Cedie looks great...

If I recall correctly her latest bio says that she found lifting weights regularly w/ a few days of cardio has changed her the most. Since I share her body type I immediately made the shift and it worked for me as well! My lower is toning down and my bodyfat has lowered a great deal.
 
I know that this isn't going to come out right, but it'a amazing that next to Cathe and the rest, she doesn't look that tiny. I have always thought that she looks great, though! It's fun to see her change from video to video.

She looks fantastic! Maybe she looks different because they have different body types. Endo, Ecto, Meso...etc. I saw her on the road trip and she is small!!!! She's at least a size 2!!!

She has awesome legs and used to be a dancer I think. :)

Cedie Boylan
I am 42 years old, married for 17 years and I have two handsome sons, 9 and 6. How the time is flying with them getting so big. I have been a Health and Physical Education teacher for the last 17 years and I absolutely love my job. Most days anyway ;-) My hobbies include first, watching my boys play football and wrestling. I'm so proud of them and love cheering them on like a crazy mom on the sidelines. Secondly, I enjoy working out at Four Seasons. I have taken classes with Cathe for over 15 years now. Wow Cath, and she still inspires me to work my hardest.I normally like to work out at least 4 to 5 days a week. Switching it up now and then has helped me stay motivated. I like to do at least 30 to 60 minutes of cardio 3 days a week. I do this by taking classes with Cathe or running on the treadmill. Classes are much more fun and YES!!!---harder than the treadmill. I work two body parts a day, incorporating at least 3 to 4 different exercises per body part. I am still learning so much about weights and love it, love it, love it. My diet, (must I disclose) I love to eat whatever I want, when ever I want. Especially at night - I still have crumbs in my bed at times. However, I have been cleaning up my diet a lot lately. I eat a lot of salads, proteins and lots of water. Oh, then my cherry licorice after I'm done. HA!! Thanks again to everyone out there who support Cathe and all she does. We are all truely blessed by her amazing talent and inspired by her warm heart and kind words. Keep steppin. Cedie
 
I have to admit that I have been puzzled by the threads that seem to imply that Cedie hasn't always looked great. She has looked awesome in every single video. She is a gorgeous woman, and I disagree with the poster above who said she doesn't look tiny! My goodness!
 
they say the camera makes you look 10pds heavier,dont forget. I would probably look like a monsu wrestler on video,YIKES!
 
I was noticing in Body Max 2 how awesome Rhonda looks! She is so fit and muscular -- I hope to some day be as fit as her. She is also verrrry pretty! I wish she wasn't always in the back.

Rhonda isn't in this series. And if you look at the pics of Cedie on the blog, you can obviously see that the "camera DOES add 10#'s". She looks amazing! Just look at the style she has in her moves in every single cardio!

My husband (bless his heart) was watching some of the new DVDs w/me the other night and said something to the effect of "Cathe always has the same stocky lady with her". He was referring to Cedie. I think the camera does add weight as well as Cedie never wears any tops that show her tummy, giving her more of a blocky look. My husband married a "stocky" lady, so no offense should be taken!! :+

Just my thoughts on this subject!

I think you could be 200lbs. and if you can finish a Cathe workout (especially w/two risers!) you are FIT!!!
