well, i was at work until 8:15 last night. i stayed at work work until 5:45, then went to watch our jv high school baseball game (they won). i will catch up on the goings on with all of you today. for now, i just wanted to get us started before i have to rush to workout because of ANOTHER EARLY MEETING!x( x( x(

yesterday's workout was cc6 on the ext with candace and gs bsb timesaver.

no idea what i'll be doing today but i do know i'll be doing it in my supercoolaweseome new gym!

bbl!

Good morning, Lorie, and all who follow!

Lorie :: hope the meeting's a quick & painless one. Glad you are enjoying the rockin' new gym! :)

I caught up with more pesronals last night, so this'll be a short one.

Will be working a little later today to try to make some headway with the grading pile. Not sure which workout I'll do later.

Sending all sunny vibes! http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/th_happy-038.gif

Good morning fitchicks,

lorie- another early am meeting? why so many??

cathy- i saw you did fp last night and gave it a thumbs up. i am going to have to cheat and give it a whirl this weekend!

linda- glad you like your new wrist guards!

shelly- i will definitely report my progress and opinions of NWOLW. i am glad things are progressing nicely with your move.

today's workout is tracey's kickbox (from cardio sweatfest). i really like this one as it allows to practice good form and burns alot of calories:7 . i wanted to do HIIT again today but my legs are still feeling tight from this weeks workouts and i am going to run tomorrow am with ds#1.

i know you are talking about a chicago GTG this year. i am sure i won't be able to make it this year. however earlier christine mentioned a race in north carolina (at the beach) and i was wondering if anyone would be interested in coming to nc for a GTG? i would love to meet you all. however it would be very hard for me to plan a seperate trip without the kids and dh.

Christine- can you post the race information? thanks!

have a great day to all who follow!

Good Morning Cheetah Girls!:)

I'm up early so I'm going to try to bang out a 4DS upper body premix before DS gets up. After that I'll either go to the gym for a short run or stay home and do yoga at nap time. If I can't motivate myself to do the upper body work then I'll run and do yoga instead. I have given myself 3 options. I SHOULD be able to complete ONE of them, huh? :p :7

Christine: Glad you enjoyed hi/lo knock out. So after complaining about my extra fluff y'day we ended up going to Outback for dinner. UGH. I had a chicken sandwich but it had bacon on it and I shared a cheesey greasey appetizer with DH. I SHOULD have skipped it. Bad bad me! I ALSO had a beer there! Double UGH! I'm not doing a very good job on cleaning it up, am I? :p Well I'm going to start TODAY, I swear!:p

Carole: Glad you got your work outs! Can't wait to hear your reviews!:) I see you did my favorite y'day: a leg work out followed by a run! I hope you enjoyed it. :D

Sunny: Oh girl as much as I'd love to, I can't start NROL right now. I KNOW I wouldn't make it. I can't wrap my brain around a 6 month rotation of ANYTHING at this moment much less heavy lifting. x( As you read above I am going to attempt to convince myself to do a 4DS u/b premix this morning. That is even going to be a challenge! If not for the wedding I'm going to, I wouldn't even go there right now...

Shelly: So glad you are up for the Chicago idea. I am going to try to make it though it's too early too tell if it's doable for me. I already gave DH a head's up though and he didn't bawlk for any reason so now he is NOT ALLOWED to! :p You are my hero signing up for a 10 miler a week before the 18 miler! I'm changing your name to Endurance Queen!:+ Good luck with your current job prospect! I'm sure you'll get a job offer!!!!

Kath: I'm not playing GH anymore until I get back from FLA. I can't afford to be drinking every night considering the dress I need to get into while I'm there!

Jackie: Jari is good at makin' the upper body tremble. OMG her chest press sets are KILLER! I haven't done any of her stuff in a long time. The last time I tried, I got aggravated in the first 5 minutes for some reason and shut it off. I actually sold RTTC and the original Ripped on Ebay this year. I kept Slim and Lean and Ripped 1000. Maybe I'll try and do them this month while I'm doing mostly endurance work.

Dallas: Tell your DH I said HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!:7 :+ :7

Cathy: Sorry you aren't up for the Chicago idea. I thought you might not want to do that so early in the year.

Wendi: Great work out y'day. How do you feel today? Still really sore? }( Thanks for the kind words regarding my extra fluff and the dress I'm wearing to the wedding. We'll see if you are right!;)

Linda: So far I like the Rockin' Body work outs. I adore Shaun T.'s personality and he's pretty darned hot too!}( The work outs are fun but not super intense. Perhaps once I learn the moves better I can put more into it. So far I like the TJ's better but I'm not at all regretful that I purchased the RB's. :)

Lorie: Congrats to the winning team! Sorry about the early meeting. I have a 4pm meeting today. I'm not thrilled either.x(

Sunny: When's the date of the NC race?

Okay, I'm off to get my work out duds on and tear up some 4DS!}(

BBL Babes! :7

Mornin' Cheetahs!

Super quick fly by...I did Imax 3 this morning. It wasn't quite the calorie burner that I remember it being but, that being said, I had some pretty tired legs from yesterday's workout lol. BTW, my chest is still talkin to me from Tuesday, heehee.

Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning Cheetahs!

Today is AOS Newport. I’m going to hurt. :+ I guess we owe more in taxes than we originally thought. DH is in a really bad mood and is putting the kibosh on my DVD purchases. Good thing I have most of the ones I want right now. :p I guess I’ll just have to really work on timing my orders to arrive while he’s on a trip. :p

Kath – Hope it’s nice and warm for you too. Is it spring break for the kiddos?

Jackie – HLK is fun. I, too, have trouble finding clothes. I want something cute, that covers but doesn’t hide. And that doesn’t break the bank. That’s tough to find some times! :p

Linda – it’s HLK FUN? When I previewed it I was very scared, but it wasn’t as tough as it looked. Glad you got your replacement CIA’s. Have fun with your wrist guards! You’ll hate me but I don’t use them any more – everything kind of clicked for me. But it took a while. So get out there and use your kettlebells!!! :p

Lori – sorry to hear about another early meeting. Ick. Good job yesterday! Glad you’re enjoying your gym!

Cathy – I think Chicago in August would be a bit challenging for a half. Hmm, although that would be the perfect time for everyone. I am a wuss about humidity. :p But we can consider it. I KNEW you would love Firepower! It’s one of my favorites! I really enjoy that one. Anthony IS so motivating. He makes it so no matter how tired you are, you don’t want to stop. Newport is Firepower on steroids. I’m a little nervous about doing it.

Sunny – yes, you need to do Firepower – it’s a great one! I’ll look up that race – I think it’s a 10k in Beaufort mid July.

Wendy – I was bad yesterday, too. My boss made sandwiches for everyone as a thank you for a good quarter, and it was downhill from there. I’ll get back on track today, too. Outback does have their grillers that are not too bad for you, and very tasty! If you ever get “stuck” going there again.

Wendi – Oh enjoy your Chicken Tikka Masala tonight! I’m making Cajun Scallops. :p Are you going to try to join us? Of course, now we don’t know when exactly… We’ll get it ironed out. IMax 3 is more confusing to me than a calorie burner. I much prefer IMax 2. :p Sounds like you’re doing good, though. Hope it’s quieter for you today.

Well, have a great day everyone!

Good morning cheetahs

Lorie...hope you have a nice workout in your awesome workout room!!

Cathy...the main flaw with Vista IMO was that you needed at least 1-2G's of RAM to run it well. And there are 8 different versions of Vista...that is ridiculous!! I will keep using my XP system for as long as possible...Good job with Firepower yesterday..Good luck slimming down that grading pile.

Sunny...have fun with Tracey's kickboxing today.

Wendy..I was happy to get my DVD's too! I will try ITR today. Enjoy your 4DS workout.

Wendi...wow!! 75 push-ups!!! I don't mind using XP at all...:)...Good job with Imax3.

Shelly...I am sure I will order from another site next time Amy's does a presale. Or just not order so early as apparently it does not make any difference. I will give ITR a try today...:D...

Christine...the DVD's came Fed Ex ground. I checked the NRG forum and I think Amy has been out of town, so that is probably why she did not answer my PM. But I would still have expected an answer from her website when I emailed NRG Fitness. It seems others that preordered are getting their DVD's later than they thought also. So sorry about the tax situation and DH putting the kibosh on your DVD's..:(..I prefer getting my purchases when DH is at work myself...:D

Kath...I don't know the Mom on Still Standing, but Marie is bad enough!! Did DD have all her wisdom teeth pulled?

Jackie..I have not done a Jari workout in ages...I should consider one as I seem to be doing mostly endurance!

Dallas..WOW...40 balloons in your SUV!! Happy 40th to DH!

Linda...Glad you got your replacement DVD's.

I was happy to see my nephew for an adjustment yesterday. I have been having this pain kind of on the inside area of my knee. I was thinking it was a knee issue which depressed me...but I finally started feeling around and it is definitely in the tissue. We decided it is a hamstring issue (I should have thought that as leg curls were a bit painful). After checking out some info online last night I think it could be my semitendinosus...yeah, I have heard of that!!! I feel so much better knowing it is not my knee...:)

I will try some of ITR today along with freestlye legs and MM back.

Have a great day..:)

I'm back. :)

I ripped up 4DS Back and Biceps premix. YAY!:) I was going to head to the gym for a run this morning but I actually got DS to agree to wear underwear so we are trying the potty training thing this morning. I will pick a cardio to do at nap time instead. :)

Despite my Outback dinner last night I am actually feeling a tad less "fluffy" this morning. I did NOT get on the scale though. I will wait on that for a few more days!:p

Not much else going on here except that I'm catching up on some housework since we aren't going out anywhere until later today.

BBIAB!

Carole - Have fun with ITR. I'm anxious to hear your review of it. I cringe whenever anything is sent Fed Ex Ground - it's the slowest service on the face of the earth. As for NRG not replying to your email - Amy may have been on vacation, but she mentioned in a post that she had put someone else in her place. You should have gotten a response. I would have had the DVD's sooner has I waited and ordered from Collage. I would have paid more, but...

Wendy - Good for you on the heavy weight work! Have fun potty training. DD15 refused for the longest time to learn, then one day she heard she had to be potty trained to move to the class where all of her friends were, and she was trained in a week - no accidents. Kids are funny.

I'm very proud to say that I managed to get through a kettlebell workout with no accidents!!! YEAH! I did AOS Newport. It was easier this time - I could even do half of the push ups on my toes! That's a full minute and a half of pushups on my toes and another 90 seconds on my knees. I was happy. But, man it's still a tough workout. It's fun, though.

Morning Gals!

It was another bad sleeping night. I actually almost took DS to the hospital. :( He gets into these coughing fits, but then seems better during the day. Something else must be going on here. I'm taking him back to the senior doc this AM. Nothing against new docs, but I think we're missing something here. I'm suspecting asthma. I feel like a zombie right about now and coffee is doing nada! :(

Thanks for the b-day wishes for DH. Man, how did we get so old. lol We have a planned dinner out tonight, but we'll see what the doc says.

Carole ~ Thanks re: the equipment. Oh, my friend had to come and help with the balloons. I forgot to mention that.

Wendi ~ Bummer about the promo. I'm sure that they'll run another one. I added myself to their e-mail list.

Wendy ~ Thanks re: the Tony stretch. We have a wedding too, but it's this month. I still have to try the dress on. You'll get to where you want to be...you have a plan! :) Good luck w/potty training. Are you sure your dh was listening re: CHicago trip. ha ha! I tell mine stuff and then later he says, "You never told me that!"

Christine ~ IA about the organics and better regulation. Maybe I can convince DH to let you all stay here? :) Would it be Sept you all are shooting for or the Aug 1/2? I think H/L KO will be fun too when it's all learned! Way to go w/an injury free KB w/o. ;-)

Sunny ~ I got in a good night of study 2 nights ago, but a nada last night. Have you started the NASM yet? NC is so pretty. A GTG would be cool! I briefly checked out your website...man those ppl are crazy on there. }(

Kath ~ That's the way it works doesn't it with the hubbies and packing? Then when you forget something...oh boy!

Jackie ~ I used the foam roller y-day and it worked some magic on my lower half. ;-) How is packing going?

Shelly ~ That Army race sounds like fun! Good luck on the job hunt!

Cathy ~ Thanks. I thought I was going crazy re:the race. ;-)

Linda ~ Wow, you too re: ITR and H/L KO choreography. Hmmm, have to give H/L KO another go.

Lorie ~ Glad you're enjoying your new space! :)

HI to the rest of the Cheetahs! I'm in a daze, so forgive me if I have forgotten anyone!

I'd still like to work out at some point today. I planned on an easy run and stretch. The DOMS isn't too bad...just my calves from the stairs. Oh, I did get the P90X weight and ARX done before the gang returned. :)

Hiya cheetahs!! It's a beautiful day here and I'm feeling ready to take on the world and get stuff done:) I actually ended up doing ITR twice yesterday (had such fun!) I got about 25 minutes into Straight up Step and the mental fatigue was too much trying to learn it. It goes fast and the steps are tricky... even more then Amy's!
I'll try it again this morning now that my brain has rested! I know it will be megafun once I've learned it.

I spoke with my recruiter for the travel agency I've chosen. (It sounds like I'm in the Army!) I can have my pick and choose of lots of hospitals in the general area of SE Pa. She is researching which will pay me the best--- yes I'm a true mercenary. Whoever can pay me the most can have me ;-)

Christine- HLK is great isn't it? That #2 interval is a wowser for sure. And after that you're only halfway thru:eek:  Sorry your tax situation didn't work out well for yax( LOL about your ordering strategy! When I finally am in a position to try out kettleball workouts I'm remembering AOS Newport.... sounds like fun}(

Jackie- Nice to hear another 50something is in a conundrum when it comes to buying clothes! It's so hard to find something in the "women's" dept that fits me and is attractive. The Juniors dept fits me well but I just look plain silly. what to do!! I guess that's why half the time I just wear workout/athletic wear. What's on tap for you today?

Wendi- Hope you got a good nights sleep after a long exhausting day yesterday. I think that's a sign of uberfitness that you no longer consider IMAX 3 to be a big calorie burner;-)

Cathy- Congratulations on getting your life back:D :D :D :D Looks like there are several good job opportunities for me just outside the Philly area. I hope to be able to meet up with ya at Cathe's gym
sometime! Whaddoyasay? Great job on getting thru with the Firepower and EXT w/o!

Linda- HLK is a blast IA!!! Easier to pick up then ITF also. Glad to hear your workouts arrived. Did you get Sharon's Athletic Step Jam also?

Lorie- Wow, it'll be a huge TGIF for you tomorrow for sure with the schedule you've had lately.

Sunny- So when is this NC beach run? I'd love the chance to run with you!

Wendy- Actually the 10 miler coincides perfectly with my Marathon training plan for Philly in Nov. I'll use it as a step down week with a 10 mile "paced" run. And then it'll be a long relatively relaxed paced 18 miler the following week with you :7

Carole- Leave it to our Carole to come down with a syndrome no one has ever heard of before!;-) :p Semitendinosus? Got to look that one up! Do you need to rest your hammys for a while? Looking forward to your take on ITR!

Dallas- Your poor little DS!!!! That croupy like cough can be exhausting and scary to deal with. They can certainly hang on for quite a while but you are so right to take him to another pediatrician for a second opinion!! Even if it isn't asthma I'm thinking they can give him something to help relax the airways in the meantime. (a bronchodilator) Don't know how you are managing to get in these workouts as well!!!!

Time to get movin here. I'm expecting my Dad sometime this morning.
We are giving my piano to my parents and he is coming over with a trailer. That'll be a workout for me just moving that thing!
I'll be doing Straight up Step first and later HSTA.

Afternoon Chatty Cheetahs :) :)

I'm here to report workout and catch up on personals :)

Today was an 8mile run at the gym. I did it in 68 minutes. I start earlier now at the gym to avoid old people walking the track :) But this morning I had to dodge the cleaning lady vacuuming the track. I kid you not. I glared at her a few times she was in my lane. You would think they would do that at a time when the gym is not so busy. What do I know :) I also worked my triceps. I'll be having DOMS tomorrow }(

Lorie: You are so lucky to have such a great workout space.

Cathy: Grading for tonight? Does that mean no Coronapower?? :)

Jackie: Whats your fav salad? Mine is packed with fresh veggies-- and I mean packed. What kinda tile are you putting in your home?

Dallas: 40 Balloons?? How did you manage driving?

Wendi: No sleep again?

Linda: Did you make it up early this morning for your workout?

Christine: Good job on getting your workout in minus accidents :) It's srping break for youngest DD in high school; the older two can't make it.

Carole: NO wisdom teeth out yet. She will have three out the friday after we return from vacation. She only has three just like me. Freaky huh? One is laying sideways (JUst like mine) and thats the one they suggest removing but we decided why not take them all before they start bugging her.

Wendy: FLA? For a wedding? How long will you be there?

I think that catches me up for now. I need a napkin--I'm eating my salad :) BBL

Hi Again

We're going for allergy/asthma testing next week. The doc thought that was a reasonable request considering ds's history. He's now on Pulmicort and Nasonex. He also switched him to Zyrtec instead of d'allergy. Maybe we'll have better sleeping tonight. Poor thing. It does seem to come on after running around. He told me to keep him lying low. LOL! Ok, tell that to a 5 y/o.

Kath ~ Nice run! My friend had to come help w/the balloons. I tried to squeeze them all in, but was afraid they'd pop.

Shelly ~ Well, it's going to be napmax today. Don't think I can manage any type of workout...hey, maybe yoga - corpse pose. :+ Is a bronchilator the same as a nebulizer? He'll be using that for the Pulmicort and continue w/Xoponex. He was getting better. I don't get it. I sent him back to school and the teacher said he hardly coughed. ??? Hey there's nothing wrong with getting the most for your services. ;-) You work hard at your job! I must have been really tired when trying HLKO. Am I the only one who things ITR was easier to pick up???

OK, DS is lying down and that's where I need to be. See ^^^ to Shelly - my workout is going to be the corpse pose. :p

Hey Cheetahs!

Cardio is done. I opted for RB's Dance Party. Now I have to shower and get ready to head out. I have a meeting at the gym and then I'm heading straight to mom's for the weekly visit. No training again tonight so I'll actually get to visit again. LOL

I hope to BBL to catch up on personals before bed!

Ciao 4 now!:)

Good afternoon Cheetahs!

Another late one for me. Been busy the past few days. I hope it's not a sign.

Lorie - I bet those early morning meetings are getting old.

Cathy - Glad to see you back in the groove of things.

Sunny - I must give Tracey's Kickbox another try before I count it out completely.

Wendy - Jari gave me some DOMS with those endless pullovers. I picked up a 20# instead of 15#. Thought my arms were going to fall off by the time she was finished. Slim & Lean was my least favorite out of the group. I had to give up on Shaun T. The workouts hurt my back. Good job on 4DS B&B! Good luck with the potty training. Glad some of the fluff has left the body. :)

Wendi - Yay for the DOMS!

Christine - Sorry for taxes. But, I see you're devising ways to keep those workouts coming. :) Maybe we should protest all these hideous clothes they make for the over the 50 crowd. Funny about DD and her potty training. Kids are so smart, huh? Glad you made it through the workout without an accident.

Carole - I think I got all of my Amy workouts from Advanced Workouts. When I needed a replacement, it still came from Amy and it took longer. I can only take Jari for maybe a week at a time without a break. I feel achy in the joints.

Dallas - Sorry to hear DS coughing. Hope he feels better. Glad doctor gave you answers? Maybe you'll get some sleep tonight. The packing is going slowly but it's going. Just got more boxes from work. These should get me through the weekend.

Shelly - Your post sounds so energized. Hope you got through that workout today. It's nice to be able to choose where you want to go. Maybe you can have a bidding war. Workout gear is comfortable. How did the piano move go?

Kath - Great job on the 8 mile run! Cleaning lady vacuuming the tracks? That's a new one for me. My salad is usually one of the bagged salad blends and I'll add salmon, tuna, tofu and a vinaigrette dressing. I have ceramic tile using the 12x12 squares.

Today's workout was iTread #26 30 minutes. Got in a little over 3.4 miles. Did 20 minutes of iClimb 24 and iStretch #24 and some foam rolling.

Going to get my oil changed. Hope it's stopped raining. Been raining off and on all day.

Have a good evening everyone!

Jackie

Howdy, cheetahs!

Sunny :: can’t wait to see what you think of FP.

Wendy :: it’s definitely just a matter of the timing…you *know* Chitown has been up there on my list. The first week or two of school is, unfortunately, just not do-able for me. :( I wish it were! Would you consider the marathon in October?...Hope the potty training goes well.

Christine :: bummer ‘bout the taxes…good point about Chicago in August…I’m with you on the humidity, which is the only thing that would concern me about an NC gtg…what about the marathon in October?...I think I’ll hold off on Newport for a bit. Sounds tough! Great job staying accident-free.

Carole :: thanks for the Vista feedback. Didn’t realize there were that many versions. I kind of like it. It reminds me of my ol’ Mac—more intuitive. As in, I plug in the printer (or any device) and it automatically takes care of the drivers…hmm, that’s one I never heard of! Of course, I’m such a geek, I have to google it. Injuries fascinate me. I know, I’m weird. *lol* Glad it’s not your knee.

Dallas :: poor DS…hope the new meds help tonight…somehow I missed that it was DH’s b’day, so: happy b’day to him!

Shelly :: of course, we’ll gtg!! I don’t have as much freedom in my schedule, but I’m sure we can work out a meetup at the Four Seasons on a day when I'm off and Cathe's teaching.

Kath :: great job with your run and not clobbering the cleaning lady!

Jackie :: hope things slow down for you.

Hi Wendi!

I spent two hours grading this afternoon, and although I feel obligated to plow on, I just do not feel like doing more tonight. Will put in an EXT session and see if that brings on a second wind. If not, that's OK.

Today I discovered the Cathe website has been blocked at work. Quite often there isn’t the time in the day to do much more on the computer than deal with work emails, but I admit I was going on sometimes and browsing the forums real quick during lunch or my prep period. I’m pretty sure no one else in the school has even heard of Cathe, so I guess this means big brother is watching and didn’t like it.

Hi Girls.

I'm at mom's and have a few minutes before dinner is ready. She has dial up so it took forever for the site to load up. UGH!

I'm going to do a few personals but they are from memory and mine stinks so excuse me if I get confused! LOL

Jackie: I didn't know you had the Shaun T. work outs. Do you have Hip Hop Abs or Rockin' Body? That stinks that they bothered your back. Did you like them otherwise? I like Turbo Jam better but RB is fun. I liked the lower body work out. There are lots of plyo moves in it.

Christine: I think alot of times something silly that we don't even think of is what it take to convince a little one to potty train. Joey ended up peeing through tons of clothes today. I finally had to give up for the day. I'll try again though...perhaps we'll try pull ups next time!

Okay, dinner's ready! I'll back later!

Alright, it was only the salad. Dinner will be a few minutes yet. LOL

Cathy: I can't do the October race cause that's the same month as the 18 miler I'm doing with Shelly...unless it's a different weekend and I just don't run the race. That's possiblity if someone else is going who won't be running.

Okay, I'll be back when I get home later!

Hey all! Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!!!!!

Lorie – Hope you had a good day! Good job on the workout yesterday!

Cathy – I am glad you liked the workout! I have got to get it! But I thinks me better wait a little while ;>) I still haven’t tried Extreme KB! Welcome to the world of Big Brother! That is what happened to me, too. I cannot figure out why they blocked it!! All of my other fitness sites will still come up! Grrr! I hope you are able to relax a little, now!

Sunny – I would love to be able to do a GTG with you guys! My problem is that I only have a total of 2 weeks vacation a year. I have already used one :<( But…I may able to work something out over a long weekend or weekend! That would be awesome! I liked Tracey’s kickbox from Cardio SF,. too. Good job on your workout!!

Wendy – Good job on 4DS! I got the notices when Rockin Abs was available…..but I passed. One of these days I may cave! I have all of his other ones…and I agree about TJ’s being better.

Wendi – Good job on Imax 3! It seems to me that sometimes I burn so much more calories on a workout…and then other times, not near so much. ]

Christine – Oops! I hope the “ban” on new DVD’s is very short lived! But…like you said…you can have order while he is gone! ;>) Oh my! I love, HLK! I was scared at first, too! I hope the KB’s click with me soon and that I can do them without mishaps! Yup….now I have no excuses…gotta do them, right? Glad you enjoyed Newport nad didn’t have any accidents! Good job on the pushups, too!

Carole – I Can’t wait to hear what you think of ITR! Enjoy it and your Freestyle and back! Glad your pain isn’t your knee…but I hope whatever is the cause…goes away soon!

Dallas – I am sorry about your DS and you not getting any sleep! Hope he is doing okay, now! You should give HLKO another try! Enjoy your workout if you get to do it!

Shelly – Yes, I got Sharon’s! That is the first one that I tried (I got all 5). I loved it! It was a lot of fun! Enjoy your time with your Dad! Enjoy SUS and HSTA! I like SUS a lot! It took me a couple of times to catch on, though. It has been a long, long time since I have done it…..is that the one with the double step workout at the end?

Kath – Grr…I would have been aggravated with the sweeper lady, too! Good job you workout! That is so funny….I ran 8 miles this morning, too! Yes, I did make it up :>)

Jackie – Good job on your iTread, iClimb, iStretch and roll! LOL…sounds like a song!

This morning I did an 8 mile run…and that was all! Have a good night, everyone!

Hello to anyone that checks in later, or that I may have missed!

Linda
