Hello,

So, far, I've done goodish again with my eating today. I am going to seriously try to cut back on the carbs.

Did you guys see the BLOG and the one legged ball pikes? I have to say in all seriousness I can see my self getting very hurt if I tried that! No way! Not for me! Utter madness.:+ I can't do ball pikes at all, I loose balance and give up and go on to something else each and every time.

Todays workout was GS legs. I have good doms in my arms from the weeks arm workouts.

It was a bit quiet on the board over the weekend, what have you all been up to?

I had a hectic day at work today and tommorrow will be just as mad. So, i am off to put my girls into bed. and I may be back later on (my morning, your night)

I decided to read yesterday's post before my workout. Let's see if I remember everything.

Lori, I didn't read all of the responses to your post in OD, but have you ever asked DD to exercise with you? Maybe that will help; even if it's only once a week. It sounds like she's feeling unsure of herself.

Roxie, Congrats on losing 3lbs!

Amelia, I think it'd be so fun to have a class of Catheites! :) My boys & DH love baseball - NY Yankees. Good thing you had benadryl with you.

Jean, Hormonal cravings are the pits. I really have more of a love relationship with baked goods and dark chocolate. The hate part is the extra layer of fat I have b/c of it. lol

Andrea, Good luck with BFL for Women! Check in when you can.

Good Morning!

How is everyone? My cold seems to be clinging on! Ugh...it as moved more into my nose now. I am off until Wed night and normally we go to baby group Tues mornings but I can't see us going very far tomorrow b/c I don't want to pass this bug on to all the other babies.
DS is also very whiny today...whats up with that? So I stuck his nummy in his mouth and now I have some peace and quiet:)

Today I am starting my rotation of one body part per day, starting with chest.Not sure what cardio will be yet. Also going to focus on clean eating over the next month...just to see what happens!

Andrea** The boards are usually quiet over the weekend. I guess peole have to many other things to do:)

Shirl** I had a brief chat with DD last night about what she said to my mother and explained to her what an eating disorder was. I think she is just having trouble with her own body right now and she probably thinks that she is going to continue to grow! LOL She did say that my mother agreed that I was to skinny so prehaps I need to have a chat with her.
Over the yrs, not so much lately, my mom always thought that she could fit into my clothes for some reason. My mom is one of those people who thinks the scale tells all. If we are the same weight..then we are the same size. A couple of yrs ago she use to always ask "what size are those jeans" I don't know why she use to do this b/c my mom doesn't go out of her way to do her self up so it wasn't like she was in competition with me (very odd) prehaps she just wanted to get me going! I remember throwing my jeans at her one time and saying "here, try them on" Of course she couldn't get them up past her knees! I think she kept quiet after that. Since having DS I am smaller and she as asked me a few times how much i weigh but I won't tell her. Long story hey?? My mother acting like this though didn't really bother me,I just think she was living on a planet far,far away from here!:+

Good Morning Everyone,

On tap for todays workout will be total body sculpt.

Brkfst.-boiled egg, toast and grapefruit
am snack-yogurt and banana
lunch-campbells healthy request chicken noodle soup and carrots
pm snack-cheese and crackers and apple
supper-spaghetti with a salad

Tired this am had a hail storm around 3pm only pea size but it came down hard and loud.

Lori-next rotation I want to add more cardio tell me what you think of this

treadmill for 30 min plus abs
stretch day

Hope things get better with DD how old is she?

Real quick post and then I'll bbl after my workout!

Today is going to be a UB,just not sure which one yet!?! I will also do a 60min powerwalk on the tm while watching a movie(Becoming Jane). I love powerwalking!

Morning Girls :)

Little late for me to be posting but I was up early and decided to play domestic goddess :)

I did 5miles this morning and GIANT sets for my shoulders. I also used the machines at the gym for my abs. Tomorrow is another 5miler--not sure why it has me doing back to back 5's but I'll be a good girl and follow it. :)

Lori: MY youngest DD has a girlfriend who has a major eating disorder. She is constantly talking about food and what size her clothes are etc. She is so obessive about it , it has made DD question her own body size.The friend limits what she eats at lunch time and is often in the bathroom after her meal. DD was open with me--which I'm thankful for.We talked about it and how she feels about her own body.

You are a terrific mom and I'm sure having a heart to heart with DD will help answer your own questions and perhaps hers.

Ok I need to get myself to the store for some fresh stuff for my big a$$ salad. I know I'll be back cause I have all my *stuff* done :)Oh in 10 days I leave :7
 
Hi everyone. I got up and did LIC cardio premix today as I planned. It felt good although I had to just use the platform (no risers) since I hadn't exercised much in so long. That will change soon!

Andrea (idream) - I did the knee roll-ins in place of pikes for a long time, but have finally gotten so I can do about 3 pikes before I fall off the ball. Just keep at it and you'll get there!

Lori - I hope you're feeling better soon!

Another quickie check in for me:

Today I got up and ran on the TM for 2 miles then I did coremax 2. I had my MOPS meeting this am and then an appt with the dentist. Then some errands and now I am home for a second before I have to go pick up DS from Youth for Christ. Then soccer practice and Bible Study. Somewhere in there I have to feed all these kiddos and myself!

Hey girls,this is going to be a post a run agian:-( iv got too much laundry to do x( and my kids are running wild,LOL

I decided on PH UB and also did the abbs. I was going to jump on the TM but my kids insisted on a snack then my mother callled and by then i had lost my motivation.....and my arms were trembleing!

anyhoot I will try and bbl!

I did read everybodies post though and I will try and catch up with everybody tommorrow:) everybody have a wonderfull night.

Hi everyone,

Late post for me.

I did 4DS HIS and the abs from 4DS LIS
My eating has been good but not as great as last week. I worked today then had to take DS to the orthodontist. I plan on making ahead some meals for the week tomorrow. That always helps me stay on track.
