Catchin' up with yesterday's personals...

Carole :: wow, that sounds like a tough LL circuit…I may have to try that sometime if I’m feeling masochistic! :) Thanks ~ I did get in for the massage yesterday. Felt great!...It’s recommended that you have others read your work for you. At this point…..I know I will make the deadline, but after working with my mentors on these last two entries, realistically? I know in my gut I’m not going to pass the first time around, which is OK. Most people don’t. I’m ready to just be done with it til next school year.

Lorie :: how’s the pet fair planning going?

Jackie :: how did Mom make out at her checkup?

Shelly :: awww, what a thoughtful DH you have. Sounds like a perfect gift for you… *lol* Sorry if I sounded too teacher-like yesterday. Not intended! :7 I love learning about human anatomy, actually, and have read up on many running injuries over the years.

Kath :: Watch out—we are all enablers here! But as far as KBs go, I don’t think they’re for everybody. And they're expensive. I bought mine from Target, figuring I could return it if I didn't like it. But I knew when I tried it out in the store that I would probably be into it. Just a few swings, I was feelin' it in the core. Smiling at you mastering “Barracuda.” Good tune. My favorite is Poison’s “Talk Dirty to Me.” But I graduated to the hard level, and now I completely suck…Ahh, a Myrtle getaway sounds fab.

Wendy :: glad the Wii arrived safely. Have fun!

Dallas :: sounds like a fun time in Chicago…I want to get there sometime…I’m not at all bummed that I’ve been working all week. I’m actually *relieved* I had this time to get it done. I do feel a little guilty about all the student grading I have yet to do, though. I don't think I will be able to get that done, and I am never this slow to return papers.

Linda :: that is weird…didn’t you order EKB *after* me? I still haven’t gotten a shipping notice on that one. Odd. But it’s OK b/c Firepower and Newport arrived yesterday, so I’ll be doing Firepower today. Can’t wait to hear what you think of Weber.

Hi to everyone else!

Have a GREAT Friday!

Morning :) It's Friday. I was so thinking yesterday was Friday.

Today I have circuits on tap. Gonna work that hard. 20minutes on each machine and different levels. Maybe insert some squats. I also have to work my back today. Not sure which DVD(s) and machine(s) at the gym.

Cathy: I'm feeling your warm smiley. :) :) I'm not sure if I would like KB workouts. But if it works the core who knows. I'm always looking for a core workout.
That's funny about Guitar hero. MY youngest DD has masterd the game. She has downloaded a few songs to her ipod. Who would have thought that.

I am in need a refill.

I'll be back :)

Happy friday, wooohooo!!

i didn't schedule any early morning clients so i don't have to get started until my butts and gutts class at 9:15.
i am going to get my workout in early today Steve maxwell's 300 Kettlebell challenge. looks like a toughie}( :7

cathy- let me know what you think of firepower. i was hoping mine came in yesterday so i could do it today.

kath- enjoy your dvd/gym workout today!

linda- yay, you got in your keith dvd. it's tough but definitely doable. the first time thru i had to pause a couple times because i didn't expect it to be so tough. enjoy!

christine- i am really enjoying spinervals. i have the sprinting machine and an aerobase builder. any more you can recommend?

wendy- i decided to start earlier because i picked up the book just to go thru it again to make sure i was all set and got all excited esp. after my tt workout the other day. you could join me you know...lol mahler has an excellent reputation for KB training. however ia with christine steve cotter and anthony have even better ones.

judy- the week after would work out great! that way we can give the others our thoughts before they start. i am doing 3 workouts plus 2 hiit sessions on the other days. i printed out the work sheets from his website.

carole- any doms from yesterday's ctx workout?

jackie- i definitely understand holding off for more fitness toys until the house is done. i am sure there are alot of things you want done and completed for your home. me on the other hand put off decorating for fitness toys, lol.

dallas- i added in some thrushers and kb swings. whenever you are ready to join us in the nrol rotation we will be here. in the meantime enjoy tony!

shelly- the tt workout was tough because it was low reps and heavy weights. however it was alot of fun! nice gift from dh! he knows you well....;o)

kristi- just let me know. fyi- mint condition is not a rotation just one workout. how is your knee feeling today? i hope better.

alrighty i am off to get my butt kicked and then off to kick some butts, lol.

ttyl....:)

Good Morning Peeps!

I'm trying to decide between a step work out and a run this morning. If I run it won't be a long one as I have my race on Sunday.

I wanted to do a TJ but my shoulders are soooo incredibly sore. I can not believe how sore! My obliques are also very sore so doing a TJ right about now (or ANY kb work out for that matter!) would be quite painful!}(

Off to grab some breakfast...I'm hungry EARLY this morning!:9

BBIAB!

Good morning!

Cathy - Yes, I did order after you! Several days after you, if I recall. I got a shipping notice and I actually got it the next day after the notice. I did pay $10.00 for Rush Delivery, though. But....still you ordered quite a while before me??? It was funny previewing the workout...it could have been cause I didn't have my glasses on....but from a distance, watching him...he looked like Brad Pitt. I know he doesn't really..but that is what kept going through my mind:+ HOpe you get yours soon! Can't wait to hear what you think of FP and NP!

Gotta run to work! BBL!

No workout for me this morning!

Linda

Good Morning Gals:)

I took the day off to stay home with DS who is smothered in the cold...and I seem to be getting it! Wahhh! I usually just keep working out and it doesn't last long!

Todays workout is gonna be biceps and cardio...not sure what though.

Cathy** HOpe you are having a good day!

Judy** 5:30:eek: Wow thats early! And she actually got out of bed?? LOL I can't read in the morning, I wouldn't be able to move for the rest of the day!

Kath** Enjoy your workout today!

Sunny** You have B&G put in my head now!}( Its been a while since I did that workout!

Wendy** What workouts made you so sore? Are you still doind a P90X rotation?

Linda** Have fun at work}(

K...have to change a poopy pamper:+

Lori:)

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...I am so glad you got the massage. I can see why it would be good to have others review your work. I will keep my fingers crossed for a big Pass for you anyway!! I am sure you are happy to be done...:)

Kath...my MIL is such a peach that she told us once a few years ago, that the reason the other siblings don't visit us is because we never had kids...how sweet...NOT!!! Enjoy your circuit workout today..

Sunny...enjoy your KB workout. No DOMS as I skipped the workout to work on my taxes...

Wendy...Great workout yesterday. Congrats on getting the Wii!!! So you have your 10 miler coming up...cool...:)

Lori..sorry you are getting the crud...

Jackie...we seem to be posting at the same time lately! I know I will love my workout room when things get tidied up! Good workout yesterday. Glad the foam roller is helping the hip.

Shelly..how sweet DH got you the adjustable dumbell set!! I will take some pics of the workout room eventually! Don't hold your breath..:)...I got 2 of Amy's new ones. I got her Hi-Lo knockout (CIA) and In the Ring. Thx for the review on Amy's Hi/Lo.

Kristi...I bet it does feel weird to have to skip workouts. But you will be glad you did..;)

Judy..I am not mentally ready to workout at 5:30 either...coffee surely helps...:)

Dallas...I Love veggie pizza!! I am sure my DH would like your choc llama! Have not seen those growing lizards...eeeewwww...:)

Linda....good job with the step boxing and 4DS workout yesterday.

Well I ended up skipping my workout yesterday to work on my taxes...yeah, I always do them late. I am hoping to get them started this weekend. I use Turbo Tax and love it...unfortunately it causes me to procrastinate!!

So this morning I will do a CTX Chest & Back circuit with my EXT and later after my short work day will do legs & abs...

Have a great day...:)

Happy Friday Cheetahs!

I’m exhausted. DD18 had a friend over late last night who had one of those voices that just carries. I could not sleep. So, I am still on the fence as to whether I’ll do a workout. I might sneak in a 30 minute kettlebell workout. We’ll see.

I love this story – way to go Grandpa! http://cbs5.com/crime/Marine.attempted.robbery.2.686630.html

Cathy – Good idea with going with the woman who is a guru on the NBs. Wait! You have to do this all over again NEXT YEAR?! Oh man! I hope you do pass this time around. You’ve worked sooo hard! Can’t wait to hear what you think of Firepower! I love that one. Newport is just kick butt, but Firepower is fun. I do like Kettlebell Goddess, but you’re right, she’s very dry. I haven’t pulled this video out since I got Anthony. As for dogs being smarter? Oh yeah! Especially Aussies. I swear Jimmy understands English, but he refuses to admit it. He’s like the smart pretty girl who plays dumb to get the boys – but he plays dumb to get the food and toys. :p

Kath – Have fun with your circuits and your back work! I agree with Cathy that kb’s aren’t for everyone, but they do work you good – in a very different way. Oh, I love South Carolina and Myrtle Beach! Have fun!

Judy – enjoy your coffee and your workout! I ordered STS but then cancelled it. I have P90X and have only done it once. I don’t enjoy long rotations. But I think it will be a great series!

Sunny – let me know how you like the 300 Challenge. I’ve been eyeing it! Have you done Newport yet? For Spinervals – what are you looking to do? I like Hillacious – it’s great for building strength for hills – and the rolling hills are a blast! I also like Sweating Buckets – it’s a fitness one, but it’s great for mixing with weight or kb work, and the Have Mercy’s because you can mix and match the parts you want to do – and each are two hours long – so if you want a killer workout, you can have it. The Zoot Challenge is great because it’s only 40 minutes – so it fits in nice with weights. Enter the Red Zone with the Video Fitness crew is fun, too – so – basically any of them I guess. :p I’m awful.

Wendy – Must have been a killer workout! Wow! Enjoy whatever you decide!

Linda – I could see the Brad Pitt resemblance, but Keith is a spitting image of my friend Mark. I always joke that I’m working out with Mark when I do this one. Tucker’s worst offense was chewing up an expensive high performance ski boot that belonged to, hmm, Mark actually! But he always knew what cost the most and went after it. Probably realized the court order was costing us a pretty penny too! :p Goofy dog. Yes, you need to get that book!

Lori – oh I hope you’re feeling better!

Carole – reading the various MIL stories makes me REALLY glad that mine lives in India and I see her once every 3-4 years. There are definite advantages! Don’t even mention taxes to me – we owe a fortune. We make good money – we just don’t know where it goes. Hmm, probably to exercise equipment!!!! You got the new Amy’s? I didn’t yet. Did you order express shipping? Mine are supposed to come Saturday of all days. I hope they do so I can do one on Sunday. :p

Jackie – nice workout, as usual yesterday! How’s your mom doing?

Shelly – oooh, glad to hear you had a nice little delayed birthday celebration. He sounds like a real nice guy! I’m going to order Sharon’s new step. Thanks for the recommendation! I cannot wait to get Amy’s workouts, too! I’ll let you know about In the Ring.

Dallas – as soon as I hear for sure I’m coming, I’ll let you know. I have another friend who lives in Chicago, so I might go and spend the night with her, then I’ll have the day free, so we can follow your schedule. :p

I think I’m going to get DD15 up, then try a bit of Firepower. As I made goal for the month and quarter, if I’m a bit late, no one cares. But I need to do something! I’m feeling fuzzy, and I have an important call to make. Have a great day all!

Quickie report/review of In the Ring! I loved it!!!

It goes like this:

Warm up
Kickbox & Interval 1 (Uses a med ball for the intervals - really works your core.)
Kickbox & Interval 2
Combination of 1&2
Kickbox & Interval 3
Kickbox & Interval 4
Combination of 3&4
Cool Down

Before the cool down started I had already burned 500 calories!!! I was so surprised because I didn't feel like I was pushing too hard. The impact is low in this one. However, there are some jump kicks in this workout. I don't think the choreography is tough in this one. Either that or I'm finally getting used to Amy's style. :) Still need to work on her step workouts. I like this one much better than Kickbox Extreme, but I do like that one too. Oh, will need to work on Kickbox #4 or was that the Interval 4 choreography? Fun, fun. Can't wait to hear what you ladies think as well.

I still have P90X -L&B to do, but my kids want breakfast first. I'll come back after my workout is done. :)

Good morning Cheetahs! This will need to be a quick post. I'm here at work only for another hour. I took 1/2 day off because I was supposed to go to Louisville to pick up my race packet for my 10 mile race tomorrow. We all know this injured cheetah won't be running that. :) LOL:) However, I am still going to pick up the packet. My DB will be running it instead. I'm happy to know my registration fee won't be going to waste. After picking up the packet I will be heading across the river to Indiana to pick up my Grandmother. I haven't seen her since Christmas. We are going to go to my DB's house to give him the racing stuff and then I will be taking her out for an early birthday dinner. I finished her cross-stitched "Footprints in the Sand" and even matted it myself. I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

On the knee front, yesterday I pushed myself too hard. By 8 p.m., I had to ice my knee down and lay down on the couch. I really should have started using my crutches after I went back to work from lunch. The rest of the evening didn't go as I had hoped. DH didn't get home until after the kids were in bed. My DD was in rare form last night. In an hour period she went into timeout 4 times and refused to let me change her poopy diaper. It was a wrestling match to hold her down to change her diaper. Needless to say bedtime could not come soon enough.

Anyway, today I'm using my crutches. My knee is still hurting pretty bad and I don't want to risk tearing the meniscus because I was being stubborn.

Sorry this is so one-sided. I need to get going. WAVES to all Cheetahs! Have a wonderful day!

Hello again Cheetah Girls!

Well, I decided against the run cause I'm too lazy to drag my arse out the door! LOL I guess I'll just close my eyes and pick a cardio later on. :p :7

I did some cleaning this morning and need to continue with it in a little while. I'd like to get the first floor in order before DS goes down for his nap that way ALL of nap time can be ME time.
:) I *heart* having a child who naps well. ;)

Cathy: So how are things coming along today? Hope you are seeing a light at the end of the NB tunnel!

Judy: Thanks for the Barb update! Tell her I said hello!:)

Carole: OMG the Cheetahs are the biggest bunch of enablers around, aren't they!? }( LOL

Jackie: No, I am taking Christine's advice and will buy something by a BETTER instructor when I am ready to take the KB plunge!}( How did your mom's appointment go?

Shelly: YAY for the new adjustable DB's! Gotta love DH's who are willing to feed the exercise obsession! ;)

Kath: I tried Guitar Hero once when we played on a family member's Wii. I was HORRIBLE! I don't know if I'll have the patience to play it and get better. DH loves it though. We are going shopping for games tonight as a matter of fact so you KNOW that will be first on the list!:7

Linda: Hope there are no more chewed work outs in your future! Have fun with your KB's!:)

Dallas: Yes the curly hair is easier to do for sure! I can actually wear my hair DOWN now! YAY! Glad you are seeing results with the X. It's kinda hard NOT to if you ask me! :) Glad you liked Amy's new k/b work out! I still haven't done KBX in full yet!:p

Sunny: I can't wait to hear what you think about NROL once you start! }( I am enjoying a much needed break from heavy lifting so although the offer to start NROL with you is tempting I am going to resist. Besides, I have a half coming up in the beginning of May. I'd rather get that out of the way before starting NROL. :)

Lori: (((hugs))) and healing vibes to your poor sick little boy!:-( This is what made me so sore:
S: Muscle Endurance
M: IMAX2 blastmania + Turbo Jam 20 min cardio
T: SS Tone It Up + Turbo Jam Ab Jam
W: Turbo Jam Cardio Party + 90 mins yoga
R: ITread 20 min run + SS Mix It Up + SSE 6 Min Abs

It may not sound like much but TRUST me it FRIED my shoulders and my obliques!!!! }( }( }(

Carole: We procrastinated on our taxes this year as well. Our appointment to get them done isn't until April 5th! The only good thing is that we get our money in less then a week most times!:+

Christine: So how was Firepower?

Kristi: (((HUGS))) Sounds like you need 'em!!!!

Good morning lovely cheetahs and happy Friday! I'm alittle bummed out though. Frustrated because of my last obstacle to getting my Pa RN license. I sent my transcript request by priorty mail 2 weeks ago to my school (Cal State LA) They haven't processed my check yet and on talking to them apparently it is still sitting piled up over there and they haven't even begun to process it yetx( x( I just got the snotty "it's busy this time of year and we're backlogged" response. Oh well, thanks for letting me vent!!

Last night I decided to try out the 20 minute stability ball workout that comes with Athletic Step Jam. I thought it would be a fun fairly easy cardio routine... like Drill # 3 in Drillmax. Well, it started out that way at least, but then quickly morphed into a torture routine  My inner thighs are in shock this morning!!

Dallas- Sounds like you had a very nice Chicago trip! I do think
Athletic Step Jam would probably work on the Bosu as well... gotta learn the choreo first and get comfortable but I'll likely try it in the future. Thanks for your review of In the Ring. Even better then KB ext???

Cathy- couldn't resist poking fun at you when you get into the teacher mode!!;-) I do the same thing with my sister. I for one am confident you are going to buck the odds and pass the NB on your first try!!!! Hope your kettleball w/o goes well for ya.

Kath- Have a fun gym machine circuit.... sounds tough! What machines do you use?

Judy- Got in the mood yet for a workout? How is the leg today?

Sunny- I feel sorry for for your students today }( }( LOL

Wendy- What made your shoulders so sore? I forgot... what's the race you are doing Sunday... a 10k? You've been running alot faster lately, I bet you are going to surprise yourself.

Linda- Hope you have a fabulous rest day!

Lori- Sorry to hear you are coming down with a cold!:( Hope you can kick it soon.

Carole- I caved and ordered Amy's In the Ring yesterday! Hey, once you dig in and get started your taxes will be thru with before you know it... Love that Turbotax!

Christine- Well, as I told Carole I ordered In the Ring but I also went ahead and got Seasun's Straight up Step after hearing such positive reviews of it and I remember how much you liked it as well.
Thanks for sharing that news story about the old ex marine... loved it!!!

Kristi- Have you tried wearing a knee brace to give you some extra support when you are without crutches? Poor baby... I do feel so sorry for you but as I've said before you have such a wonderful positive attitude! I do the same thing BTW with pushing myself too hard when recovering from an injury. Glad to hear that your DB is using your race registration. Let us know how he does. I bet your Gramma will be thrilled with that present.

I'm pretty much caught up now. Time to get movin here. I do go into work tonight but only for the night, then its a few more off!
For today it will be a 3-4 mile tempo run and then another shot at
Athletic Step Jam.

tata

ShellyC

wendy- so have you played with your wii yet? if so, isn't it just so much fun. we haven't stopped playing since we got it, lol. i am having my sister's 3 kids over tonight and we are going to have a wiifest, lol.

christine- i definitely liked 300 challenge. it isn't fast paced like kb extreme or AOS but it's a really good one to use for a fullbody workout. you pickup your kb and don't put it down until you are done with 300 reps of various kb exercises}( you can repeat as many times as wanted.

dallas- it is so nice here today i decided when i am done with work at 1. i am heading to the university and going to run for one mile and then run the stairs}( :7

Good morning everyone!

Shelly - What a sweetie you have to get you some fitness equipment for your BD! Glad you liked your new workouts. Mom is almost back to normal. Blood level was just a little under 12. She has to continue with her iron pills and she hates those things. Think I'll throw something in some boxes when I get home today. :) Sorry the PA license is so aggravating. Hope all is ready before you have to leave. You're going to be hard to replace.

Kristi - Glad you're following dr.'s orders and allowing that leg time to heal. You'll be back out there before you know it. Sorry to hear the knee is bothering you again today. Be careful.

Kath - Myrtle Beach sounds like fun. I've been to Hilton Head but never MB.

Wendy - I'm with you on the SS getting the job done. And, it's nice not to have to lift heavy all of the time to get results. Enjoy that Wii!

Dallas - Love that Chicago pizza. Glad everyone had a fun trip. Think you'd better keep that chocolate there with you. May have no control if you send it my way. What kind of lizards? Guess I haven't seen anything like that yet.

Linda - Glad you're enjoying the KB workouts. I'm trying to cover my eyes. I guess it's a good thing I can't find them at Wal-Mart and I don't get to Target that often. Saving some $$$ for the time being. ;-)

Cathy - Keeping my fingers crossed that you pass the first time. Sounds too painful to have to go through again. Glad you enjoyed your massage. I so need to get in for one. Mom did fine with check up. She asked the FNP what caused the bleeding in the first place. The dr. had already explained this. Guess she was trying to get it clear in her mind.

Judy - Those early mornings are rough sometimes. It seems like I get slower every year just getting in gear in the mornings. But, after that workout, I'm good to go.

Sunny - Glad you didn't have to start your day so earlier. Enjoy your class.

Lori - Hope DS feels better and you can avoid it all together.

Carole - A short work day sounds nice. Good luck with those taxes. Enjoy your double workout.

Christine - Sorry you couldn't sleep. I can't sleep either when people are talking. I'm such a ligth sleeper anyway. Congratulations on making your monthly and quarterly goals.

Today's workout was Timesaver #4. I used my weighted gloves for the KB. Got some more foam rolling in too.

Can you believe my boss wants me to do some work? Gotta get busy.

Have a fantabulous Friday!

Jackie

Oh brother! I smashed my finger again. I was on the second round of Firepower, last exercise thankfully. He does a squat into a curl from the squat, then up into a overhead tricep ext. I use a dumbbell because by that point, my hands are too slippery to hold a kettlebell . So down into a squat I go, and then lower into the bottom of a curl, and WACK! My finger hits the ground – misjudged how far I could squat – guess I’m more flexible than I thought. But, fortunately, it’s no where near as bad as the last time! It just hurt. :p So I did do AOS Firepower. I skipped the snatch challenge though.

Dallas – oh I cannot wait ‘til I get my In the Ring! Sounds like such a good time! I think that’s the first I’ll do – I ordered both.

Kristi – Glad your race fee isn’t going to waste! Hope your knee is doing better and hope DD gets out of her rare form! Doesn’t everything always seem to happen at once?

Shelly –Oh how frustrating! I’ll bet you’re ready to pull out your hair! Hope they get off their butts soon. Call them again in a few days – the squeaky wheel and all that. :p Oh man – YOUR inner thighs are in shock? That’s scary. I have Rock Steady Step – which I love. Let me know what you think about Straight Up Step. I like Seasun’s style. Enjoy your run and your Step Jam!

Wendy – My DD napped well until she was 3, then decided that was it. No more naps. *sighs*. But, now, at 15, it’s fairly irrelevant! :p Firepower was a blast until a nailed my finger again. I’m pleasantly sore.

Sunny – Oh good – sometimes you don’t need fast paced. I like Steve Cotter’s Extreme Kettlebell workout because it’s not fast paced. So, how long do the 300 reps take? Did you do it more than once? Did you want to?!?

Jackie – Thanks – I am tired this morning, which is probably why I smashed my finger. What?!? Your boss thinks you should work? What’s that? I’m a light sleeper, too, but normally I can sleep through her friends coming over, but this guy’s voice just carried.

Have a good day everyone!

Afternoon Chatty Cheetahs :) :)

I'm sitting here inhaling my salad-- so not lady like :)

Carole: Ouch on the MIL comment. My MIL sometimes wil sit at the kitchne table with DH and I and talk as if I am not there. DH will say "UM you keep saying she--SHE is right there" She kinda gives me a look. I smile and wave-- that kills her :)

Wendy: Sounds like you are going to enjoy your new toy :)

I'm going to have to check out these kettle workouts you all mention.

Lori: I hope your lil guy gets better and you can stay healthy. But then again US mom's are not suppose to be sick--right?!

Ok I need to lick my salad plate and load the dishwasher :)

Anyone have any fun plans for the weekend?

Hola, cheetahs…a quick lunch break check-in for me.

Kath :: I didn’t know that was possible to download songs from GH. I keep getting booed off the stage! :)…Your MIL does sound interesting...Fun plans? Let's see, party at the Xerox machine. That's about it. :7 How about yourself?

Sunny :: Didja having fun kickin' some butt today? Keith sounds scary. :) So, what Wii games do you have?

Linda :: I think I’ll give customer service a ring. Hmm, Brad Pitt, huh? Sounds good.

Lori :: hope you both feel better soon!

Carole :: wow, that’s harsh coming from your MIL. Yeah, she sounds like a peach, all right. Well, something that sorta rhymes with peach. *lol*

Christine :: I have to reach a certain score to “achieve.” If I don’t make that score, I can opt to redo certain portions. So it wouldn’t involve doing *everything* all over again. Thank God. So sorry about your finger. Glad you didn’t bang it up *as hard* this time. I am thinking gloves might be needed. My hands were slippery yesterday, too. I am just envisioning the bell going through the TV. I didn’t get to read the article yet, but I will. I love the things you post.

Dallas :: thanks for the review of the In the Ring. I haven’t paid much mind to Amy’s workouts lately. Maybe I need to take a look at that one.

Wendy :: hope you enjoyed some quality me time…I spent the morning revising portfolio 3 and conferencing with that mentor…Now I am going back to work on portfolio 1, which is more of a mess. Afternoon/evening will be paperwork. Gotta see where I am with that before I attempt Firepower. Have fun game shopping! Let me know what you get. My kids are all buzzing about Super Mario Brawl, but I haven’t seen it.

Shelly :: sorry about the delays on the RN licencse…that is a bummer…hope they get to processing it soon…Teacher mode? Honestly, I don’t know what that means, and probably I don’t wanna know. ;) :7

Jackie :: I’m glad the checkup went well…thanks…I’m really OK with having to re-do portions if need be. And statistically, that is fairly likely to happen…the process is supposed to validate you for what you do well, but it also reveals your weaknesses, and it has. It’s tough, and this last month has been INSANE, but it’s a good process. I have no regrets. :7 Doesn't your boss know it's Friday???

Hi Judy and Kristi!

Hope everyone has a lovely afternoon. :) :) :) Back to work...

I'm having salad too while I read and post here. I have a lot of b-day errands to run for dd's party tomorrow. Thank goodness for babysitters. I'll get way more done by myself. ;-) L&B and ARX are done. I always forget about ARX until the DVD starts playing it. Kinda hard not to do it then.

Cathy ~ I wasn't all that jazzed up about Amy's workouts in the beginning either. The one I'm referring to specifically was A-Team BC, but now I even like that one. All the whooping doesn't even bother me when I do that one. I read on her forum that they had no music while filming that's why they were whooping all the time. :) Where did your cute bunny go? :) Well, if you ever get here you have to let me know, ok? :)

Kath ~ Wow about your mil! That's terrible. :(

Christine ~ I think I need to confiscate your KB's. ;-) :p I'll put them to good use. lol Was it the same finger? When do you get your new Amy's? Can't wait to hear what you think. Sounds good to me for your trip here in June. :) can't wait to meet you!

Jackie ~ Oh, they're not real lizards. ha ha I have no idea what they're made of to grow like that. It's probably toxic. I better check that out, huh?! Some nerve of your boss!:+

Sunny ~ Have fun on the stairs!}( It's been two weeks for me. :( I did call my neighbor last night, but she never called back. It's hard when the kids are home, so we'll shoot for next week.

wendy ~ My kids napped well too, but those days are long gone. Every now and then my youngest will take a catnap. You got some great workouts in this week!

Shelly ~ Well, it's been awhile since I've done KBX, but I think I picked up the choreography faster with this one. Can't wait to hear what you think! :) Is Athletic Step Jam just cardio? I may try either Hi/Lo Knockout tomorrow or ASJ. I don't want anything circuity tomorrow. ;-)

Kristi ~ Isn't it something how kids will do that to you when you're so exhausted?? They know! LOL! ((((HUGS))))

Carole ~ Nice workout plan. :) DH uses a tax program too. I don't think he started either. I'll send the choc llama...e-mail me your address.:)

Lori ~ Sending healing {{{{VIBES}}}}

Linda ~ lol'd about your Brad Pitt comment. I need to order right away! }( :+

Judy ~ What workout did you decide on? How's the leg?

Hi to the rest of the Cheetahs!

Hey Cheetahs!

My work out is done. I opted for BM2 Scrambled Eggs Premix but I ff'd the weighted leg work. I got through almost an hour of it and then my mind started to wander and I started messing up the choreo. I couldn't get back on track after that so I decided to call it a day and did the cool down and stretch. I had intended to do the whole thing but I don't think missing the last 20 minutes will kill me. :p

Gotta grab a shower now. When DH comes home we are gonna do some quick eatin' and then head out to the store for all things Wii!:7 We have to go to Costco as well but that's not as much fun! :p

Hope everyone is having a bee-yoo-ti-ful day!

Until later babes!:)
