it was a half day and I thought I would get a lot done, but that has not happened. I am a trout fisherman's wife in the middle of a bug hatch and I am having visitors ALL the time! It is spring in Michigan and everyone is buzzing. Oh well. I will do my best with personals. I still have to write my lesson plans. x(

Cathy: Great that you ran outside! I am trying my best right now to get everything done so I can be a HAPPY early riser tomorrow. :)

Wendi: Fabulous weight loss!

Christine: I love the mornings! Great workout!

Carole: I am a believer in rest days. Since I turned 30 they come along more often. Good for you!

Jackie: Where did you get your weighted gloves?

Shelly: I work out in the morning because I am too tired in the afternoon. I ran 6 miles to Itread 14 in 58:03. Love that one. I cannot imagine the work it takes to move across the country!

Dallas: I'm looking forward to running outside this weekend!

Sorry for the sketchy personals, but I have a lot to do before I go to bed. My fishing friend who was over and really tired left his cohort behind because he wasn't done on the river. Now this guy doesn't have a car and will be spending the night on our couch. He is a good friend, but it screws my morning plans! :( He is a good guy and I can do a workout with him here, but my house is small! I don't wan't to be rude. Anyway, have a good night ladies! Tis' the season for fishing bums. :)

Hey there! Running kind of behind on getting ready for bed and work in the morning!

Wendy - Happy Birthday! Can't wait to find out what ya got! Have fun!

Cathy - LOL....uh.."no"! I haven't used my KB's since I did EKB :+ Don't ask me why! I loved the workouts.....I just automatically started doing my normal stuff again! I think it is because of concentrating so much on the running. I don't know :+

Carole - I always have worked out beforehand, too. It may not even make a difference for me....but I'll give 'er a try. Enjoy your workout! Looks like a good one!

Jackie - I won't get the results for a week or two. I like to get mine done first thing, too! that way I don't have to think about it as along! I didn't do either of the workouts I said last night!+ :+ I did Kelly coffey's 30 minutes to fitness (all of it....60 minutes) and ran 6 miles. I can never make up my mind! Good job on 4DS KB and legs!!!

Shoot ....gotta run! Being paged and running very short on time! Gotta get my hiney in gear and get stuff ready for bed and work x( Will get caught up with posts tomorrow!

Shelly - Yay for the bootay DOMS! :) I have most of the iTreads up unitl about #27. Won't be getting any more unless the price comes down or they offer another free credit. Hip is not aching today. Will see what the night brings. What mega workout did you do today?

Sunny - How is DS coming along with training?

Dallas - Don't blame you for getting outside for your run. Take advantage when you can. Packing is going well. I have over 50 boxes ready to go. I need to sell the furniture I'm not taking with me. I need to check your website out.

Wendy - Yeah, nice workout for someone who didn't want to work out. Enjoy dinner.

Cathy - Cross a couple of them toes for me too. I'm telling everyone to get a move on. Glad you enjoyed your run. Enjoy sitting back and relaxing with your book.

Gloria - I ordered my weighted gloves from Amazon.com. They're by Everlast and are a pound and a half each. Sorry about the friend msessing up your morning plans.

Hey Ladies.

Just a quickie check-in.

We went to dinner and I had 2 martinis so I'm feelin' no pain. I did not get the tv but I DID get a great gift anyway! A gift card for a 4 hour spa pkg that includes massage, facial, mani, pedi, hair blow out and style, lunch and a 'gift'. I just have to schedule an appointment and DH said as long as he's around he'll drop me off and pick me up too! I'm going to try to hook it up with evening plans since I'll be getting my nails and hair done as well. }(

Okay, almost time to get the munchkin off to bed and then DH promised me a massage of his own tonight. Ooh la laah!;)

Flash cards done, but I forgot to ask a question. What do you do with a faulty bladder when running?!?!? Geez, I use the restroom before I go and then had to make two pit stops during that hour run this morning. Don't even get me started on the headphones and iPod issues I was having. lol I know I've read to drink 17-20 oz two hours before exercise and to drink 7 to 10 oz every 10 to 20 minutes during exercise. Well, I still don't do that, but I do drink at least 8-10 oz before exercise and I'm still having to stop during the run. Sorry if this is TMI. I was talking with another runner at soccer tonight. She didn't have any answers. Can anyone help? TIA! :)

Jackie ~ I have those weighted gloves and have gotten a lot of use out of them...Well, when I did kickbox more I did. I actually laid off using them for a period because I was having shoulder issues. Not sure if it was related.
