Hi Cathe!

Today is HiiT 30/30 followed by CTX chest.

Debbie - I highly recommend 30/30 even though it's the only one I've done so far..:p

I'm tempted to try 40/20, but I know it would end up being more like 40/40 since 30/30 kicks my butt...:eek:

I did 30/30 today, too! Followed up by S&H legs, then Legs and Glutes!!! I probably won't be able to sit down tomorrow!!:eek:
 
Muscle Endurance is on the menu for me today! Cathe, thanks in advance for challenging me with all those step ups--they get me good!

Debbie--40/20 HiiT is my favorite. I recommend this one if you feel like getting your toughest game face on today. ;)
 
Pyramid Hiit and then about 20 mins of morning walkies w/ Vlad. About 6 blocks out, 2 down, and then back. Started off kinda "meh" wasn't feelin' the warm up, but once I got thru the 1st interval, it was ON!!!! Click them heels!!!!! Fun stuffs!

I was feeling a bit nostalgic so I did MIS this morning. After all these years, those bicep crazy eights still kick my butt:confused: Hoping to take the dog for our 3 1/2 mile walk later.
 
This morning I went for a 42 min run,came home did STS HIIT 40/20 and took my dogs for a walk:D had a lot of energy today:p
 
All this talk about taking puppies for walks! I may just have to take mine after work today! I did Butts & Guts this morning! Man, oh man, if I'm able to walk tomorrow, I'll be singing! Haven't done that one in quite a while! I love it though!
 
I will be doing a lunch time run and PLB tonight.

Tricia - I did B&G on Friday - after not having done it is awhile either - my legs are finally back to normal today - and I am going to punish them with PLB tonight ;)

Hi Cathe!! Must be a high-intensity day. I did Insanity Max Plyo today. Gonna go to the Y later for some steady state and weights! Wooohoo! Look at all these Cathletes just ROCKIN' IT!! :eek:

Great workouts everyone! I love to hear what eveybody else is doing. Today was IMAX2 and then Total Body Stretching #3. I think it was the first time I had done IMAX2 WITH the blasts since I started chemo 16 months ago...WOO HOO! So fun! Of course, I had to modify some of those blasts!:eek:
